Great place to stay in when visiting Carolina PR with an even more amazing view of the beach! Host was super responsive and really friendly & undertanding. The power went out for a night & most of the next morning but that’s PR for you lol Alfredo was a great help when this happened and kept me up to date on news on when the power would be back on. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a great beach view that won’t break the bank with lots of walkable places to each & at a great distance to uber around anywhere. Will come stay again in the future! :)

Perfect location in Condado. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, 24/7 pharmacy, coffee shop, all within 2 blocks. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen is a bit limited, there's no oven and not a ton of things to cook with but it's manageable. I would definitely stay again.

Exactly as listed. A super clean and modern condo with a gorgeous view. Great location in San Juan. Jennifer was very helpful also.

We always felt safe. Our entire stay was peaceful with no issues. We enjoyed the pool area and beach. Thanks again Rafael!

WOW! What a wonderful place to call home while we were away from our home. Anything we possibly needed was in walking distance. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, shopping etc. Anything else was a short Uber away. Elsa was a phenomenal host. I can understand why she continues to get fabulous reviews. She checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything from her. The condo was spotless, and the extra amenities were great. Well stocked with supplies. It was our 1st time in Puerto Rico, and we will definitely be returning. Elsa's place will be on the top of our list for where to stay. Our experience was fantastic. Thank you, Elsa, for everything you did to make our vacation easy and memorable!

I stayed for a week during a work trip, so chose the location based on proximity to a conference venue. Ubers are plentiful. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The view is spectacular!!!! Yes, the AC units are loud when they cycle on but you get used to it. I loved the well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and many other nice touches provided. The beach is within a 10 minute walk and everything you need is provided. Looking for another excuse to visit PR again so I can stay in this apartment.

The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

Great stay with easy access to beach, Old town, restaurants, etc. Lovely building with 24/7 door staff, who were all very friendly. Highly recommend this stay, everything as advertised. Even parking and a gym (I didn't use, but great to have).

We had a fantastic stay at Moon’s place. It was just as described - the views from the window were incredible! Right above the pool and steps from the beach. Moon provided beach chairs and towels, and access to the beautiful beach was easy. We loved the beach with its soft sand, warm water and big waves! A short walk along the beach was a stand selling coconuts and pineapple, ices and pina coladas! Easy to walk to the local restaurants - favorites included Bebo’s Cafe for local Puerto Rican cuisine, La Cantina Argentina, and Sobao’s Cafe for coffee/breakfast. It’s felt safe walking around and most people were friendly and happy to help. We rented a car for one day from Enterprise, a 10 minute walk along the road. We visited El Yunque rain forest - wow! Amazing experience. Uber was definitely the way to go for most places, easier than trying to park! Old San Juan is a must visit! One of my favorite vacations!

It was a comfortable and stylish condo. The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to have an earlier check in. I would definitely recommend this place !

Javier’s place is in a gated community with a security guard and close to everything. His home was clean, comfortable. A smart tv in each room. There was always hot water and good water pressure. 2 bathrooms was a plus and the washer and dryer. I absolutely loved the two patios.There was a/c in the bedrooms but no ac in the living room. With the 2 patios and ceiling fans it didn’t matter. The kitchen had everything needed, except a baking sheet and pizza cutter.There were no cleaning supplies but the market at the corner has everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t easy to find at first but that was a GPS issue, and the parking spots were being repainted so it wasnt marked we had to figure it out.There were no extra amenities like coffee, soap etc you have to bring everything which we do anyway but since I mentioned celebrating our anniversary a little something personal would have set it off. Overall I loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Loved the location. we did not have a car so it was nice to be in a happening neighborhood. I especially loved the very quick walk to the beach. We booked a tour for El Yunque and could walk to the pick up spot. Thanks for the coffee and decaf! Nice to have a cup before starting the days adventures. I really appreciated Josem’s quick replies to my questions.

Ron place was beautiful,nice view , people in the front desk are very nice and friendly. parking was a challenge but if you are staying around the area uber is the best option.

wonderful condo with ocean view. we left the window open so we could hear the ocean waves. if you are sensitive to sounds you may feel uncomfotable until 12:30am. the restaunt/bar may have late guests. building condition is aged but condo itself upto date nice and clean. money we spend was worth it.

From start to finish the communication was great. Alex and his team were very accommodating and easy to work with. The home was clean, and included many thoughtful amenities. The location was an easy drive to San Juan and many other awesome places. Easy walk to a local coffee shop and a restaurant/bar as well. I would recommend the place again to anyone with a decent size group.

The best place to disconnect from the day to day routine and explore the sights. Very peaceful neighborhood, the cleanliness was spot on. Nothing bad to say at all. We want to stay again here. We loved it. Attention to details 100% very professional.

La casa de Valerie esta preciosa y es muy moderna nos encantaron los sistemas de luces de la casa. La casa estaba muy limpia e impecable y todo era exactamente como pas fotos. Valerie fue una excelente anfitriona y siempre me contesto los mensajes cuando tenia dudas. Nos costo un poco encontrar la casa por q el GPS nos enviaba a otra direccion pero Valerie nos asistio enviandonos su localizacion y la encontramos facil. La casa estaba localizada aproximadamente 25 mins del aeropuerto y cerca de muchos restaurantes y supermercados. En general nos encanto la estadia la piscina estaba hermosa y fue una experiencia increible. Definitivamente volveria a quedarme en la casa de Valerie.

We really enjoyed our stay in Old San Juan! You're literally blocks from many great restaurants, pharmacy/grocery stores and notable historical sites. The two main bedrooms are upstairs (they're beautiful) and adjacent to the kitchen and dining/living room. Three other bedrooms are on the street level with a private entrance but felt like individual apartments. All had access to a charming courtyard where we spent lots of time. We had a blast!

I had a fantastic stay at Mariely’s place! She was very responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The space was spacious and comfortable, with the added convenience of two bathrooms. Also, she had drinks, board games and puzzles. The outdoor area was a highlight—beautiful and incredibly peaceful, especially at night. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved my stay! The Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking—I spent so much time enjoying the peaceful scenery from the balcony. The location was ideal, centrally located and close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to make me feel right at home. The host was incredibly attentive and ensured everything was perfect during my stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience!

Camilo was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to suggest places to eat and things to do. Went to one of the restaurants he suggested and really liked the food.

The home was beautiful, super clean, with a wonderful book specifically created with discount codes and places to go. The location was perfect, the home gym was everything especially when on vacation, traveling to and from the gym takes up unnecessary time so the convenience was incredible. I will definitely stay again when returning. Thank you so much to Alan and Roy, the cleaning crew and anyone else involved for a welcoming stay ☺️
