Cindy's place was perfect again. This is our second stay! Fully stocked kitchen (crockpot, pots/pans, etc), dishwasher, washer/dryer, tvs in each room, bbq grill, front and back deck for relaxing outside. Everything you need to cook and chill at home and play games after a day at the beach! A short two minute walk to stairs that go to the beach or to watch a gorgeous sunrise/set!! We had seven people with plenty of room and plenty of hot water the entire time. The community is super safe with a guarded gate. And also has a pool and hot tub! Lots of cute shops and restaurants within just a few miles! And a grocery store just around the corner. This place is centrally located to everything without being in the over crowded, busy, no parking part of town!

The location was beautiful and with easy access to interstates a few minutes away it was easy to get around. But it was the views overlooking the ocean with pelicans flying and dolphins swimming past that were amazing. Having 2 full bathrooms with 5 adults staying was great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The living room area has a large smart TV and is stocked with books and games to play which we made use of. All in all, it was a great location for my family gathering.

This property was great for a week at the beach. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The best part was the rooftop terrace - perfect for watching the dolphins compete with the surfers for waves. The host Timothy was excellent - met us at arrival - and was responsive to our questions.

Scott and Karla were very friendly and welcoming. It was indeed pleasure living in their cozy nice home. They helped us in each and every matter that we asked for. Kitchen was well equipped. Very loving ,caring and a complete family. Thank you very much Scott and Karla.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! Susan’s home was perfect for our family of three. The green view on the porches were very peaceful. Kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfy. The beach views from the complex are unmatchable. Great restaurants within walking distance. We had the best time!

This was the best decision I’ve made using Airbnb…ever. Great host. When driving into a new area where parking can be challenging, Steve made the process so easy for us and guided us to the place. He was friendly when showing us around and amenable to our needs. The location is incredible. This is my second time in Del Mar and 5th time getting a California beach house. This was the best bang for the buck…far beyond my expectations. The house itself is quite comfortable. No smoke and mirrors, it’s just very nice. I hope to visit again soon

Wonderful place in gated townhouse community. We had one little issue the first day that Brett handled right away. Nice living area with comfy seating and also a nice west-facing deck with partial ocean view. Some minor upkeep issues, like a rusty floor register in an otherwise fabulous bathroom with a great walk-in shower. As we were there in February, we enjoyed the hot tub only steps away. Property well-maintained, parking easy and close for our 1 car. Grandview beach is short walk away, though you must take many steps to get there, but also multiple places to sit and enjoy the sunset view if steps are a problem. Great beach for walking and we loved watching the many surfers! I was worried about the train track east of 101, but it wasn't a problem at all. We saw only a few passenger trains over a week stay that were very short and surprisingly quiet, and heard nothing at all at night. And so many good places to eat along 101! I would book again!

Lauren’s home In Del Mar was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, spotless and the location was peaceful and perfect. The entire experience was 100% as Lauren provided everything you would need for the most memorable experience. Her communication from the time of booking, stay and checkout was extremely excellent. I look forward to staying here again and I would highly recommend :)

Guy's place was just what we were looking for. It's clean and bright, has two spacious bedrooms, and a comfortable living area. The kitchen is well appointed and everything was as promised. Guy provides clear and helpful instructions and is very responsive in communication. Our next door neighbours for the week were a bit noisier than we would have liked, but that happens sometimes. Highly recommended.

Place was clean, comfortably fit four adults and a child, and was in a great location near the beach and shopping in Solana Beach and Del Mar. Mallorie was responsive and gave us tons of suggestions of things to do, which we found very helpful. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

What a great place with all the amenities. One block from the beach . Walking distance to Carlsbad village , restaurants, and the beach . Parking in the garage . I highly recommend this place !

We loved our stay at the Seabluffe Surf House! The house was great and we really appreciated all the amenities like beach gear, surfboards/boogie boards, sand toys, ping pong table and things in the house for kids like a cute teepee with books/toys. We loved the neighborhood and the walkability to the beach and pool/jacuzzi. Rachel was very friendly and communicative and the whole process was incredibly easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

What a pleasant stay at a very comfortable AirBnB! We went with a few kids ranging from 2-6 yrs old and really appreciated the amenities provided from the mini crib, to potty seat, high chair, and even eating utensils! Cherie' is a great host and responsive as well. Overall, all of us had an excellent stay, thank you for hosting us!

Amazing location and outfitted with everything we needed for a week away with our little baby! Very clean and good amenities. Could not be closer to the beach and neighbor was great with coffee shop or two and walking distance to very fun design district.

The place was fantastic and Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very responsive and flexible. The home had an amazing view of the Pacific and was super comfortable to stay in for a week. The beds were all comfy and everything worked well. Perfect location in Leucadia and convenient for everything. We will DEFINITELY rent here again when in this area. Had an amazing stay!!!!!!!!

Spent a wonderful week with the kids and grandparents here. Great spot all around - we enjoyed the access to the pools, pickleball, common area to watch sunset and easy walk for coffee. Thanks for a great week.

Ken's place turned out to be just as advertised and was ideal for our family members' stay. Clean, comfortable and close to many attractions in the area. Ken was very responsive to our questions and quickly addressed our inquiries. Would consider staying here again in the future!

This is one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in! The view is more beautiful than I expected, and you can hear the waves even with the windows closed which is amazing at night. The fire pit was so nice and spacious too! This place is truly right on the water and you even have an ocean view as soon as you wake up in the master. The kitchen has everything you'd ever need too! Truly amazing and beautiful home, we are itching to go back already!

Great location, that stretch of beach is one of best in the world. Can walk to anything you want or need - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping. The home is very well stocked (including essential kitchen condiments) and well appointed with quality linens, beds, furniture. Lots of important details, like luggage racks, hangers, paper products, beach towels. One note, if you need the lofts, look closely at the pics - they are small and accessed via a ladder in each of the bedrooms, open to those bedrooms, could work for families but kids are basically in the same room with you. Overall it's clear the owners care about creating a lovely stay for guests. Highly recommend!

Cheryl And Roberts Place Was Well Maintained And Very Comfortable. Would Highly Recommend The Place For Anybody To Stay If They Have Any Special Occasions Or To Just Have A Calm And Relaxed Stay. Loved It!

Soothing Stays does a great job of communicating important information leading up to the stay and is very responsive when I had questions. The place was beautiful and very clean. I had such amazing sleep, and this comes from someone who has sleep issues when I don't sleep anywhere except my own bed. LOL. It was worth it.

We went on holiday with two children. It's never easy. I asked the host to make an early check-in and they did. By the time we arrived, they had prepared various entertainments, toys, a playpen, books even a baby seat in the toilet. A lot of puzzles and table games. Everything was clean and tidy. The dishes were good, new, coffee beans in the coffee maker. The host took care of everything and always responded quickly to messages. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean, you can sit on the balcony, sip coffee or wine and enjoy life. Very good experience!
