Océanie : locations de vacances avec kayak

Our last minute booking was handled immediately. Host sent me all the needed instructions including contact details of the caretaker. Caretakers are very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The place is good for our family of 16 with senior citizens who occupied the 3 bedrooms at the ground floor. Remaining members stayed at the attic though no a/c, fans were provided; place is so breezy at night and has lots of mattresses, hammocks and bean bags. Place is very cozy. Kitchen is located outside for big family dinner overlooking the ocean. No wide beach front but has access to the beach and we even had a bonfire with the help of the caretakers. Only concern is the noise coming for the resort beside it. Videoke was too loud though they tone it down after 10pm. We'll definitely book again for family getaway. Thank you for accommodating us.

Oggy’s Place is delightful - scrupulously clean, comfortably old school, and full of thoughtful and welcoming touches. Gorgeous front and back gardens with so many seating options. Elizabeth was was very friendly and responsive in all communications. The street was so quiet, you could hear the surf at night.

Amazing place to disconnect, relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. The surrounding is very calm and the city is only 15 minutes walk. There are not restaurants really close, but the full equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. We really appreciate our little peaceful stay!

We really enjoyed The Deck at Nelson. It is well appointed with sufficient bedding, comfortable lounging areas, well resourced kitchen. There were a few glitches but nothing that was not manageable.

We found Andrea’s house to be clean and homely with all amenities you could need. Kids loved going down to the river for a quick fish.

We loved staying at Sarah’s. The style of the place is lovely and the view is spectacular. She even has this little coffee pod machine and milk warmer that was so yummy and so easy to use. I found Sarah easy to communicate with and appreciated a message asking if I’d like any local recommendations.

Rob’s place is wonderful. This was the best place we stayed during our time in Aotearoa/New Zealand. The home is lakefront. It’s so peaceful at all hours of the day, though the morning is stunning. Rob greeted us on arrival & made sure we knew the ins/outs of his home. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and beds were perfect (I slept very well). There are kayaks available if you want to get out on the lake. Kitchen is stocked with supplies. There was an abundance of supplies: towels/blankets/robes. The washer/dryer availability was much appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay & I wish we had more time in the area to enjoy the property fully. Rob is great & I hope to be back again/will stay here.

The place was beautiful. There is so much to do and enjoy. Ashley has an amazing place on the lake with the beach only a bike ride away.

perfect hideaway. When I lost my phone Florence helped us by calling around. always responded fast and friendly. The love shack is fantastic. quiet, secluded, peaceful, beautifull views..

My wife and I had a great time. The highlight was the waterfront view. Spent a good deal of time reading on deck overlooking Lake Macquarie—so good! And kayaks were a nice bonus. A few things to consider: if you like running, you may need to drive 5-15mins to a good running spot nearby (I really enjoyed driving to Speers Point and running there). Also—the cottage is essentially one big room (plus a laundry and bathroom), so it can be tricky for one person to go to sleep while the other stays up. Overall though we had a fantastic time—would recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The view is stunning from the deck where we spent most of our time. Had a refreshing swim off the private jetty. The fire pit was so much fun. The cottage was cozy and clean with fly screens to keep the mozzies out. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Howard was a very helpful host and arranged a cot and high chair for our baby. Thank you!

Cottage by the lake is a stunning spot and everything the online photos promised, and is perfectly located to explore the Macedon area. It's a wonderfully peaceful property with the only sound being local birds, of with there are plenty. Great lakeside walk trails and the clearest night skies. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have returned home totally relaxed and rejuvenated.

Paul and Katalina place was a perfect stop,it was in a very private part of their lodge looking out towards Karekare beach and farmland. The bed was super comfortable which was so needed after two bad ones. Takeaways close by for dinner and a beer. Will def be back to stay and would highly recommend A++++

Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt, um am nächsten Morgen mit der Fähre, die nur 10 min entfernt ist, zu fahren. In der Unterkunft ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Sogar ein paar Willkommensgrüße wurden für uns bereitgestellt. Das Glas Wein haben wir dankend an dem direkt erreichbaren See am Abend genossen.

Loved this accommodation. This caravan was so comfortable and decor was awesome. Right across from Lake. Great view. Highly recommend.

The Cabin was so comfortable and in a great location. Liz and Larry have the place set up with everything you could need. I wish we had been able to stay longer!!

I recently stayed at Chris’ property, and it was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making the space both comfortable and welcoming. Loved it.

LOVE LOVE LOOOOOVE! This was well worth it, as somebody who loves Taranaki (from Auckland) this is the best place to show somebody from another country how beautiful Taranaki is. Gorgeous views, sheltered from wind and rain (unfortunate timing for us with the weather haha) and great walks around the property. Lovely amenities, and eco friendly too!!! Awesome garden too.

Our stay was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an incredibly friendly host, Rachel, who made us feel right at home. The location was stunning—peaceful, private, and surrounded by the beauty of nature. Watching the assortment of birds and kangaroos around the property was such a delight. The accommodation itself was immaculate and beautifully presented, with thoughtful details that went above and beyond. Everything we could have possibly needed—and even things we didn’t realize we did—was thoughtfully provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. This perfect retreat offered us both relaxation and connection with nature, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We can’t recommend this wonderful place enough and look forward to returning again in the future.

Fantastic place to take the kids and dogs! Plenty of space for the dogs to run - and walking trails in the state forest. The pool is beautiful - like being at a resort! And warm no matter the weather - the kids were in there even in the rain. Cabin is well equipped with everything you could want and the private fire pit was a big hit.

This is a beautiful get away from the city! Quiet, private and spacious, indoor and outdoor. Leigh was super friendly and easy to work with. It was a delight staying here.
