April's place was great for me and my family to spend our weekend! We felt right at home and April had extra amenities not listed that helped this mamma that was traveling with children! Will definitely book again!

Beautiful home in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Stocked kitchen. Lovely firepit. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Very responsive host. Fully recommend and will stay again when we are in this area.

A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Angela's Airbnb in Jacksonville, FL, was the perfect stay for our small group. We felt at home immediately. The private backyard was a peaceful retreat, and having exclusive access to outdoor amenities like the firepit, BBQ grill, and great Adirondack chairs were a bonus. The neighborhood is quiet making it easy to relax and unwind. Location-wise, we could not have asked for a better location for our event. With quick access to I-95 and I-295, we were able to explore everything the Jacksonville area and our schedule allowed. Jacksonville Beaches, historic St. Augustine, the Bolles School, and the area shopping & dining. Angela was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay.

The Confetti House exceeded our expectations! Located in the Isle of Palms neighborhood and a quick drive to the beaches. It was wonderful and super chill. We took full advantage of the bikes, heated toilets, koi pond and putting green as well as the outdoor lanai space + kitchen space. Beds were very comfy and a great space for remote work as well. Be sure to head over to the beaches and head south to Ponte Vedra for some luxury eats, golf and shopping or head north to Neptune/Atlantic Beach for some chill bites and biking. It was exactly what I expected and what I paid for ! Quite neighborhood all in all great place to stay for a work trip!

I almost didn’t write this review, just so I could gatekeep this wonder. This was easily the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had. The check-in was fairly simple. We got settled in and found out that everything was within walking distance. We had a fantastic time which was further highlighted by how cozy their space is. Further, their mix of board games and puzzles gave us unlimited entertainment.

My 4-week stay was fantastic! The home is spacious, in a safe gated neighborhood, and designed for comfort. The large kitchen, oversized fridge, and ample living areas made it easy to settle in, while the generous bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space to unwind. The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The home is well-equipped with a large washer and dryer, a spacious one-car garage with a remote, and cold AC-though the heat worked perfectly on two chilly nights. The location is unbeatable, with a brand-new Publix across the street, CVS and Walgreens within walking distance, and plenty of dining options nearby. Be sure to try Serafina’s Pizza a few miles down the road-the Grandmother Style or Sicilian is a must! Would re-book whenever I’m back in town.

Our stay was great! It was very comfortable and very well stocked with absolutely everything we needed, plus extra! The location was peaceful and perfect. A very short one block walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend Susan's apartment and would love to stay there again!

Jorge’s place was super cozy and beautiful. I stayed here for a tournament I had going on that weekend and felt very much at home. The area is super pretty and there’s lots to do. I would for sure come back and stay again.

Leslie and her place are a great spot for everyone that wants to be in a safe and chill location in JAX. The area isn't too close to the beach, but has a good bus system nearby and is in relative good distance to visit the Riverside, Avondale, and Downtown area. Furthermore, Leslie is a great host. She and her family are caring and gentle people, who will give you attention and assistance. Her place is comfortable, equipped with all necessary needs, and with a beautiful back and front garden. In fact, I would say that the pictures of the place aren't capable of describing how good and comfortable the site is. There are good restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby, surrounded by houses of beautiful architecture. Unless you don't have a car, can't afford many uber rides, and your main goal is to go to the beach or the zoo, Leslie and her place are a great if not the best deal to make. I look forward to seeing them again.

This was my second time booking with Ashley. I love her places and I try to book every time I’m in Jacksonville. I will always try to stay with her !

Perfect location. We visited with our family that included two littles and they had an absolute blast. We spent most of our time on the beach and they had a wagon with literally tons of beach toys for the kids. Also had plenty of chairs for the adults. The property description is pretty spot on,. There was plenty of space for everyone. We will absolutely be back.

I had a fantastic experience. The host was very welcoming and communication with them was easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and affordable place to stay. This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Vanessa’s studio condo is a welcome stay in a premier area of Ponte Vedra. The condo provides the highest level of cleanliness and comfort, further elevating our experience while enjoying the lovely grounds and beautiful beach. The owners were warm and approachable, clearly conveying the desire to serve and bless us in our stay. Highly recommend.

The condo is perfect. The view is amazing and it’s quiet even when a full building. Laura was a great communicator and answered any questions quickly.

This listing was absolutely fantastic! My wife and I booked based off of the charm and feel of the listing and once we got there it didn’t disappoint. The bed we chose to use was super comfy, everything was spotless clean, and there are beach toys and chairs in case you forget yours (we did lol). Chad was absolutely amazing as far as communication goes. He was always super helpful with any question we threw his way and responded extremely fast. I can’t think of a single negative from the entire visit, I would HIGHLY recommend this listing and I’m sure we will be back!
