Milagros' place was perfect for a quick stay after a late night flight in to San Juan. Super close to the airport - only about 7 min drive from the terminal. We appreciated the flexible check-in and easy instructions. Milagros had a ton of bottled waters in the fridge for us and the a/c going - both were a respite for us weary travelers! The unit was as described. The bed I slept in (queen bed) was uncomfortably hard but it was fine for one night. There were artificial air fresheners in the bedrooms and bathrooms, which I'm allergic to, but we hid them all in a room we weren't using and I took some medication. This is nothing against Milagros, because I didn't ask about this in advance or mention it during our stay. I mention here so that if you have the same sort of issue, you can ask Milagros in advance to remove them, and I am sure Milagros would be happy to help. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay.

We always felt safe. Our entire stay was peaceful with no issues. We enjoyed the pool area and beach. Thanks again Rafael!

Sylvette was an amazing host, she was really attentive and hospitable. The space itself was clean and had everything we’d ever need. Communication was flawless, so checking in and out went smoothly. Would definitely come back again next time we visit!

La casa de Mario es muy cómoda, en un lugar bien conectado. Me alojé 10 días y me sentí como en casa, tiene todas las comodidades para una estadía larga. El antejardín también es agradable ya que se puede estar afuera sin problemas. Las camas son cómodas y el equipamiento muy bien. Volvería con gran gusto y confianza en una próxima ocasión.

Beautiful home! Outside has beautiful plants & artwork. Host is very responsive & helpful. We had issues with the water being cold but he came in & fixed it right away! In a great location! Would recommend 10/10!

5 STARS all the way! This was my home away from home for an extended period of time. I was sad to leave. I very much felt at home and comfortable. I loved everything about Rebeca's home. Its a very beautiful residence, very clean, well kept and very pretty. An amazing vibe overall. The location is excellent to many places. The other long term tenants were also incredibly friendly and they were all wonderful to me, I will miss them as well. As I mentioned, I was sad to have to leave. I don't normally leave reviews and this is actually my 1st review I have ever left on Airbnb. So Rebeca when you read this please know I had an amazing time at your home, I will cherish our conversations (wished we had more) and thank you so much for being wonderful to me! I hope to be there again someday soon. Muchas Gracias!

This apartment is safe, well-lit, and spacious. Ramona is lovely and kind, and she was helpful and gracious during my stay. I loved the outdoor terrace, having a park nearby where I walked frequently, and the quiet neighborhood. I also appreciated that there was a Walmart close by. Something to keep in mind is that Carolina is not part of San Juan proper, and at least for me, everything that I was interested in doing and seeing was a 15 to 30-minute Uber drive away. Also, the morning light in the apartment can be quite strong since there is no covering over the door that leads to the terrace, and at night, I felt a little exposed, even though it was a completely safe neighborhood and I knew rationally that no one was looking in. Overall, if you are looking for an attractive, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I recommend this apartment. I hope to come back here. Gracias por todo Ramona, fue un placer.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable!! It felt like home when we were in San Juan. It's a short walk away from La Casita Blanca and it's easy to uber to other nearby locations. The neighborhood itself isn't super beautiful, but it has its own charm and is quaint. The one criticism is that the parking spot is extremely difficult to park into because of an obstructive pole. It took an extremely long time to park our tiny rental car every time. Additionally, the door is a bit hard to lock and it's confusing, but with some fidgeting it does lock.

Our group of 5 girls felt right at home! Everything is as pictured. Beds are super comfortable and floors were very clean. Lots to do within 10-20 minutes of this location. Most of all, Tina was always responsive and there to help. We were able to leave our luggage while we explored PR a little more before heading to the airport. We met Tina right before leaving and it was such a pleasure! She is an angel and we cannot wait to return, thank you!!

Six girls, a few nights, and the cutest house ever—it was giving ✨girls getaway✨ in the best way possible. The place was spotless, and decorated with Puerto Rico details. Everything was just as described (if not better!), and the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. COULD NOT RECOMMEND MORE-they are so kind and accommodating! The location was great, the vibes were immaculate, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re looking for the perfect spot for a girls’ trip or a roomy space, this is it! 10/10 would book again! 💕🌴✨

This property was extremely cozy and well equipped with all the essentials. The space was clean and big; we felt right at home. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We were approximately 15 min from the SJU airport and about 20-30 from Old San Juan. The property was centrally located and in a solid neighborhood. We had a great stay!

Great house! The AC is quite powerful. The backyard is an amazing space. The beds are on the soft size, so keep that in mind. The shower is a bit funky - either super hot or cold, but good once you figure it out! Overall a great stay!

Camilo was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to suggest places to eat and things to do. Went to one of the restaurants he suggested and really liked the food.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. This place was exactly what is shown in the pics. Clean close to everything old San Juan is only 15mins away. Carla was so polite and responded within minutes would definitely book again!!

Francesca was a great hostess. She responded almost immediately to all my questions. Provided great tips about the local cuisine. She was very easy to work with and very very patient. She made our whole stay very comfortable and stressless.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. It was a 5 minute walk to ocean park beach and is right off Calle Loiza with tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The close proximity to Walgreens was nice as well. The Airbnb was fully stocked with everything you could need and the host was very responsive and friendly. My only complaint is the level of noise from the street when i was trying to sleep some mornings.

We had a comfy stay in Puerto de Tierra! There is a plug-in hot stove and microwave available, as well as a full-size fridge and freezer. We were provided with bath towels, as well as beach towels and beach gear. Everything was clean and A/C worked! There were great recommendations posted in a frame on the wall by the door and the area is definitely walkable. Neighbors were very kind, specifically one older woman who lived on the first floor unit; she saved us a couple of times when the gate was being weird and when the key broke. There was a master key included on the set of keys that allowed access through the downstairs garden gate. Honestly, we’d been using the front gate the entire time until the key broke inside of the lock. When we messaged the hosts, they let us know we could just enter through the back, which we actually realized was a way better entrance anyway since Ubers normally drop you off there anyway if you place the pick-up/drop-off to the address provided.

Really nice very clean apartment! Great kitchen and living space! The location wasn’t as nice with constant traffic but other then that a really good place to stay!! Definitely recommend!

The place very nice and cozy. The location was amazing. Easy to find and walkable to great restaurants and stores. Ray was always checking on us to make sure everything was going well. Very pleasant experience. Will come back again and recommend to friends and family!
