Ocean Park, Santurce : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

We booked this place for our first visit to PR and would absolutely book it again. It’s within walking distance from the beach (maybe a few minutes), several restaurants, and bars. It’s also just a 15-minute Uber ride to Old San Juan, making it ideal if you want to explore the city’s historical sites and touristy area while having a retreat to return to. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. It was stocked with beach gear (plus a hose outside to rinse everything off), and there was AC for the hotter days. We also appreciated having fresh water in the fridge and a list of local recommendations waiting for us upon arrival. The was an electricity outage for about 13 hours one day, but the host kept us informed with updates and let us know where to find flashlights in case we needed them. Overall, we really appreciated the thoughtfulness, communication, and the perfect place to stay for our first visit!

Was a wonderful stay! The beach is right in front of the airbnb - only a 1-2 min walk. Everything was very clean and the place was close to a great brunch place we went to everyday!

We loved this place! Perfect size for a couple! It was cute and quaint and looked just like the pictures! We liked we could walk to restaurants and coffee shops and the beach was literally right out our door..(which wasn’t crowded at all) Plus every place we went that wasn’t walkable was just a short Uber ride away! Ana the host was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had! Would definitely recommend this Beachside Gem❤️! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! Don’t let the older building deter you. We had no issues at all. The photos of the unit didn’t do it justice! It was beautiful, spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony! The location was easily walkable to several shops and restaurants too! The host was great to work with as well. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This was our second time staying at Rita's. The information we received from her from the moment of booking until check out was helpful and informative. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient for our family of 4. The beds are comfy, the balcony is perfect for getting fresh air while reading a book or enjoying a beverage, and the living/dining room is space is great for eating together and taking a break from the sun. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook simple meals which we did daily. Use of the washer/dryer was important to us since we were there for a week. The convenience of both pool and beach can't be beat. There are also many restaurants and stores within walking distance, so we did not rent and car and used Uber to get to places for our excursions.

Awesome stay wish we could’ve stood longer. Had a small issue with the light but was easy to fix after the quick response from our host. My daughters loved the play area in the garage and took full advantage of the pool. There is a corner store that is walkable distance as well as a coffee shop and gas station. Was already trying to go back again before we left for the weekend but was already taken.

Would definitely book with this couple again. They were very pleasant and made check in an easy process. The home was very comfy & clean. The area was quite very residential. Close to the airport and not far from the beach.

Amazing place, good location and great value. Javi's place easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. All amenities were available as listed and everything was working properly (AC units, laundry, hot water, etc). The place was very clean and Javi was quick to respond when I had questions. The place is within walking distance to nearby restaurants, small shops and a super market. The surrounding feels safe and it did not feel loud, other than the morning rosters that are everywhere in the island lol. Javi is a great host was very pro-active about making our trip enjoyable the minute we arrived. Highly recommended!

La casa de Valerie esta preciosa y es muy moderna nos encantaron los sistemas de luces de la casa. La casa estaba muy limpia e impecable y todo era exactamente como pas fotos. Valerie fue una excelente anfitriona y siempre me contesto los mensajes cuando tenia dudas. Nos costo un poco encontrar la casa por q el GPS nos enviaba a otra direccion pero Valerie nos asistio enviandonos su localizacion y la encontramos facil. La casa estaba localizada aproximadamente 25 mins del aeropuerto y cerca de muchos restaurantes y supermercados. En general nos encanto la estadia la piscina estaba hermosa y fue una experiencia increible. Definitivamente volveria a quedarme en la casa de Valerie.

Very private. It’s right in the area with the locals but is very secure. The furniture was great. All of the upgrades done to the home are great and the outdoor shower capped it all off. It’s pretty close to entertainment and the beach as well. Very satisfied

Perfect place for a large group. Pool area was the perfect place to hang in the afternoon.

It was an excellent choice to stay at Carlos’ home in Calle Loíza. A very walkable neighborhood a few minutes away from downtown giving it a local vibe. The beach was very close by and the neighborhood had a lot of options including a coffee and breakfast cafe at the end of the street. Carlos was very responsive and gave some great recommendations including Bebos. We have already discussed returning here soon!

We enjoyed our stay in this 2nd floor condo. The surrounding was quiet and we felt safe. The walk to the beach took around 10 min. The management provided beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. The AC was in every room and was working great. The mattress was comfortable, although pillows were too bulky for my taste. We had a group of 5 and the place was spacious and comfortable. You definitely need a car to get to Old San Juan, La Placita or El Younque. Uber is a good option too and it is not too expensive. Restaurants are around 10 to 15 min walk.

We had a fantastic stay at Moon’s place. It was just as described - the views from the window were incredible! Right above the pool and steps from the beach. Moon provided beach chairs and towels, and access to the beautiful beach was easy. We loved the beach with its soft sand, warm water and big waves! A short walk along the beach was a stand selling coconuts and pineapple, ices and pina coladas! Easy to walk to the local restaurants - favorites included Bebo’s Cafe for local Puerto Rican cuisine, La Cantina Argentina, and Sobao’s Cafe for coffee/breakfast. It’s felt safe walking around and most people were friendly and happy to help. We rented a car for one day from Enterprise, a 10 minute walk along the road. We visited El Yunque rain forest - wow! Amazing experience. Uber was definitely the way to go for most places, easier than trying to park! Old San Juan is a must visit! One of my favorite vacations!

Loved the location and condo. Beautiful 3 bedroom condo on beach with massive master. Loved that it’s next door to San Juan hotel, nearby Plato’s and other great restaurants. Onsite washroom/dryer plus parking is nice too. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had as well. Will definitely book this place again.

My partner and I stayed at Jose's place for a week and absolutely loved it. You will not get a better deal for the price, and Jose provides tennis rackets, beach chairs, beach toys, towels etc. The private beach area is large and relaxing, and there are many great restaurants within a short walking distance. Also, the included parking spot was a lifesaver. If you're looking to save a little money and not stay at a resort/hotel in Condado, I would highly recommend this place.

Great Airbnb and location. Easy access to everything; restaurants, shops, pool, beach, etc. Apt was very nice and comfortable. Had beach chairs and towels for 6, and cooler for the beach. Kitchen had new appliances and everything needed. Host was very professional and in constant communication, and provided all necessary details. Security guard available at all times. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Gerardo’s place. The space was very well kept and maintained comfortable space. The view is unrivaled! Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful place, spotless. The apartment was loud but the host let us know that they will call the police if necessary so that put us at ease. Great location!

Felix's apartment is great and he is an excellent host. The apartment is clean and bright and perfectly situated in Condado. Felix was a great communicator and super responsive to our questions and requests. We recommend the apartment and hope to go back.

We had a nice stay at the condo. It is a nice place with everything you need, good location and we were able to walk and see all of old town by foot, was more affordable and offered easy parking options compared to places in old town, and finally the views from the condo were excellent!
