We had a fantastic time in the heart of OB at Matthew’s! Everything you need to stay in but close enough to walk to the beach and a handful of great shops and restaurants. We loved the amenities - playing pool and going in the jacuzzi each night was the cherry on top! Kitchen is fully stocked with all the things one might need for cooking which is great too. Loved it!

This Airbnb is exceptional-it’s extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is nicely appointed. We loved the hot tub & lush vegetation that surrounds the house. Hope to stay here again for our next Carlsbad trip!

We had a great stay at Miguel’s place for an extended family Spring Break weekend. There was room to hang out downstairs, with ample kitchen and living space. There are three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There’s also a 1/2 bath downstairs. Miguel was very responsive when we had questions about the house during our stay. He was quick to assist us. The outdoor space was awesome and we were able to enjoy the pool in the San Diego sun. There are a couple of coffee shops and a juice bar that are less than a half mile walk, which was great for our mornings. We went to the beach and zoo, being 20 minutes away from each was convenient. There’s a slightly busier road next to the house, but it didn’t affect us during our stay. Will look to stay here again on our next visit!

The house was very clean and we felt are at home. It was very central to the activities we had planned about 15-35 minutes drive time. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We had a question on one of the ac/heating units and they responded back right away with clear instructions on how to use it. I highly recommend this house. We made many memories with our grandkids. Great house for our big family spring break! Location was ideal for us to explore all of La Jolla and San Diego. The house was clean, well equipped, and stocked with amenities when we arrived. Graciela and Alex had excellent communication and were quick to respond about the few minor maintenance issues we encountered during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

I stayed in El Cajon with a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette. The house was amazing and accommodated all of us very well. The house was beautiful and the yard was definitely the best part. We enjoying the lemons from the tree for our water. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family and friends had a fantastic time over the New Year holiday at The Villa in Fallbrook, hosted by Simon and Jodi. It was so nice to see a welcome ceramic plate with my name by the entry door. A well equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable furnishings, and a breathtaking views to top it all off. This place was in a beautiful private neighborhood that felt very safe and had lots of fun things to keep the kids entertained. Instructions were amazing and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We definitely will be back.

We were in town for a family wedding. We needed a place for gathering that had all of the comforts of home and then some and this was the place … so many thoughtful details and such a beautiful home with gorgeous views. The kitchen and living spaces were perfect for our group of 9 and everyone loved having their own bathroom. The hosts were so helpful! We wish we had more time to spend there!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The view was absolutely amazing, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The entire place was spotless, with everything you'd need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the fun amenities, it truly had it all. The hosts were also fantastic—super friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great hospitality!

The Mountain House at Morning Farm was a wonderful getaway for 2 people. Private hot tub with views of the valley and stars made for a romantic weekend. Follow Dawns directions to the house and you can't get lost. House is quaint. Bed is super comfortable. Wonderful time walking the property to see the goats and alpacas. The peacocks slept in the tree above the house for the night and talked to us while we were in the hot tub. Great experience.

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.

The entire area was beautiful. There were several different cabins separated by little sitting areas with lots of chairs and tables. The land scaping was amazing with bamboo and trees with so many bushes and flowers and immaculately maintained. Unfortunately, it rained the days we were there, so we couldn't really take advantage of it, but even so, just being there was so peaceful.

Welcoming, private, beautiful home. Great for a weekend gateway from the city life.

We had an incredible time at the Almost Heaven cabin! The cabin is the perfect mix of rustic charm and creature comforts, like the clawfoot tub, stocked kitchen, and comfy furnishings. The host was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had quite a bit of snowfall, and she took the extra time to send us a video showing us how to find the house in snowy conditions and where to park. We also appreciated all the special touches, like the hot tub being already warmed up when we arrived. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Our kids loved playing in the snow and then soaking in the hot tub surrounded by trees. As mentioned in the description, there are some stairs and uneven surfaces, so probably not ideal for someone with mobility issues, but the cabin worked extremely well for our family of four and our doggo. The downstairs bathroom was super fun… it reminded us of the Madonna Inn! Lots of quirk and fun to be had at this special place. We hope to come back soon!
