We had the best time here! It's a quick walk to the beach, but tucked back enough so it's still nice and quiet :) so many fun eateries, taquerias, bars, and cafes to walk to. Highly recommend!

Michael is an excellent host. He was very friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful! It provides a great view of the ocean and is near so many restaurants in Pacific Beach. Great house and great stay!

This is the perfect pet-friendly stay in OB! Literally steps away from dog beach. The unit is perfect and has every amenity. We really appreciated the beach chairs when we took the doggos to the beach! Next time we come back we definitely want to stay here.

As a family of three on an extended stay, it was critical that we had enough space to be able to unpack all of our belongings, so that the space felt like home. Shawn‘s house has a very large walk-in closet, stocked with fresh towels and linens, and provided numerous hangers so that we could quickly and easily store our clothes so that they were out of our way in the main living area, i.e., there was more than enough space so that we did not have to live out of our suitcases, which was a huge plus for us. Shawn has a variety of hooks in very smartly placed locations in his house that allowed us to hang up sweatshirts, towels, bags and anything else that we wanted to get off the floor. Shawn was exceedingly helpful starting well before we even set foot in his place, and was able to accommodate all of our special requests. Quite simply, Shawn‘s place is fantastic, and Shawn went above and beyond as a host. I highly recommend his place in sunny Coronado, California

The Studio was as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. Ginger is a great host that was very accommodating and communicated everything timely and clearly. The location was perfect for us and we would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the Mission Beach/Pacific Beach area.

Loved our stay here. Being able to hear the waves at night and walk to restaurants in the evening was perfect! Great host and great home.

You cannot beat this location and the view! There's a dedicated parking spot in the building and then you can walk to restaurants and anything else you may need. It was great!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Fabulous location overlooking the San Diego Bay. Steps from the beach, and endless activities. Justin’s apartment is nicely stocked from the kitchen, to bedrooms, and the balcony is superb. You can’t go wrong with this rare find! Justin is an outstanding host.

We're repeat visitors to this area, and whenever Tina's place is available, we grab it. The location can't be beat with its view of the ocean/beach/boardwalk and proximity to restaurants. The condo is immaculate and has everything needed, including kitchen equipment, an air mattress, garage space, and beach equipment. Tina is a fabulous host who responds immediately and provides constant communication. She truly cares about the needs and comfort of her guests.

Where do I start? This place is beautiful. Everything that has been advertised. If you can’t find something to eat drink or do around this place you’re not looking. Beautiful sunset on the quiet side of the beach, which is wonderful. We went out to eat every night but we did cook breakfast every morning. Plenty of pots pans utensils, spices unbelievable. More towels, washcloths, silverware napkins than you want when you walk into this place you need for nothing. Nick is awesome he hooked me up with one of my requests and went above and beyond!!! Will be back every year!!

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time here. Chris was a great host, and the place was amazing. You could walk on the beach for miles, or easily walk to great food spots. Also a spot to park our car so we could drive to other places. All told was a great spot and a great time. Would love to go back someday.

My family and I are absolutely thrilled about our stay at Andy’s! The view from the unit was stunning, super easy beach access, lots of amenities on site. Many places within walking distance. The provided binder was extremely helpful with information about the property as well as recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful, there were games, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Great place right on the beach. It’s small but perfect for what you pay! We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.

Cute and quaint space within seconds of an amazing view. The greenery adds to the privacy, and walkable to beaches and shops, but also easy to get around by car. Having a parking space was a nice added bonus! Friendly hosts, responsive and nice when reached out by phone call. Also nice through the app.

This was the second time we rented Jasna's condo. The location is FABULOUS. We loved soaking in the hot tub every night. What a great way to end a day! The view could not be better. Coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean is amazing. The condo is walking distance to Belmont Park and would be perfect for kids or teens. Note to renters; this unit has several stairs to reach the main floor and the garage is extremely small so a small vehicle is best. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating but clean and functional. That being said, we would definitely rent again! Thank you Jasna for another wonderful week with my daughters!

Fabulous location! Beautiful view and steps to the beach. Complete with beach gear, towels and well-stocked kitchen. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful time! So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Location is amazing! Right on the peaceful bay but within a 2 minute walk you’re on the busier oceanside.

This place is an absolute gem. The price is maybe a bit higher than other options nearby, but it’s in the same ballpark and the small extra cost is worth it. The place was spotlessly clean, had lots of open space for our toddler to run around (plus a huge bean bag style chair that we all loved), and is just steps from Mission Beach. Honestly next time we’re in SD I’ll look to see if this place is available before anything else. The only issue was the mattress pad which was way too soft and trapped heat, so I was constantly hot trying to sleep at night. But it’s just a topper so you could take it off if you wanted.

This was our first experience with this condo as our previous one has gone off the market. The condo was as advertised with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you like Mission Beach this location cannot be beat. Thanks Brett!

Cindy’s home was exactly as promised. Our family of three were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook. We appreciated that Cindy provided hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, and paper products. The location is incredible. Steps to the sandy marina and a very short walk to the beach. We ate in the neighborhood many times. Chicken tenders and steak fries at Woody’s while watching the ocean and the many people walk by was great. We hope to have a chance to stay here again.
