Was advertised at $177 per night. We stayed two nights and it cost us over $650. Yeah, I accepted it because it was the only one in the area that had a hot tub and that is what we were looking for. Decent place but not really worth all the extra fees. There was a dog tie out that could have tripped us at night when walking to the hot tub, maybe need flip flops. There was some dog poop that was around the house that was not expected but to be fair, a dog came by as we were leaving that wanted to say hi. So maybe not the previous tenants fault. All in all, a good place to stay even in the winter.

Private, relaxing spot. We came up just for a weekend to visit family. It was so cute and decorated nicely! A few quirky things happened during the stay. We accidentally tripped the breaker, had a hard time figuring out how to work the shower, and the fan in the first bedroom by the bathroom was being finicky. But otherwise it was a decent spot to hang out with family! The host was very quick to message about issues we ran into, and was super friendly and nice! We unfortunately didn’t get to use the hot tub, and had to leave a day early due to an ice storm that came through. But we had a good time regardless!

My sister and I stayed at this beautiful cabin on the lake for a "sisters weekend". We do this a couple of times a year and this was by far our favorite place yet! I recently had hip surgery, so the hot tub was incredible for therapy but also just to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery! You get an amazing view of the lake from anywhere in the back of the house. The place had everything we needed and more. There is a bar and grill down the road with good food and bloody marys, and a nice grocery store not far from that. If you travel into Lakewood, there are several little shops that aren't so little when you get inside! I definitely recommend going into the coffee shop! Between exploring the area and the things there are to do at the house, we wish we would have had a couple more days! Highly recommend this place! Tons of room and would be good for kids! Casey was an amazing and proactive host- one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with. I hope to be back in the near future

great place to stay on the bay! I would stay there again 100%

Perfect spot for a last weekend summer with 8 kids from ages 12 months to age 8. Water toys to use on little sandy beach and shallow enough for all the littles. Fire pit, dock, we never wanted to leave. Adorable, clean interior perfect for cozy movie nights with the kids. We loved it!

Great place to enjoy the lake and Oconto. The home is well furnished and the host was very accommodating. We will be back again.

We absolutely love this cabin on the Bay, it is so relaxing, sitting on the pier looking out at the sunrise is breathtaking. The sandy beach area lets you get the kayaks in and out easy. We have stayed here multiple times, our dogs love the huge yard with big shade trees. 😍😍

I think this is our fifth stay here gets better every time !

Located in a beautiful, quiet area and a great place to stay! Decorated very nicely with attention to small details like ice and frosted glasses ready in the freezer and good coffee. The game room was a hit and there is a fire pit in the back along with a shed full of yard games and kayaks to use. Danielle was always prompt with replies to any questions and very kind and gracious. We thanked her for sharing her home with our family and would stay again.

This lake house was absolutely perfect! The views of the lake were amazing! There was lots of things to do with the game room and games provided inside. The firepit and outdoor area was perfect for a cool night of relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to do some home cooked meals. Plenty of space for all 6 of us to move around. It was so peaceful and quiet. Was a great location to everything we wanted to do and get to. We would highly recommend this property and we would definitely go back and stay again. Alex was a fantastic host and when I messaged a couple of questions he very promptly responded and was very helpful. This was a 10/10 for us!!!

This cottage was so cute and comfortable. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. It was close to Gov Thompson state park where we did lots of hiking. The cottage has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay!

Heron's Nest is an absolute gem! It is beautifully appointed and oh so cozy. Room for everyone, and the dog, and including lots of amenitiess-games, super soft linens, puzzles, all of the kitchen items, etc. The most perfect location-right on the lake with a lovely dock for the boat and fishing! And also right on the ATV and snowmobile trails (we'll be back for those this winter!) Fun county park and really great restaurants close enough but still feels like you are absorbed in nature. We saw 20+ swans, 2 loons, a bald eagle, and a blue heron. The lake is large and beautiful- it was too cold for swimming and boating, but this lake looks to be perfect for those activities, both right off the dock and out in the lake. We really enjoyed our time with extended family and have already booked another stay for this winter and again in summer! So happy to have discovered this little piece of heaven!

Nice quiet place located across the street from a big lake. Cool place to listen to the wildlife at night.

This is the second time our family spent our fall vacation at Christine’s listing and again we enjoyed our stay immensely….. playing pickle ball in the driveway, hiking, cooking family meals and playing foosball and darts. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals, the bedrooms have quality linens with lots of closest space and lush towels In the bathrooms. Our family would definitely recommend Christine’s home. Thank you!

Jina was a great host; extremely responsive and helpful. The frontage was beautiful, water was clear, amazing sunsets, good fishing, and an awesome waterfront bonfire pit. The space accommodated our family of 8 - really loved the lower level rec area with an extra refrigerator and washer and dryer. If you enjoy lake cottage vacations in the summer, Jina’s cottage is a great pick! Another year of family memories for us - thanks, Jina!

We loved the house, the town, the views, the neighbors, everything. Will definitely stay here again!!
