We had a fantastic time at KC's place! He was very prompt with his responses and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was spacious, private, and offered a stunning view. We requested the pool to be heated, and it was wonderfully warm—far better than other Airbnb experiences we've had. The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We also felt very safe in the area. We would absolutely love to return to KC's house and highly recommend it

Our second stay at this house. Rebooked because we LOVE the outdoor pool/hot tub space with a view, grill and outdoor lounge and tv area. Pool towels are provided and it’s really just the best. Well cared for and clean. Plenty of kitchen cabinet space with everything you need to enjoy a meal, coffee, wine, etc. beds are comfy, decor is super cool. We ate at some nearby great places this trip: Crest, Books+Records, Bread and Cie. We had a blast thrift shopping at Buffalo Exchange which was nearby too. Airport is so close which made departure super easy for us too. Hope to return again!

The pool and pool house apartment were great. The pool table was a hit with the kids. Lots of room to spread out and relax. We were visiting from the east coast and enjoyed family and friends joining us for meals at the house. Plenty of room and lots of dishes and utensils and wine glasses!!! We loved it.

We had a great stay at Miguel’s place for an extended family Spring Break weekend. There was room to hang out downstairs, with ample kitchen and living space. There are three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There’s also a 1/2 bath downstairs. Miguel was very responsive when we had questions about the house during our stay. He was quick to assist us. The outdoor space was awesome and we were able to enjoy the pool in the San Diego sun. There are a couple of coffee shops and a juice bar that are less than a half mile walk, which was great for our mornings. We went to the beach and zoo, being 20 minutes away from each was convenient. There’s a slightly busier road next to the house, but it didn’t affect us during our stay. Will look to stay here again on our next visit!

Brian was very nice and responsive no matter what time I had a question. The house was just as the photos pictured. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the fir pit on but Brian was willing to come fix it right away. Weather wasn’t on our side so we didn’t rush him. We got a lot of compliments from family about how neat it was that Brian had a coffee bar and snack cart set up. Everyone had plenty of room to sleep and enjoyed their stay.

Michael is an excellent host. He was very friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful! It provides a great view of the ocean and is near so many restaurants in Pacific Beach. Great house and great stay!

Minhs bnb was very nice and so clean! We had the perfect week there with privacy and they were friendly to my dog which is always heart warming to me. They had enough trash bags, towels, laundry soap, and blankets for a week! I bet even longer! Would definitely book again!!

Had a great stay. The house was just as described. The jacuzzi seemed to be everyone’s favorite place. It was quiet for being in walking distance of the ocean, and night life. Our host was easy to communicate with if we had any questions. All in all, we had a nice relaxing weekend getaway.

Absolutely loved the place. 2nd time here as a group and felt at home. Don is great and super friendly and chill. I would 100% recommend this place! Easy check in/out, great restaurants, and awesome host!

Charming little Cottage in a perfect, downtown La Jolla location. Walk to anything. La Jolla Cove and beaches. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance.

We had a great stay and would recommend. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Nice size backyard for the kids to play in, decent size rooms. The home was clean and ready for us to check into. Having a washer/dryer was so helpful as this was our first stop on a 10 day trip.

Modern and updated space for my family to stay. Very convenient location and short drive to most attractions. Appreciated efforts for early check-in as we had a baby with us. There were many baby friendly features that really helped. We also very much enjoyed the ping pong table. Would definitely stay again. Only cons - queen bed was a bit soft and parking can be tight. Can hear the owners of the home/dog occasionally, which did wake up my wife in the mornings.

Laura was so incredibly communicative and helpful. The house was comfortable, a little cozy for our extended family, but the space was laid out very thoughtfully. We appreciated all the little touches, such as the boogie boards, sand toys, pack and play, etc. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space with the outside toys. Highly recommend for a family vacation in the San Diego area!

2nd stay at this home. We absolutely love the team and the homes they offer. If you’re anywhere in the San Diego area this is where you start.

Home is located in a cute neighborhood just a few blocks to the beach. Lots of helpful instructions from Doug, the owner. 3 very distinct bedroom spaces which was great for our crew. It is, as is true for the neighborhood, among close neighbors. Nice to have parking in the rear considering how tight it was up front.

I had a great time. Close to almost everything we wanted to do and go see.

The space in this house worked really well with our family. We have 3 young boys under the ages of 7 that loved being able to stay in another house while on vacation and run around. The location of the house was perfect to other family members that we were visiting. It was also close to playgrounds, amusement parks and other tourist attractions that we brought the kids to. Our host was very accommodating, responsive, and communicated well with our questions and/or concerns. Would recommend this house for future stays

The neighborhood is good. Fruit trees in the yard were a bonus. Loved the patio space. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Carlos was easy to communicate with.

This place is exactly as described. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the location and the apartment had plenty of room for us. It is close to the beach and downtown Ocean Beach. Plus it is only two blocks from the bus line. Jim and Sha-Marie were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Spanish style property in a lovely neighborhood that is a walkable distance to Liberty Station where there are awesome shops & restaurants. As well as a super close and easy drive to and from the airport. The property accommodated all 14 of our guests very comfortably. I liked it was away from the downtown area where it can be noisy, however, still a short drive away. I also loved that the property is gated so we can have our own quiet privacy with a pool and awesome hot tub. Gregory was a gracious host and very responsive to all of our questions throughout our stay. Whether you're welcoming someone into the married life, or a family reunion in San Diego, you can't go wrong with Greg's spot.
