We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The house is just amazing and despite the recent fires we saw plenty of wildlife. We did several hikes in the Grampians and the location of the house was perfect for that.

We had a wonderful stay at Shaun and Vanessa’s Airbnb in Little River. Their eco-friendly accommodation was peaceful and surrounded by stunning views. The wood-burning hot tub was a fantastic touch, perfect for unwinding in the evening. In the morning, we enjoyed an incredible breakfast with fresh berries from their farm—such a treat! The bed was very comfortable, and waking up to the sound of a cow mooing was a charming countryside experience. Shaun and Vanessa were lovely hosts, and we highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and peaceful location, very relaxing. Big open spaces, lovely deck, gorgeous view. Plenty of kitchen/cooking options which made it easy to prepare and eat home cooked meals. Really enjoyed playing music by CDs for a change, with a fun selection on offer!

This is a stunning property in a very beautiful part of the world. The Barn and Barnita are exquisitely decorated, with every luxurious detail thought of. We loved cooking meals in the huge beautifully appointed kitchen then eating on the deck overlooking the creek and forest, floating down the creek on giant inflatable animals ( my family don't believe me but I swear I saw a platypus), and having a sauna then relaxing in outdoor baths. There is so much to do in this area, but honestly we did not want to leave the Barn.

We stayed for my friend’s 40th birthday girls’ getaway! We loved this quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of home. We enjoyed the peaceful natural surroundings, the nearby walk trail, and we just loved the clean, cosy and inviting home! It was the perfect place to spend a quiet weekend away eating, drinking, and resting! Great location near restaurants and bars too! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! This place is better than the photos. A proper little cosy spot with so much character. Great for 2 couples to stay in and within a very very short walking distance to the main town and all its amenities including the train station. Great for a weekend of exploring.

From the moment we arrived Belinda made us feel welcome and at home. Nine Mile House is situated in a great location which is only a short drive to any town. The house is very well equipped and was stocked with snacks, and breakfast essentials which took the stress out of finding the local shops upon arrival. Being dog friendly is a big plus for us as well. Would recommend a stay at Belinda’s Nine Mile House any time of year.

We had a great time in Toodyay. The property was close enough to town to make it convenient, but far enough out to feel peaceful. Our kids loved exploring the property and the house was very clean and comfortable for all of us.

Truly an amazing accommodation! Fabia was a wonderful host who made our stay feel like a home away from home. She went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed and more (provided freshly baked bread, butter, milk, umbrellas, torchlights, indoor and outdoor blankets, her own list of recommendations, etc). The estate is tucked away by the woods providing a close up view of the wildlife in the area. We especially liked kangaroo and possum watching at night- a very unique experience that you won’t get at other airbnb’s. I’d highly recommend this air bnb! would come back again

We loved being nestled in the bush and having the feeling of being all alonewith nature. There is plenty to see and do in the area. The house was very quiet and the bush so pretty to look out on. Highly recommend for a relaxing get away.

Absolutely breathtaking house and view. The attention to detail is next level and the house is so well equipped and thought out- we loved our sunset dinners. Great location! Close to Blossoms and Native dog, and only 10 min Drive from town. The house seamlessly blends with the beautiful landscape and we can’t wait to come back for our wedding anniversary. Our stay at the Roundhouse was absolute magic! The location and views were mesmerising. The house is something special. You can tell it has been thoughtfully crafted and the space had such a good feel about it. The homely touches throughout to welcome us, the decor and the functionality was everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed two dinners we cooked using the kitchen and BBQ, whilst sitting out on the deck soaking in the views, as the accommodation was too nice to leave! Our two young kids loved watching and feeding the goats just over the fence as well as the outdoor bath. Our only wish was that we’d been able to stay for longer than two nights. Thanks for sharing this special place with us Scottee and Ruth! We sure hope to be back one day.

wonderful stay in a gorgeous quirky place! there aren't curtains on all the windows so was worried about bright light but didn't need to be - the courtyard provides plenty of privacy and protection from morning light. and a very comfy bed, slept like a baby! thank you for a great stay :)

We had an amazing stay at the Avalon House! Breathtaking views, fresh mountain air, the peace and quiet of the surroundings allowed us to fully unwind and appreciate the beauty of nature. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating, making sure we felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for having us! We truly enjoyed our time in Sagada and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains!

We stayed at Pumice during the off-season for Okahune, so the vibes may be a bit different during the Winter months, but our stay was super relaxing. Pumice is obviously gorgeous and the design was well-crafted. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a meal (we cooked thrice). The shower is lovely and I'm sure the heated floors only get better in the winter months. Evan is super helpful and kind - don't hesitate to reach out if you have concerns during your stay. Okahune in the off-season doesn't have a lot going on, but you should still check out the Carrot park - it was a highlight of our stay as we just kind of stumbled upon it. There is also a small disc golf course within a 5 minute walk if you're into that. Be sure to grab a latte while you're in NZ - I feel like every place we went made the best latte I've ever had and the little store in Okahune was no exception. Grab an eclaire while you're there.
