This is a wonderful listing that was exceptionally clean, easy check-in, close to the beach, and Jarrett responded quickly to any inquiries we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to visit Ocean City.

We were there for a cheer competition and Kathy's place was perfect. We could walk to the convention center and not worry about finding parking. The deck was perfect for seeing the ocean and relaxing in the evening. Would definitely rent again.

Jim was a great host he was responsive,accommodating, and helpful. Awesome place and most importantly very clean. Convenient location within walking distance to everything you need for your stay. Great time, thank you!

Crystal’s home is clean, cozy, and unbeatably close to ocean access. The furniture is very comfortable. The bonus bathroom is a nice plus. I cooked all meals while there and the kitchen had everything I needed. There are many thoughtful touches around the place that make the atmosphere very welcoming. The small patio off the living room gets great morning sun and is the perfect spot to drink your morning tea. I highly recommend staying here!

Faiths place was amazing and right on the bus line which was super convenient for the music festival we attended. Faiths place was immaculate and she was so responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be staying again. It was amazing for a first time in Ocean City!

Casey was very fast to respond to any questions we had. The apt was better than the pics! Linens and towels were very nice. The apt was VERY well stocked, we didn’t need to bring anything. Bathrooms were very clean, bedrooms were nice, good living space. Just make sure to park in the correct parking lot or on the street. We would definitely come back to this place again next year.

Loved this little spot in Ocean City. Went for a girls weekend with my sisters and Colleen’s place was perfect for our retreat. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance of the beach. Would stay here again!

Beautiful! Awesome location, private back deck right on the canal. Bradford was a great host. He was super responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us in all requests and provide help when needed! The house was clean, spacious, and great for a long weekend get away. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back !

Nice, clean house, clearly accustomed to a dog staying there. Towels and linens were nice. The the town was nice with a couple of places to eat in a beautiful library. The only issue is there is a chicken plant quite close so quite often. There were some awful smells.

We loved our stay at Nancy's! I didn't expect it to be half a mile away from the beach BUT trolley to the beach stops right in front of the house! We are big train and trolley fans so it was joy riding the trolley everyday to the beach. You can walk to the boardwalk too. It's about a 20 min walk if you want to get some walking in. The is a lovely family run owned Italian food market and bakery a 3 minute walk away. You can stop in the morning for an espresso and a loaf of bread or croissants. I felt European! Lol! We would definitely go back!

It was the first time my fiancé and I took on the challenge of taking all 7 of our kids on a weekend beach trip, ages 1-12 and this place was perfect. There was plenty of room and space. It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood but within a short driving distance to the beach and boardwalk. We loved being able to go to the beach right by the beach club pool so when the little ones were done on the sand we were able to just move on over to the pool and the older kids enjoyed that as well! The kitchen and dining room was wonderful space for us to have a taco night and family game night while the little ones took their naps. It was great and took away some of the anxiety we had about taking on this adventure with all the kids by ourselves! The hosts were so responsive and helpful and we would gladly stay here again!

House was really nice and truly pet friendly. The neighborhood was great for walking the dog for something close, and lots of pet friendly things to do within a short drive. The home was comfortable and a great place to relax after exploring the boardwalk (dogs allowed pre-April 1) or checking out the beach and horses at Assateague Island.

Great spot with easy access to many nearby restaurants. Peaceful location with a great water/canal view.

The location was perfect—close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy all the attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet spot that offered a sense of serenity. The cleanliness of the place was superb, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive, answering all of our questions promptly. It truly felt like a home away from home. Without a doubt, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions, this is the place for you. 100% recommend!

Great location. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. Close to bus stops for further trips. Clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s condo, it was a great space for our group of 6 and had everything we needed. Valerie was very responsive for any questions we had!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was very clean, it was very close to a lot of our favorite spots, and the deck was very nice. Will most likely try to come back in the summer!

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

James was an amazing host. He was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. My children loved the pool and walking the bay. The views were second to none and the location was perfect since it was minutes away from restaurants, stores, and Bethany beach. We will definitely be booking again!

Donna was such an amazing host. We felt right at home and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Everything was clean and ready for us to move right in for the weekend. Instructions were clear and to the point. She also provided us with great flexibility checking in and checking out which was super helpful when we had to be up early Sunday for my daughters cheer competition. The building was secure easily accessible with the codes provided. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We love staying at Sunset Island. This is the first time in a condo and it was perfect!
