We had a great stay! The Airbnb had everything we needed—super clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient. The hosts were responsive and helpful, even reaching out to let me know I had left something behind. Great experience overall—highly recommend! We will definitely be back 😊

We had 7 people in our group and we were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and homey. Anne was prompt with responses and we were able to get in a little early. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Another wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Wil is responsive to any questions. Received information prior to check in with the smart lock combination. Having a smart lock is so convenient as we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach or anytime my spouse or I were coming and going at different times. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home!

We really loved our stay! We are a family of five and she was very accommodating to children and a young toddler. There things for the beach available so we didn’t have to worry about packing or traveling with those things. Evenings were quiet and beautiful. My family enjoyed the shared pool space and beautiful patio. It was really a great time and the host was very responsive to all of our needs.

Overall Great experience and time our family had. Location was great. Within walking distance to Flagler Ave. The Beach views were breath taking, from early morning coffee on the porch to watching the kids play on the beach. Frank & Terri’s place had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. We will book again for next year.

April 31-May 5, 2025. First and foremost, the balcony is awesome, with that fantastic view. We had breakfast on it and enjoyed the sunrise every day. At night we watched the gorgeous heat lightning displays. We walked the beach every day. The condo is quite large and very clean, well equipped with towels and linens. The kitchen had everything you could need. The parking spot is the best. The elevators are very new - quick and quiet. Omid responded very quickly and answered all our questions. Everything was just as in the pictures. We will be back again. Thank you, Omid B&D

Nice room with a beautiful view to the beach. Place was very convenient as there's a fairly priced Tiki bar downstairs just steps from the beach. We had our hot water not heating up enough and the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this magnificent accommodation. Located right on the ocean with the beach 65 feet away, the accommodation was a real haven of peace. For those who don't like swimming in the sea, a swimming pool is also available. Ideal for families, we found the accommodation impeccable and very clean, with everything you need for a great vacation. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely return to this accommodation.

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We absolutely loved staying here!! We spent most of our days outside but were always excited to relax in the room or hang out by the pool at the end of the day. Our host was super friendly & had great communication. I will definitely stay here again next time i’m back in town!

Primo property! Exceptional condo with all the luxuries of a vacation home. We were provided an easy, accurate list of entry codes etc. Use of their beach chairs was an added plus to this peaceful property! Great ocean location (no cars on the beach). Many thanks to our hosts!

We have been visiting NSB for years now and have done multiple vacation rentals. This one topped them all, actually of any rentals we have done in any location. Yes, this house is just as gorgeous as the pictures. The pool was perfect, loved the sun deck and the spa. Every bedroom had heavenly soft beds that all the kids commented on. We had one tiny blip with a TV and Antonio immediately responded to help. One thing that drives me crazy on vacation rentals is how much you have to bring if you want to cook. This house had everything! Seasonings, condiments in and out of the fridge. The garage was packed with bikes, basketballs, boogie boards, chairs, any beach activity you want, the equipment was there. It truly was a 5 star vacation, you get every bit of your money’s worth with this property. Thanks again to Antonio for your response to us booking and we are already looking at next dates to come stay again.

If you enjoy the peace and serenity of the Ocean, it doesn’t get any better than this place. If you want fancy amenities with spacious living quarters, not a good fit. We prefer the perfect quiet view in an area that feels like your own Beach/Ocean access! We will be back!!!!

The place was clean and super nice. It was private and beautiful. It had some unique features such as the outdoor shower which we enjoyed. It felt like we were right at home. The host was always responsive with questions or concerns. We will definitely return.

But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

Excellent location, with very nice hosts who communicated well. Even had the house ready a little early which is always nice. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need. Perfect Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The home was pristine clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The home is in a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. Having snacks available when we arrived was very much appreciated. We plan to return.
