We had the chance to stay at David’s place for ten days. It is conveniently located near restaurants, the Tanger Outlet, and Walmart. Additionally, the Arcadian Golf Course is just five minutes away, along with several other golf courses in the area. The neighborhood is lovely, extremely safe, and dog-friendly. David’s home is nicely decorated and comfortable, and it welcomes pets. David is very accessible and promptly answers all inquiries. Bonnie Eady 🇨🇦

Do not hesitate if you are considering this unit. Everything is convienent and close by. We never had to wait for an elevator-which is always a big plus. The unit and the grounds were all gorgeous and well kept. On the cool mornings the kids enjoyed the heated pools. The facility was very family oriented, so there was no need to worry about the kids constantly being in your sight. I saw no party crowds and felt safe at all times. We def hope to return to Jessica’s place again in the near future. It had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing spring break.

Beautiful views of Masonboro and the ICW. I think our dog had the best time of anyone! Great private beach perfect for kids and doing some fishing. We enjoyed our stay!

The complex that the Airbnb is located in was fantastic. I am looking to move to Wilmington and if they would’ve had bigger rooms, I would probably have moved into this same building. Mary was always super responsive and described in detail everything we had questions to. Fantastic place and fantastic host.

We booked Mollys place for a last minute family weekend and we were very impressed with the location and home! Would absolutely do it again 🩷

This is our third time staying at Kelly and Ken’s place. Easy to check-in/check out with very friendly and responsive hosts. We really enjoyed the spacious beach this trip and the option of going to the pool when we needed a break from the sand. Black Drum brewing and Starbucks next door were convenient for a quick bite or coffee when we didn’t feel like driving. Always a great stay!

For my short stay the lighthouse, the lookout room had everything I needed! Oceanfront with a beautiful balcony i enjoyed my coffee on. There was a great boardwalk to get exercise. the room itself was stocked with everything you could need. Bed was comfy and bathroom had great water pressure. I will say for long hair girlie's- there is only an overhead sprayer so definitely need shower cap if don't plan on getting hair wet. other than that 10/10!

Jess was an amazing host. You can tell that she and her husband have put a lot of thought into the construction of the house and the amenities. Our family felt right at home and are already planning a trip to come back again this time next year. Loved the hot tub and the golf cart. The kitchen is a literal dream kitchen. The sound machines in the rooms were a nice touch as well. I could go on and on. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing home in our favorite beach town! Hannah was very responsive, helpful, and kind. The home was beautiful and was just a short walk to the beach. Super clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you would need. The updates in the kitchen and bathrooms were awesome as well! We felt right at home during our stay and would absolutely book here again :)

I really enjoyed my stay on Oak Island and in Sabine's place. We had to stay off the beach one of our days due to high winds. We went thrift shopping to the areas many shops. When we returned to the house the wind was still blowing strong so we opted to make a nice dinner and hang out inside. You can see the ocean sitting on the comfortable sofa. All in all it was as close as you can get to a perfect vacation. I will be returning to Oak Island but especially to Sabine's fantastic home.

Great place to stay. We were a 7 person group and the house was more than big enough for all of us. Everything was clean and neat, and plenty of towels/linens provided. My only gripe would be that the instructions to locate the home were not provided by the host/campground, so we literally had to look at the map and figure out the street name so we could gps to the home.

This house was beautiful, spacious and very well stocked with kitchen tools. Everything was intentionally labeled and organized. Felt like we were the first people to stay there. Brand new house. Lots of comfortable places to relax and enjoy time with friends. I’d love to come back again with family. Mini kitchen downstairs is really neat to provide extra space for food and drinks. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Wilmington is such a beautiful place! The house was spacious & clean. Centrally located with lots of things to do. It accommodated our group perfectly!

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb. The home was nice, spacious, well maintained and as described. There was a lovely walking trail on the road back behind the property- perfect for dogs. The host was very responsive. The only negative was that the unit shares a wall with a second unit and unfortunately there was another group staying in the second unit. They were very loud, played loud music with inappropriate language and lots of bass until late into the night/early morning. While this is no fault of the host, we have young children and it did affect our vacation experience overall. Therefore, I feel it’s worth mentioning and the fact that the unit shares a wall is something to consider.

The Ocean’s Edge condo was the perfect and comfy getaway location for our anniversary weekend. The unit boasts a beach-resort vibe with an incredible ocean view. Our morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the balcony were some of our favorite times. This is definitely a place worth visiting. Debra and Vanessa were great hosts. They were very communicative and wonderfully accommodating.

A very pleasant stay, the place is very well decorated and equipted. THe location and view is fantastic, right on the beach. We loved the surroundings, quiet and friendly people as well. Building is well managed and easy to be in and out. Dee is a superhost who is very accomendating, easy to communicate and think ahead for us, also nice &warm indeed. We really enjoyed the stay and will choose Dee's listing again. Thanks for sharing your place, Dee!

I recommend this to any family that’s traveling with children. Nicole’s place was more than I expected. She was very friendly. She was very helpful when we couldn’t find the other parking pass. I love that we can walk to the beach but we spent most of our time at the indoor pool. One thing I don’t recommend is bringing lots of items because you have to climb stairs but other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

The condo was amazing! Beautiful views and super clean! Easy access to everything you want and need! Would definitely come back if we are in the area again!

The condo was just as pictured - nice furnishings (loved the huge sectional sofa), roomy, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, very nice location, and loved the balcony in the mornings to have a cup of coffee and read. Also this location has great walkways to get your morning or afternoon walk in! We come here yearly for a baseball tournament, and will definitely look to see if this condo is available again next year. We enjoyed our stay!

The unit and the view was better than the pictures! Extremely clean and all of the furniture was so comfortable! The decor was very nice and cozy. Everything was provided from toiletries to beach chairs and anything else you could need. We took a chance coming during off season and they were re-tiling the lazy river below us which made it unpleasant on the balcony because of the noisy machinery for a day and a half before they were off for the holiday . The good thing is it will be done and the future renters won’t have that unexpected problem. They also were replacing the deck at the tiki hut area with composite boards which will be beautiful when they’re done. The view from the master bedroom is amazing to wake up to! I would love to come back during warmer weather and enjoy the view and updates to the property. We have absolutely no complaints about the unit at all! It was perfect!! We had a nice getaway.

He let me get in early so I could get the room set up for valentines and my engagement! Every time I come to the beach I I’ll be getting this place!!
