The Cozy Cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs. Cynthia is a wonderful hostess. The house is clean, cozy and very well cared for. It is so much nicer than staying in a hotel room. We were able to spread out, relax and enjoy ourselves. It is well situated to Wire Park, Watkinsville, the new Thomas Farm Preserve and Athens. Highly recommend Cozy Cottage for your next stay in the Athens area. Thank you Cynthia!

A few hooks added to the bathrooms for towels would be great!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and cozy place. It had everything we needed, and the host (Rachel) made a lot of nice touches before our arrival that made us feel welcomed and right at home. In addition, our dog loved being able to run and stretch his legs in the back yard!

A friend group of 8 stayed for 3 nights in this Airbnb for a veterinary school reunion, and it was the perfect accommodation for friends who wanted to have more time with each other while also not bunking up together. The inside and outside spaces were perfect and comfortable., and a bathroom for each bedroom was a perk. Priscilla was very communicative and answered the few questions we had very quickly. She also proactively checked in to see how things were after our first night there and had sent restaurant recommendations to us ahead of check-in. Walkable to Mama’s Boy, which has been a long time favorite of ours, to downtown Athens, and to the Greenway. Uber was cheap and easy, too. We would definitely stay again if available next time we are back in Athens.

This was our second stay at Michael's place. Once again, it was comfortable and convenient for our group. Michael is a great host and was always quick to respond. We appreciated the flexible check in and thoughtful touches like cereal, milk, and earplugs!

Very good AirB&B experience. House was as pictured/described, neat, clean and comfortable for our family of five. Comfy sofas and furniture with all the listed amenities. Great fenced yard for our dog, and we enjoyed the fire pit. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but not atypical for a vacation rental in Athens. Location was good, though, in that it was a very do-able walk to the stadium (about 35 minutes at our pace). Would stay here again.

We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

Tom and Ashlie’s home is just wonderful. It’s a home of enduring charm with antiques, yet updated amenities. They were super accommodating in allowing us to check in early to prepare for our daughter’s engagement party. The grounds are beautiful, as is the pool. We were sad not to have time to use it. We will look to them again when we are back next year for the wedding!

I booked Kendra's place because we like cooking on vacation and the kitchen was open and supplied very well. We needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it was perfect! It was located near a grocery store, a restaurant and shopping center so it was very convenient! I will definitely look into staying there again on a return trip to Athens!

We have only stayed in a couple of Airbnbs, and this one was the best. It is very roomy and clean. The kitchen is big and very user-friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking it again the next time we are in town.

Really fit what we needed. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and even graciously offered to mail a couple articles of clothing back to me I'd forgotten in a closet. For future guests, since it is in the back of the main house, can take a second to confirm you're at the right address. The place is simple (for example, no oven or stove but does have a hot plate/griddle) as listed. It is only 20-30 minutes to walk to lots of various shops and restaurants so while the house itself is in a neighborhood, close enough to walk to things and don't have to get in a car. As long as you're not heading south, which hits the main road pretty quickly, they are all pretty nice walks to places.

I booked last minute when my truck broke down on the freeway. Gussie was super responsive, friendly, & helpful. The place was clean & everything in it worked great. It was a welcome stay after having a rough day of travel.

Such a nice studio, felt safe and comfortable and was an easy walk to campus and downtown.

My daughter and I had a great stay before the Megan Moroney concert. Awesome location and nice amenities. Walkable to lots of restaurants and even a Target on 1st floor! It’s a very lively area with only street / garage parking and loads of natural light in the space.

I stayed a whole week and enjoyed it very much. My pups enjoyed the outdoors and the fresh eggs from the chickens that we got to enjoy listening to were a very tasty welcome surprise.I would very much go back again. Laura and her husband were super responsive to any issues and checked on us several times. Highly recommend Laura's place!

Top notch communication! Home is extremely clean and stocked with necessary items in bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen! Definitely will return to this gem.
