Oscar provides a delightful home equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is peaceful and features a fast internet connection, making it ideal for both relaxation and remote work. It is conveniently situated just a few minutes from shopping centers and the city of Gothenburg. However, what truly sets this experience apart is the exceptional hospitality of the host. Oscar was incredibly friendly, offering valuable recommendations and going above and beyond his role to accommodate our needs. For instance, he provided us with a work desk and an office chair—items that were not originally included in the house but were promptly and generously arranged to support our work on the computer. Additionally, Oscar shared insightful guidance about the surrounding area and local culture, helping us navigate the region and gain a deeper understanding of Sweden. His attentiveness and generosity made our stay truly outstanding.

Nous avons voyagé en train et bus seulement et le logement d’Erica et James est tout à fait accessible à pied. Les vélos sont très pratiques et la région très bien desservie en bus. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de plusieurs nuits chez Erica et James, deux personnes très discrètes, disponibles et attentionnées. Le bain nordique était très agréable ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente, merci !

Really nice quiet secluded cabin with the benefit of a private hot tub. Hosts were friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The area was great, some nice trails to explore and take in the peaceful scenery around the island. Would recommend this place, we had a great stay.

Mysigt ställe! Jättefin utsikt och vyer från huset och altanen. Stor ek med gunga på altanen, uppskattades av barnen i sällskapet. Gångavstånd till Småholmarna, jättefint havsbad. Eftermiddag o kvällssol på altanen till middagen. Fridfullt ställe!

The accommodation was an absolute dream. We felt at home and there was enough space for eight people. The house is lovingly furnished and has a lot of charm. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The absolute highlight is the whirlpool. We would love to come back and can only recommend the accommodation.

Really great spot in general and especially for the price! Enough space, great amenities (especially loved the Nespresso machine & jacuzzi!). Also a fairly easy drive to Gothenburg.

Nuestra estancia se resume en unas maravillosas vacaciones, cabaña cómoda aunque fregadero, wc y ducha estén fuera, tiene su encanto. Jardín y terraza espectacular, mullido, bien cuidado; perfecto para ir descalza y barbacoa. Las vistas idílicas, zona para correr perfecta por los alrededores, verde, zona de baños cerca, disponibilidad de bicis en casa... Cabaña muy acogedora, descrita exactamente igual que en las fotos. Acceso con el GPS e instrucciones de Annelie perfectas, sin problema para encontrarla. No tengo palabras para expresar lo atenta, amable y facilitadora que ha sido Annelie. Muy buena anfitriona, resuelve dudas y detalles de forma inmediata. Muy agradecidos con todo. 10 de 10, apesar del baño de incineración que no funcionaba bien. The ONLY problem with this place is that we couldn’t stay for longer because it was the end of our Sweden tour. It is AMAZING here. Best hosts, incredible breakfast, GORGEOUS house, great sauna, wooden decks, cool design, soft fluffy beautiful bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. I am literally crying as I drive away because it was so incredibly beautiful and the hosts were awesome. Go here! You will NOT regret it!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Ausblick! Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit auf Orust! Vielen Dank an Cathrine!

Ett kompisgäng på sex vuxna bodde i huset i två nätter. Vi upplevde vistelsen som extremt avkopplande och behaglig. Värden var jätte snabb på att svara på SMS och dessutom kom med extra kastruller när vi skulle laga mat. Stor och bra grill finns i gården som vi hade nytta av när vi grillade. Gott parkeringsplatser och stort trädgård nära till sjön. Fin bäddad sängar med handdukar och sängkläder plus en god välkomst karamell. Privat och tyst omgivning. Välfungerande element och luftvärmepump finns i huset. En hel del ved fanns tillgängliga att använda i braskaminen inomhus och vid bastun intill sjön. Jag fick lov att ta med barnböcker till min dotter trots jag erbjöd mig att betala, mycket generös värd. Fem välförtjänta stjärnor ger vi denna fantastiska värd och boendet.

Such a lovely house located directly on the lake. Beautiful sunsets at every morning. Corresponds to the photos, we felt very comfortable. We enjoyed using the boat and the standup board. Martin's father Gerd showed us everything and gave us a warm welcome.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans la cabane d’Annika et tout s’est très bien passé. Check-in et check-out super simples et faciles. Le mieux est très chaleureux et bien équipé. Le logement se trouve à quelques minutes de l’arrêt de bus qui emmène à Göteborg en 25 min. Les alentours sont très beaux.

Es war wunderbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gepflegt, alles sauber und gemütlich. Birgitta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns bei Ihr sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles hat super funktioniert und wir können sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Es war eine der mit Abstand besten und schönsten Unterkünfte die wir hatten. Das tolle Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was es für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt und lag idyllisch im Wald nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt. Mit den dazugehörigen Ruderboot oder Kanu ließ sich der See prima erkunden und auf der sonnigen Terrasse war einer unserer Lieblingsplätze. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder

Vi hade en bra vistelse hos Petur. Matlagningsmöjligheterna var begränsade till två kokplattor och grill. Kan vara bra att känna till. Väldigt sköna sängar och fint möblerat. Fräsch mulltoa och dusch. Mysig plats med hästar betandes precis utanför. Tack för oss.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die kleine Hütte liegt unweit des Strandes - Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Kommunikation mit Anders super - er hat uns sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.

Karin's cabin was amazing, fitted with all amenities and very cozy. We were greeted upon arrival and our dog immediately made friends with Elsa (Karin's dog 😀). The location is amazing and we were sad to have to leave on our day of departure. Highly recommend it if you want to visit a beautiful part of Sweden!

Very cosy "tiny" house with everything you wish for, in a calm area. I felt right away at home and was happy to discover the beautiful landscape. Margareta and Ove were very kind and helpful and even took me to the ferry and lent me a bike which was fabulous. I really enjoyed my stay ! Thank you!!

This house in this location is simply amazing. We enjoyed the quiet and the sun in the off-season in September. Be aware that there are only few ferries going back and forth to the mainland at this time of year and that you’re pretty much stuck on the island - which is very enjoyable :) thanks to our wonderful host, Victor. He answered all questions promptly and was always super nice.
