Alexey was very responsive to concerns we had. The location was very nice and close to the pool and easy in and out of the complex. We did have a little difficulty finding the unit in the dark when we arrived but missed the sign. We updated from a 3 bedroom/2 baths to 3 bedrooms/3 baths due to a pull out by an owner. It was a great improvement for our family. We had a great family experience.

If I could give it more stars I would! Amy exudes the aloha spirit and her place is thoughtfully designed. You have everything you need to cook a great meal which is how we like to travel! The space itself is modern, has great airflow with the AC and a cute porch where we spent our mornings- also bed is very comfortable. Amy was so generous and gifted us a delicious sourdough bread she baked along with a homemade pumpkin butter 😋. We will be back!! ❤️

Comfortable condo in a great complex near downtown Kona. The saltwater pool and “beach” area right next to the ocean was awesome and perfectly located for beautiful sunsets. We stayed over Christmas and the building was doing a Christmas Eve gathering with live music and drinks and a great community feel; made me want to retire here! Cabana area, grills were very convenient. Shared laundry room was convenient too. 10 min walk from Green Flash coffee shop with great coffee and good sandwiches. A bit longer walk into town (~25 mins) or a super quick drive. Only minus was floors/walls are a bit thin and we were woken up early every morning by a kid running around in the unit above us. Overall loved the location and especially the outdoor pools & amenities.

Ryan was an excellent host. He is a great communicator and quick to respond to any questions . Everything was exactly as described. Our place was wonderful! We will definitely book with Ryan again

정말정말 좋았어요! 조이스가 집앞에서 맞아줬고, 친절하게 설명해줬어요. 실상 아예 독립된 방과 욕실이라 사생활 보호도 잘 됩니다. 벌레도 방안에 하나도 없었어요. 코나 공항과 15분정도 거리에요. 코나지역을 두루 다니기에는 무척 좋은 위치입니다. 다만 반드시 차를 렌트해야합니다. 코나 시내에 한번 남편이랑 술마시러 나가서 우버를 불렀는데 잡히긴 잘 잡히지만 상당히 비쌉니다. 만약 빅아일랜드를 또 온다면 망설임 없이 이곳을 선택 할 거에요! Joyce 정말정말 고마워요 🫶🏻 We had an absolutely amazing stay! Joyce welcomed us right in front of the house and kindly explained everything. The room and bathroom offer plenty of privacy, which we really appreciated. Plus, there wasn’t a single bug inside the room! The location is perfect—only about 15 minutes from Kona Airport and super convenient for exploring the Kona area. However, renting a car is a must. We did take an Uber once to go downtown for drinks, and while rides were easy to get, the fare was quite expensive. If we ever come back to the Big Island, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Our gracious hosts were super responsive throughout our stay. Before our arrival, they offered to greet us for a personalized check in, but it was not needed as the check in instructions were very easy to follow. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the unit. They also had some snorkeling equipment and beach towels for us to use. Do note that the unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator to get to the unit. All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the unit as well, so keep that in mind if you or your fellow travelers have mobility issues. Great location as it is walkable to all the restaurants and shops on All'i Drive. Would stay here again!

Of all the places we have stayed over the years, this one by far, had it all. It felt like home the second we walked in. Dani was there to meet us upon arrival. Parking was easy and well marked. Getting in and out of the apartment was so easy. It was very private and quiet. The pool and yard were both beautiful. Great large apartment felt so comfortable. Dani was great with checking in by text to see if we needed anything. She had great dining suggestions and activity suggestions. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was perfect. Did really need AC but it was available if needed. They thought of everything. Everything you’d need in the kitchen and a gas grill too. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and snorkel gear all provided. Dani made sure we knew the volcano was erupting and gave us great tips. We got to see it and it was an amazing experience. So much to do on this island with the perfect place to stay. We’d love to return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Super nice place, simple, quiet, well-provided and thoughtful. The location was surprisingly central in Kealakekua, but just down the hill enough to be quiet. Close to groceries, restaurants, a great coffee/breakfast place, and a poke/seafood cafe. Though there are neighbors in the adjoining units, they seemed clearly quiet and unobtrusive. Lots to do in the area, too, or an easy enough drive into Kona or down to Kealakekua Bay and the National Historical Park. A nice combination of a small, charming Hawaiian town in a tropical setting with access to lots of attractions and activities. We'd happily stay there again!!!

Kathy’s Tropical Hideaway is just that. A private space in a lush garden, it is so relaxing that once you’re there you won’t want to leave. We had everything we needed for a weeks’ stay, including the benefit of a big closet full of all things ‘beach’. Boogie boards, snorkel equipment, umbrella and chairs. It is such a bonus to not have to drag those things with you. Kathy was so accommodating to any request and also respected our privacy. She and the other’s living on the property are friendly and informative, but will give you the space to be alone. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was clean and inviting, the outdoor shower had lots of hot water, and the breezes were wonderful. Ask Kathy to see her photo studio where she has examples of her work for sale. She is a very talented photographer and uses many different styles. Our advice is to bring earplugs for nighttime. You get used to the wildlife sounds, but if you’re sensitive to noise, you’ll want them. We can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing time at Vlad and Maile’s place! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Big Island who will be spending time in Kona or Captain Cook. The house itself was beautiful and incredibly peaceful, even better than we had expected from the pictures, and the view from the deck was incredible. We loved spending time out there at any time of day but especially admiring the sunsets over the bay. There’s plenty of great food, coffee, and beaches close by that we enjoyed discovering, and we really enjoyed the snorkeling in Kealakekua Bay especially. We couldn’t have been happier with the location. The family was also super sweet. They made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived and remained friendly, communicative, and helpful for our entire stay, going out of their way to help if we needed anything, and being very gracious with us when we made mistakes. Looking forward to staying here again next time we’re on the Kona side!

everything was great. very friendly and helpful. having a washer and dryer right next to us was a plus. close to lots of food and beaches. anywhere from 15 min away to an hour away you choose!!

This place was great for our 3 day stop in Kona. Beautiful setting and just right for two people. The owners also offered and made us fresh homemade lei's that were beautiful. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect for family! It felt very relaxed and private and we loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the views!

We love staying at the Fairway Villa's and Jen's place was great! Loved being able to walk right out the back door to go on a walk or head to the pool. Can't beat the location for walking to the Kings Shops and Queens Market. Everything we needed in the kitchen as we like to cook and loved having chairs, boogie boards and cooler back pack to take to the beach! Would definitely stay here again. We stayed at the Kona Hawaiian resort in 2024 and it was just as nice in 2025! It's a really ideal setup for my husband, daughter, my inlaws and myself with the two bedroom suite. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the pool almost every day. I will likely come back a third time!

I already find myself missing this wonderful place! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, equipped with everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The breathtaking view was a highlight, and it was such a pleasure to enjoy it from the spacious and lovely terrace. We also appreciated the excellent amenities, including the well-maintained pool and BBQ area, which added to our great experience. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your amazing place!

Allyson was an angel. She was so helpful when we were stranded. She supported us as much as she could and checked in while on vacation. Allyson was a great communicator and very supportive. Place itself was nice and comfy. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need. I was in a downstairs unit and noise travels easily, could hear upstairs neighbors at all hours. Despite the noise, I would stay here again.

Such an amazing place to stay! Felt extremely comfortable and welcome the entire time! Very quaint and incredible! I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay on the east side of Hawaii! Many mahalos!

Great place to stay with kids! The one bedroom unit was very spacious. It was tidy, free of clutter, and felt safe. Kitchen came equipped with all the things we needed to cook meals for ourselves. Appreciated the packets of coffee and cleaning supplies!
