This might be the cleanest and most thoughtful place we have stayed. They have pretty much everything you could want as far as entertainment goes. Plus fully stocked kitchen plenty of towels etc. Everything was well taken care of and you could tell a lot of thought has been put into making guests feel at home. Would definitely stay here again! Great place for the kiddos and fur baby.

One the best equipped houses I’ve ever stayed in. Didn’t have just 1 or 2 of things but enough for the amount of people you could host there and not run out. Had plenty of kitchen items, cute organization decor that held plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. Basket with extra blankets was a cozy touch for the rainy weekend along with games and lots of coffee for the Kuerig! Loved the view , especially from the awesome upstairs bedrooms and deck! The outdoor shower & sink to clean clams was so wonderful! When the hot tub wasn’t working the host got it fixed asap so we could enjoy the amenities we had searched for and planned on. Great communication and responsiveness! Definitely would stay again!

Steve’s home is a stunner: the pictures didn’t do it justice at all! The living area is quite large, with plenty of room to spread out. There are so many thoughtful details: all shelves are labeled, there is a comprehensive list of all kitchen items (and where to find them); thermostats for every room; TONS of games and puzzles were provided; also plenty of interesting books. There is also an outdoor shower, as well as a clam sink (which was handy for rinsing sand off of all our shells)! My eldest daughter loved that the home was “so open and clean”; my youngest appreciated that there were “no bugs”. I’d have to agree with that sentiment lol Steve is a responsive, generous host who has clearly put a lot of love into this home. We’ve found our new, favorite beach house and can’t wait to experience it again in the summer!

Amazing location! Great communication from the host. We had everything we needed. It was the perfect ocean getaway, we can’t wait to go back in the summer time.

A very nice home in an amazing location. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck by the fire table at night, listening to the waves crashing on the beach, there is just something therapeutic about it. Deepa was very responsive and polite, I give this experience 5 stars all day long.

Our stay at the Ocean Shores Canal House was nothing short of spectacular! The property is absolutely stunning, with brand-new features and a beautiful open layout. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil views of the Grand Canal took our breath away. The home is spacious, bright, and welcoming, perfect for a family getaway.

A great place to stay! Beautiful inside and out. I loved the area and Seabrook is my favorite place to visit. Very walkable. This home is beautifully decorated, I loved every piece of art on the walls. Quiet, peaceful and close to everything. I highly recommend Sorry Knot Sorry!!

Nick and team were amazing and understanding when a storm knocked out the power right before check in. They offered a full refund immediately and were flexible and understanding. Very disappointed that we did not get to stay for my birthday weekend, but grateful for the hosts being awesome and responsive immediately with flexibility and giving a full refund the same day when weather and power outage stopped us from staying at the home. Hopefully we can book again and experience the place.
