Eduardo’s place is a little slice of home. Everything was beautiful, serene, and cozy. So much to do within a 5 minute walk and super close to local beaches. It’s in a great location, perfectly halfway between the airport and old San Juan. A highlight for us was seeing iguanas in the yard. This is a gem!

The beds were comfy and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. One of the best properties I’ve stayed at!

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property. I have enjoyed my stay both times. Check in and check were a breeze with my 2nd check in being able to accommodate a much needed early check in. The rooms are very grounded and spa like. You can't beat the location. My only advice would be to have your cleaning crew pay attention to the floors and bed sheets. I've found hair multiple times on both the floor and sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd book again.

Amazing option for those looking to stay in san juan. Walkable to so many great restaurants and bars. Peaceful courtyard!

We loved the Dream Inn! Location was great & property was very clean & gorgeous. The rooftop & pool were amazing as well as the friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at Eduardo’s place! The room itself was a little small but exactly as pictured on the listing. The are is also super walkable with lots of restaurants and is close to the beach. Truly a great stay !

We had a brief stay at Skyway Loft 6, but overall, it was great and met all our needs, especially considering its location to everything in Old San Juan. The biggest surprise to us was that loft 6 was right on the road and not nestled into the loft area by the hammock, as shown in all the photos. As such, it was often quite loud at night with drunk tourists walking by. Additionally, because of the location, we had two doors in the loft that led outside, but a sign said we couldn't open them, so we had no natural light in the place at all. Overall, great place for the price and location convenience.

The place was beautiful super clean and the owners we super nice and help with a lot of recommendations for food and site seeing.would book again and recommend to others.

A beautiful quiet oasis. We enjoyed the pool, courtyard, and lots of food options very close by. Highly recommend if you want to disconnect and enjoy the peace! (That said, internet and WiFi are readily available!) Claudia was also exceedingly fast in her responses to our questions. A top notch host and I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s in many countries; Claudia is absolutely top notch!

this is the second time I stay at lowest place and it always has been a wonderful experience.

This location is the best! Steps to anything you want to do or see in Old San Juan. The apartment was cozy - we relaxed in the courtyard and enjoyed the 4th floor hot tub! The apartment had everything we needed for our weekend in Old San Juan.

We had a great stay. Loved being close to the beach and great restaurants. Loved Kalizo and La Estacion! Claudia was great and very responsive. Would stay again

Samantha was very friendly and responsive with communication. The bnb was located conveniently to most of the old town attractions, bars and restaurants. The back deck have a wonderful view of the Atlantic ocean. The room shelf was pretty small and basic, but it was fine for me. I was worried noise would be more of a problem, but honestly it wasn’t bad. My only annoyances were that there was no outlet in the bathroom, and there’s lots of LEDs on when it’s dark. I had to cover some things up so it wasn’t too light in there while I was sleeping. Otherwise great stay, and highly recommend! :)

Un gran lugar para pasar un fin de semana en familia. Limpio, una hermosa piscina y cerca de muchos restaurantes y playas hermosas. Claudia muy comunicativa y siempre al pendiente de sus huéspedes volveré con mi familia nuevamente.
