We couldnt have been happier with this place. First and foremost Brett was so accommodating for our needs and way SO supportive to us and the reason we were in town. The house was more than perfect. Just as all the othet reviews mention, the kitchen was AMAZING.. the rooms were big with very comfortable beds. Brett went the extra mile to have a cute little welcome basket of goodies for us and even had dog treats for our fur babies. The hot tub was to die for, and the yard is fully fenced to keep the dogs from running loose. They have a binder with info for every question we could think of. All around this was the most pleasent air b and b experience ive had, hands down. We will absolutely be staying here anytime we visit ocean shores. Thank you so much Brett for the memorable stay.

We felt right at home in this lovely art studio. Guy and Katie have thought of every detail and were fantastic hosts.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands birthday. We had plenty of room with our adult children. Enjoyed walks on the beach, great seafood and weather. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I love this place. My 2nd time staying here! This place is a cozy gem and quiet in Ocean shores, “Very clean” everything is perfect in this place! The decor is up to date and well done. Amy’s house defied all expectations - from the moment you walk in, you immediately feel a sense of calm and at ease at the beach. We stayed for a dreary beach weekend which was perfect. The living room set up with the fireplace was wonderful to snug in and watch a show or read, and the balcony firepit and hot tub were so easy to use and a great perk to have on property. The family was also kind enough to leave a s’mores kit which we definitely used! The beds were really comfortable and spacious, and waking up to the sound of the ocean and view of the waves was wonderful. Everything was super smooth - would definitely stay again! Next time, we will bring more food to cook and stay in because the house was just perfect.

This location was great for our family of 4 and our camping trailer. We had no issues with the available hookups and the wifi was a great bonus at night when our kiddos wanted to watch a movie. The beach was a 5 minute walk and super convenient as we went clam digging. We enjoyed the privacy and the fire pit! I would suggest making sure you bring your own firewood in case you plan on a fire. (There are places down the road that do sell wood bundles just in case.) The hosts were very friendly and this place was very easy to find, with super easy check-in and check-out instructions. We will definitely book again!

Lovely space, easy access to the beach and close to town made this a great spot for us in both good weather and bad

This condo was very comfortable with lovely decor and oh so convenient to the beach. Winter is a great time to visit the area since there are fewer people, so we enjoyed lots of quiet walks on the beach. The position of the condo gave a great view to the ocean while not seeing much of nearby units.

Lia was an excellent host. We requested more towels which she responded to quickly and the housekeeper delivered promptly.

A must for relaxation and peace. The home is beautiful and location is amazing.

What a gem of a little hotel. We had an ocean view room and it was worth the extra we paid to upgrade. The room was updated with a mini fridge - would love to come back and stay in a room with a fireplace. Staff were super friendly, it has access/stairs to the beach, crack the windows open a little (in the winter) to hear the ocean. microwave in the room too and plenty of parking. Make reservations for the on-site restaurant, which is closed Sundays unfortunately. Pool and hot tub across the street but you have robes in the rooms. Definitely worth the cost@

This is our second stay at Our Happy Place and once again enjoyed the comfort of the condo and the town of Westport.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo was in perfect condition And extremely clean. The view from the kitchen Were outstanding!

This was the perfect Thanksgiving getaway! Even though the unit was on the ground floor, we had a peek-a-boo view of the ocean waves between the adjacent building and the grassy dune of the State Park bordering this condominium complex. It was a 1 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Alternately, you could walk a paved trail in the grassy dunes that parallels the beach and follow it all the way to the marina (2.5 miles away), the viewing tower, and a strip of cute shops and places to eat. Along the way, you can watch the surfers catch waves near the jetty. On a sunny day, two days after Thanksgiving, we counted 50 surfers out in the ocean. Burrr!! Annett was a great host. Because of a technical problem at our original AirBnB, we contacted Annette the evening before Thanksgiving looking for a place the following day. She was very responsive and her place was very comfortable with a full kitchen that we easily assembled the Thanksgiving dinner we had brought with us. We may be back!

Grey Gull Condos was a great stay. Just a short walk from the beach, with a heated pool and hot tub;what more could you want! They were quick to communicate and flexible when I needed to switch to a pet friendly room. Would recommend.

Great place to stay that's outside of the down town ocean shores. Was a peaceful and quiet area.

One the best equipped houses I’ve ever stayed in. Didn’t have just 1 or 2 of things but enough for the amount of people you could host there and not run out. Had plenty of kitchen items, cute organization decor that held plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. Basket with extra blankets was a cozy touch for the rainy weekend along with games and lots of coffee for the Kuerig! Loved the view , especially from the awesome upstairs bedrooms and deck! The outdoor shower & sink to clean clams was so wonderful! When the hot tub wasn’t working the host got it fixed asap so we could enjoy the amenities we had searched for and planned on. Great communication and responsiveness! Definitely would stay again!

The home and the landscaping are beautiful. We found all rooms spotless with everything organized to make our stay easy and special. In fact the extra details and touches were astonishing. I would highly suggest to spend time reading the house handbook with details on climate information and history of local storms that raged through the area....all very fascinating. Steve and Alice went above and beyond what you might expect from the majority of home owners. Their beach house is a real treasure.

Lovely new floors and countertops. Jim was very easy to work with too. House is located on a nice and quiet dead end road. Quick and easy walking access to the beach just up the road. There’s a new house being built in front of Jim’s - doesn’t ENTIRELY block the view.

This was our second stay with Mel at this property, and we will be back again. Space is great, view is relaxing, and overall a nice escape from the daily grind of work and life.

I've stayed at quite a few places and this one is top tier for sure. No complaints. Had everything you could want to feel at home and then some. Will be staying there again next year for sure.

Loved this spot! Fletcher and Janet were so responsive and proactive in hosting, super friendly! We felt right at home and they were really really accommodating. We had a newborn, our 2 pups and everything was made so easy for us. We will definitely be back and make this our go to spot again!
