I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Laurie's place. It was a beautiful home with a very peaceful vibe. Pismo was only a short drive away which was great for day time activities. We hope to come back one day!

Ideal location for exploring the area, walking distance to Cal Poly, privately set back into a peaceful garden setting with no through traffic. Exceptionally quiet, comfy, and clean. We felt right at home. Way better than expected and Linda is lovely, responsive, and helpful while providing great privacy. Blissful stay.

Thank you, Erik and Kate, for allowing my family to enjoy your home. As former long time residents of the central coast, bringing my mom back to visit her “home town” and two sons was amazing. She’s not getting any younger so getting this chance to bring her home for the weekend was perfect. Especially a last minute booking. Your home was perfectly situated in the middle of the town, with quick access to the beach and Old Arroyo. Plenty grocery and restaurants to choose from with in close proximity. My daughters and I fell in love as soon as they opened the front door stating, “we could live here.” It had all the amenities we could have asked for, a charming back patio area and plenty of parking. I will definitely come back. Thanks again!

We had a great time at Ian’s. It was easy to find and very close to downtown. So close, we walked to get smoothies. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The instructions were very detailed and everything was clearly labeled. Highly recommend this place!

Review for Joseph's Airbnb I recently had the pleasure of staying at Joseph's place with my family. The space was immaculate, with everything neatly arranged and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Joseph was incredibly responsive throughout my stay, even late into the night. His attentiveness made a significant difference in my overall experience. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Nice bedding, thick towels, very comfortable bed. Really stocked with anything you could need. Close to the beach and activities. John was very responsive to communication. Great experience all around.

The stay was excellent, great host, great place in a great location. 10/10 will definitely stay again. This will be our go to spot in the future.

Colin & Teriza's place has a lot going for it. It's clean, well cared for and the view of the rock is great. The decor makes the most of the space. The hosts were generous with an early check-in and are very responsive. When the dog downstairs was whining because the owner was out, they even offered to come over and calm the animal. We enjoyed our time there.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie's place! Everything was decorated so nicely, everything was spotless and clean, and they thoughtfully provided so many things for our 1 year old toddler. The location was perfect, walkable to the beach and walkable to the various restaurants and coffee shops around the area. We had the best food around the neighborhood and we had a fun time at the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer! Couldn't recommend this place enough.

The photos accurately show the split off studio, sleeping area is split off. Two twin beds are comfortable. Ample closet space, with extra linens and towels. Shower has a high nozzle great for tall people, plenty of hot water, again much space to stow sundries and cosmetics. Kitchen is extremely well equipped! Coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, full size refrigerator, pots and pans, silverware, etc. Counter area for two as well as a table which seats four. Very comfortable couch and several well placed chairs complete the space. The deck provides wonderful spot to have coffee with glimpses of the blue Pacific Ocean or a cocktail in the evening. No tv, but excellent wifi! Hope they have availability for my next visit.

My husband and I had a great weekend get away. It was so nice to be able to walk every where.

Perfect find in SLO! Sherry’s place is charming, spotless and well-appointed. Her instructions were clear and she was so responsive. If you happen to be a Cal Poly parent, this was an ideal find: Minutes from campus, comfy pull-out second bed, and we were even able to make two basic “home cooked” meals! Will absolutely stay here again.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Check-in was easy, and Corey was responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was the view from the windows, but that was a minor issue overall. Would stay again!

This place is absolutely beautiful and perfect for me my husband and my two young children. It was a close walk to the beach! They also had great amenities such as stuff for the baby and lots of games and toys for the kids. The bed was super comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying here again. Maybe next time without the kids.😁

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

This was my second stay with Vince and Emily at Otter Lofts, and I plan on coming back! They are wonderful hosts, you cannot beat the location, and both of their places are wonderful. Walking everywhere in Avila is the best, and having the garage is so nice and convenient

We had the best time! The home is exactly as described. We loved hanging out in the living room with the floor to ceiling retractable door open. Perfect weather. We will be back!

This place was amazing and Jatinder was a great host. We had clear idea on what to expect when we arrive and check in was very simplified. We had all windows facing the beach which made us enjoy the view every moment while relaxing, eating. The beach was like a 30 seconds walk and we were in close proximity to numerous restaurant and ice cream parlors. All in all, we had a great stay and made awesome memories.

Great place, loved the location, and it was very clean. Host had clear instructions and very responding. Place was a bit small for the price for 4 friends but it would be perfect for a family, I plan to bring my parents soon and hopefully use this place.
