The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

Our stay at the beach house was wonderful! Waterfront canal property with a nice area to sit outside. The inside was spacious and clean. The provided streaming services and board games were awesome. Great kitchen and utilities available for cooking made for great group breakfasts. Our host Timothy was very responsive, helpful, and all of the instructions were easy to follow. Would absolutely stay again!

Mike & Ann were great host! We were there for a wedding and were extremely accommodating to our needs. We got to spend the weekend there so it made it nice to unwind and relax after the wedding. The place was just as described and super cozy. The location was close to grocery stores making it easy for us to get what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as well. Would love to come back for another long weekend !

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very beautifully decorated and we felt right at home when we entered! It was extremely clean and the beds and couch were both very comfortable. It was well-stocked with coffee, seasonings, pots, pans, emergency items etc. We appreciated that there were tvs in the sitting area and in the bedrooms. The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood with the water view right across the street. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The host was very gracious and check in and check out was extremely easy. We highly recommend this home and hope to return again!!

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

We had an amazing bachelorette weekend at Yelitza's place! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and the amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic and matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, so close to the beach with plenty of stores within walking distance, or a quick drive. Yelitza was very responsive; I only had to reach out a couple of times with questions, and she responded right away with helpful solutions. We would definitely stay here again!

Eight of us very much enjoyed our week at the Shell Shack. Laura's home was lovely, clean, and spacious. Laura was easy to work with and always responded quickly. The sunset view was second to none! We also were grateful for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood/surrounding area. The bay view was relaxing and pretty from the front porch and we spent a lot of time eating our meals outside. We'd absolutely rent this home again.

pictures don't do this place justice!! couple houses from the beach, great places to eat and do activities within walking distance. every time I had a question the host got back to me almost instantly. back yard is amazing for bbq and just relaxing. back yard also has a shed with a big tv comfortable bed and is just a great place to hang out. I can't think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations can't recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

We wanted to make memories with our family as my mother in law is 96 and each moment counts. Thank you for giving us the space to celebrate our family memories.

We had a wonderful stay in Spring Lake. The house was in a great location, close to the beach and to town. The house was clean and well equipped!

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

Took the family (10 of us) to the Jersey Shore for a wonderful Labor Day weekend. This place was perfect for our group! Plenty of room, with comfortable beds and two spacious bathrooms! The location is amazing!!!!

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

I haven’t used Airbnb a whole lot but Tom was a fantastic host. Very responsive and the house was great, a very cozy beach house. Plenty of food around the area, 2 minute walk to the beach and very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

We absolutely loved this house, and Hong was the perfect host! The location was perfect - just three blocks from the beach, so it was a quick walk but also removed enough from the amusements to be quiet. We loved the layout of the house, with four spacious bedrooms upstairs that opened into a common room with a pool table, and two more bedrooms downstairs. The large kitchen and dining area was amazing; it had plenty of seating for a large group of people. Hong was very generous and flexible about check-in and check-out times. When we had a question about something in the house, he was on the spot in five minutes. We would definitely recommend this house for a great time near the boardwalk and beach.

My husband and I were in town for an event. We stayed at Mary and Ted's place for four nights. The location was great with all kinds of shopping only a 15-20 minute drive away. The house was a short drive to the beach, beach shops and restaurants. Everything from reserving the house through check out was easy and clear. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. There was not one thing we had to ask about when we arrived nor through our entire stay. The house was clean and well kept and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful.
