This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

Had 9 adults for the weekend. Place was clean, well decorated, inviting. Nice to be so close to the beach and boardwalk. definitely walkable to town and back. Kitchen has everything you need. Bring nespresso pods if you need your java in small cups. Host was communicative and hospitable. great weekend.

This was a perfect place for our visit to see family while accommodating our two dogs. It’s a great location to go to the beach as well as walk to restaurants. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating. The place was super cute and had anything you would need for your stay. It was very clean and I loved that Tommy had coffee, cleaning supplies and even dog bowls. Thanks for being a super host and we look forward to our next visit!!

My husband and I drove up from Florida to attend my daughter's wedding. Kitty's place was the perfect location for us. We were only 10 minutes from the wedding venue, so it was really convenient. The home itself was perfect. It was so cozy and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home there. We were in walking distance to many restaurants. Also, very close to the beach and the Point Pleasant boardwalk. Kitty was a great hostess, and we would definitely stay at her place again. I highly recommend Kitty's place. You won't regret it!

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

Such a great place to stay in a very convenient location! Looking forward to visiting NJ again!

We are very thankful that we were able to bring our dog(Labrador) on our trip. The back yard was perfect for her to roam around in, and she was clearly happy! The neighborhood felt safe, and the inside of the house was warm and accommodating, with plenty of blankets and a great lounge couch in LR that was beyond comfortable. We made pancakes and coffee(on the house) in the newly renovated kitchen. The 1/2 bath upstairs with 2 other BR’s is certainly a great addition to the home. The Master BR is located on first floor with Full bath…The train station is within walking distance. Cannot beat that! We were very grateful for the accommodations. Thank you🕊

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

We had 4 couples along with a single guest in this beautiful house and had more than enough space. The pools were clean and big enough to cool us down. The shared courtyard had several clean gas grills, tons of seating and fun outdoor games. Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms along with 2 spacious decks made Bahama Breeze a house we all hope to visit every year! It is an easy walk to the beach & boardwalk with a lot of places nearby to grab a meal and/or drinks. Having an Acme within a 5 minute drive, cooking at the house was also a great option.

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

Perfection - best Airbnb stay we have ever had! Heidi was a thoughtful & gracious host in every way. She went the extra mile to welcome us & make our visit memorable. The cottage was well-appointed, cozy, & peaceful. Would definitely return!!!

This property and the host were both wonderful. The views and scenery did not disappoint. Being able to watch the deer peacefully walk by and enjoy the beautiful views I'll never forget. The property is private, perched attop a small mountain, with a large fenced in backyard perfect for the pup to get some exercise. Great hiking trails nearby. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Overall a fantastic trip and we hope to be back soon!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Amy is a great host! She was very communicative and checking in/out was a breeze. The rental was clean and exactly as described. One extra touch that we appreciated was having dog treats and toys available, which our puppy loved! I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone traveling in the Morristown area. Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

The home stay, as described, was close to everything, the neighborhood is walkable and has a great range of coffee shops. We enjoyed how clean and organized the place was, as well as its proximity to major bus routes, and the pier. Will recommend to friends!

We met family friends for a peaceful, relaxing winter holiday at the beach with a total of 4 little kids. Brogan Cottage was magical. All the "usual" stuff was great (clean, comfortable, well-appointed).... but most remarkable was the HUGE range of amenities and supplies provided. I tried listing them and ran out of space - so just a FEW examples: Everything you need in the kitchen - we cooked dinners, breakfasts and sufganiyot for chanukah with ease. Tons of indoor toys & family games. Outdoor toys, balls, scooters and bikes in great condition. Pack n play, potty seat, and high chair. Butter, olive oil and cream cheese. Band aids and scissors. 4 kinds of laundry soap! So much more. You name it, we found it - ALL the conveniences of home in addition to big trampoline and short walk to the beach. This made vacation with kids so easy! Only minus was limited indoor dining space - best to eat big meals outside (great outdoor space) but on rainy days it could be tricky.

Bertran was an amazing host and his cozy apartment is a great find. My husband and I were here on business (his wifi was amazing), but it would also be a great home-base for going into the city and exploring more of Brooklyn as a tourist. East Flatbush is a vibrant community, with the oldest house in NYC only a few blocks away. Grocery stores were just a 15 minute (leisurely) walk away and the apartment's kitchen is fully equipped for making your own meals. Parking was easy (even for two Floridians) and access to mass transit was within walking distance, if you don't have a car. Bertran let us know when we'd expect snow and threw down ice melt on the sidewalk leading up to our door-- that was a very thoughtful touch. Bertran's apartment was super clean, with fresh smelling linens throughout. We really felt like we were at home, safe and sound, and would definitely stay again and recommend his apartment to anyone thinking the same.
