Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

Very nice condo and great communication. The ocean view was my favorite to wake up to every morning. Was nice having a dollar general and grocery store in walking distance for any last minute needs. Highly recommended it’s truly a great spot and very roomy.

Was a nice play to stay right on the beach! The building is nice, they were doing construction so a little loud, otherwise, it was great.

Right on the ocean. You could walk out of the condo right onto the beach. I saw beautiful sunrises every day. Clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the stay

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

Enjoyed the location, safety of building, and pool area. A nice size for couple. Overall enjoyed very much!

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Absolutely loved the place! Beautiful and comfortable!! Everything was perfect, and everyone had a great and relaxing time! The whole complex was very well kept and beautiful to walk around. Wendy was very responsive and available to help if needed.

First of all, the inside of this rental is gorgeous. It is nicely laid out, furnished luxuriously, and the decorating is so tasteful. Some landlords neglect their property and take misleading photos. Not here! The garage contains all the things you need for the beach - sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, and bicycles! Second, the location is ideal because it is right across the street from the beach. Third, Marianela is a gifted host. She is very caring of all the details and she is so fast to respond to text. She's great!

This apartment was very clean and free of sand (which is surprising, considering you can walk to the beach from this location). The walk to the beach was clearly marked and only 5 minutes away! Lukasz was quick to communicate and answered questions effectively. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was exactly what we expected from the booking. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. Very clean and love the beach is dog friendly! The owner was very responsive to clear up any questions we may have had. We would definetly book this condo again if visiting Flagler Beach again! Carolina’s place was lovely. Check in went smoothly. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was convenient. The complex was maintained nicely. The view from the patio is spectacular. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Jonathan and Nicole’s place was amazing! We experienced the most beautiful sunrises right from our balcony. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean and spacious. The area was quiet and charming, with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were very responsible, shared recommendations on places to visit, and always responded quickly to our questions. Room was cleaned fairly well just some hair on the bathroom floor and Batson on on the wall But overall nice

Megan’s place was the perfect spot to enjoy spring break with our family of four along the Daytona Beach Shores area. The condo was comfortable, stylish and had all the amenities of home, making us immediately comfortable. The building location is right on the beach and sunsets from the dining room table were amazing each day. Only niggle with our stay was the elevator in the building. Only one elevator functioned during our stay, so wait times were extended for sure and we found ourselves trekking down 16 flights of stairs to exit on a number of occasions once waiting more than 10 mins. If you are traveling with older folks, you’ll need to pack your patience for sure. Otherwise fantastic stay and we had a great spring break. Thank you!

We have two sons in their twenties and it was our oldest son birthday and holiday weekend. We had no problems at all with the management company they provided us with every detail ( Read through the paperwork provided ) The check in process was very smooth the communication was on point. I was dealing directly with Alexis from Ocean Luxury Vacations she was an absolute dream to deal with answering my questions as well as sending notifications and emails promptly and attentive to every detail. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. She was always very pleasant and friendly to me. The location was amazing we could watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony of the condo and the only other place we have had that ability is on a cruise ship or in the Florida Keys. Everything was great for our family vacation the condo was very clean, spacious, plenty of space for us all, and the location was perfect!! We saw fireworks and the launch of the shuttle in Cape Canaveral

Condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and beautiful. Nice pool with easy access to the beach as well as stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. Host communicated well and we would love to visit again soon!
