We stayed before and decided to come back! We like the location because it was close to plays we like to go down the ocean! Even found some new places to eat staying here. Nice location, clean and Tammy is very helpful. Will be sure to stay here again on our next weekend trip. We are off season ocean city people so this place works out great.

House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Delaware! The home was clean, beautiful, and just as described. Serena was easy to work with and very responsive. With the pool, access to the bay, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to restaurants and the beach, we would love to stay here again!!

Truly an epic house! The layout is perfect. The backyard was the ultimate entertainment spot. Stayed for a weekend with friends and felt guilty every time we left the house because we were having such a great time there. Looking forward to coming back again!

This spacious 3 bed, 2 bath home is perfect for families seeking comfort and convenience. The generous living space offers plenty of room for everyone, with well-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The dining area was great for meals, and the kitchen is equipped with appliances and ample counter space. One of the standout features is the home's prime location, directly across from the community pool, making it ideal for summertime fun and relaxation. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, with excellent restaurants nearby. This home truly offers the best of both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for families looking to vacation in OC.

Home was very nice, clean, and presentable. The host was very informative and clear on instructions, also available when needed. Host was proactive. The space is very accommodating for guests and there is enough space for watching TV and playing board games etc. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We didn’t want to leave. The location was excellent. It was close to boardwalk, restaurants and the outlet mall. I loved not having to drive far to places. We will be back.

The unit was in great shape and in a very convenient location. Isabel was very accommodating to our schedule and made the whole process very easy. Thanks again!

It was larger than we needed, but so perfect in all other ways, we could not resist. So close to the ocean, elevator, etc. Balconies off most bedrooms! Could not view the ocean, but it was such a short walk! Heat and AC both available, and needed each at the time of year visiting. Cozy fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. Really, we could go on. Our few guests adored it also. Even had absolutely all beach needs. We are elderly and all was appropriate, except low toilets, but undoubtedly could 'make do'. Was unsure what to do with spare key on exit, but left under mat as Paul was going to do on arrival. Paul met us on arrival, which was a most pleasant surprise! Definitely 5 star!

The house was huge and super clean! It was great for our large group.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The house was very comfortable, beautiful, clean and well equipped. The welcome basket and the baskets of samples in case you forgot something was a nice touch. He was very responsive to any questions I had. The beach parking pass was perfect - we took advantage of that on 2 days. I would definitely recommend this house. I wish we had more time at the house to enjoy it even more.

This property was perfect as it was a place of celebration for my birthday and an anniversary. We had invited guests who were comfortably accommodated. Spacious and quiet with an enclosed porch/patio area. We socialized and enjoyed the media content provided on the screen in the living room, and in our bedroom. We felt right at home. We now have a memorable experience. Thanks to our precision oriented host.

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door. Despite the weather was cold and extremely windy, we enjoyed our stay. the house was in the most beautiful location and there was so much to do. We enjoyed cooking, playing cards and napping in Shelly's home. Speaking of which, she is a top-teir hostess that cares. She was consistently responsive and you can tell she takes pride in her home. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back!

Ian was a wonderful host in every way. He made me feel extremely comfortable booking and trusting the site as a first time user of Air Bnb. He answers questions quickly and clearly. The house was exactly as pictured and honestly nicer than even the photos showed. It has so much space to spend time together and also to spread out and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and great restaurants. I will be a repeat customer with Ian for sure.

I stayed at Phillip’s for a long weekend and I couldn’t be happier with the time I had. The house was exactly as described. The beach/boardwalk is a short drive but honestly the house is perfectly located if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. I would absolutely stay here again.

Josh is an excellent host! The house was incredibly clean, spacious & perfect for our vacation - it’s close enough to the beach and far enough to be away from the hustle & bustle. There’s lots to do in the area, too! We biked, kayaked, spent a day at the beach & enjoyed our nights at “home” grilling and enjoying the pristine backyard. The home was well-furnished, comfortable & as described - well worth the cost!! Josh was available, if needed, and even checked in once (on the app), to see if we needed anything. 5/5 recommend - we hope to visit again!!

Rosa’s home is a perfect getaways spot! It’s clean, spacious and quiet. Everything you need is in the home. The neighborhood is perfect for walking the dogs and everyone is friendly. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to the beach and boardwalk inlet. We definitely would stay here again when we need a place to stay. Rosa is super helpful and always responded quickly!

What a truly incredible place and host! I can’t say enough about Kate’s responsiveness and the incredible space. We loved it and hope to be back again!

Very quiet location, yet only minutes away from everything. The house was very clean, and the amenities were great. Great communications with Josh. Will definitely rent again.

Second stay for us and we would go back again. We love that we can walk to the beach. Plenty of space for two families with young adult children. The screened in porch is great for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. Hosts are super responsive and flexible.

Very happy with our stay, close to grocery and restaurants. Owner communicated very well and had great recommendations. The house had great spaces for our group of 7 to spread out or all hang together. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Bettina's My Happy Place was very enjoyable. My family especially loved the screened in gazebo, which does not include lights or electricity, but we loved that - PERFECT for unplugging! The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after the beach. We loved the availability of beach chairs, beach toys, grill and fire chimenea (fire pit). We used the fire chimenea two nights. The location was FANTASTIC!!! I would have loved to have more pillows in the master bedroom. Wi-Fi was a little spotty if you had too many devices connected. The fire chimenea has seen better days, but still useable. Side Note: We were extremely pleased when we realize there were no bugs. The whole neighborhood was more or less flying bug free.
