The house was everything we could’ve asked for in a place to stay at the Outer Banks. It was comfortable, well-kept, and had a great layout for our group. We especially loved the hot tub and fire pit—perfect for relaxing in the evenings—and really appreciated the sense of privacy the property offered. The walk to the beach was also not bad at all (<10 minutes). We’d definitely recommend this spot for any group looking to stay close to the beach and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing getaway!

Our stay was lovely! Everything in the house is quality. Comfortable beds, quality kitchen supplies, convenient ice machine, lovely decks. Beauty in the details inside and outside the house. From a hose to wash your sandy feet before entry, baby gate at the stair, a wooden tray to carry your coffee and breakfast to the porch with views of the ocean, to throw blankets in every room for snuggling under while watching your favorite movie on the many selections. The dogs were comfy and so were the two kids. Puzzles and board games in the cupboard, beach towels and muslin bath towels to dry off. Loved everything about our stay. Steps away from the beach at any time and laying on the roof deck at night to watch the stars. Mark was extremely responsive, sending a short video on how to use the nest HVAC. Super comfortable pillows for both back and side sleepers. Blackout curtains helped for those who need them. We slept with the windows open every night enjoying the waves. Had a magical trip.

Staying at Ryan's place was easy from start to finish. The house is located in an excellent location, two blocks to the beach, and adjacent to all things Avon. It's roomy enough, has great deck space, and is has fresh modern design. Clean, well appointed kitchen. Ryan was easy to communicate with and super helpful. We'll rent again here for sure!

Our long weekend stay was peaceful and just what we needed to recharge. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have for the beach! The walk to the beach was a little confusing at first, but once we found the right path it was very quick. Overall we loved our stay, especially the sleepover environment with the loft!

We had an awesome stay! The place was clean and cozy. It was just minutes from a quiet beach. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly. We had no issues during our stay. This was a lovely place and It was our first time staying in The Outer Banks!

Awesome find! The place is small, but our family of 4 was super comfortable here. Well equipped, with high quality linens and comfortable beds. We always bring our own pillows but we didn’t even need them here! It’s a short walk to the beach and the little market has great sandwiches. Host lives upstairs and is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

This home is beautiful. The layout provides privacy and lots of opportunities to spend time together as a family. There were many extras that made us feel so at home: tons of spices and a fully stocked kitchen, beach cart, chairs, etc. We loved having our coffee on the deck in the morning listening to the ocean. In the evening you can see the sunset over the sound of walk less than five minutes to a park and watch it hit the horizon. Sarah and Victor were quick to respond and clearly put together a space with guests in mind. Plus the most comfortable beds in any vacation property I've ever used!

Our group had an amazing stay! Rachel was so accommodating with our party, the location was great, and the home was equipped with lots of stuff for the little ones to play with, inside and outside!

Our family had the most amazing stay at the Otter House!! The location was perfect! The neighborhood is so peaceful, and the views of the sound are breathtaking! We enjoyed walking down the beautiful docks to take in the stunning views and sunsets!! The house itself is beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious, and immaculate making our stay so comfortable. From the well-stocked kitchen (they have thought of everything you could ever need!), to such comfortable beds with beautiful bedding in each room, every detail was thoughtfully considered. We loved waking up to the beautiful views and having coffee on the back deck! The kids loved the game room, and hot tub!! The owners were the best, and made us feel so welcomed! We would give this home and owners more than 5 stars if we could! Best experience and stay, we will absolutely be back!! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with our family!!

Place was just as advertised and fit our needs perfectly for a family of 4. Frank and Frans is a two minute walk so that was convenient since we were there to fish. There’s a restaurant right next door and everything in Avon is close to Food Lion. Family walked to the beach one night without me and made it back….so must be an easy trip lol! Overall….great place if your a family of 6 or less.

Great location, perfect walk to the beach, almost like oceanfront. Great hang out space and kitchen. Lots of extra blankets, fan for the white noise people. Great outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Walk to the beach was quick and not too challenging. Clean pool and hot tub!!! Would definitely come back!!!

Dawn was very welcoming..directed us to local food..which was very good..the house was very comfortable and very well stocked. It is centrally located to whatever you may need or want. Recommend most highly.

Seventh Heaven was the perfect vacation spot for my dad to take us (adult) kids and grandchildren to stay! We had everything we could ever need for making home meals in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens, extra blankets. Pictures do not even do this place justice! It’s beautiful. So spacious, and lots of room to spread out and separate when needed. Lookout, game room, pool & hot tub were excellent!! Had so much fun! Beach access was easy and right over the dune. Will recommend every time I can for an OBX vacation. 😍😍😍 We can’t thank you enough Theresa!

Antoinette was a great host and her place was just as described. She was very responsive and answered our questions.

The beach house was in an amazing location close to beach access and local restaurants. Rooms are very large and could accommodate a big group with lots of space. The pool and pool area was a great bonus. We spent a lot of time on the front deck for meals and hanging out. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries and very friendly. We hope to visit again in the future!

Our off-season stay at this Airbnb in Waves, Outer Banks, was fantastic, even with the mix of rain and wind! The house itself was truly one-of-a-kind, featuring a unique half-dome architectural design that gave it a cozy yet spacious feel. With two beach-vibe comfortable bedrooms and a mezzanine loft, there was plenty of room to relax while still feeling connected to the open, airy layout. The curved ceilings and large windows access to the outdoor deck added so much character, making it a truly memorable place to stay. Our hosts, Riley and Gaby were incredibly accommodating and gave great local recommendations for outdoor activities and dining options. Even when we stayed in, we were comfortable thanks to the spacious layout, cozy furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a pet-friendly, architecturally unique getaway with beach access, this is the perfect gem in OBX!

My family and I felt right at home in this cozy cottage. Great location, loved the privacy and porch. The beds slept great, nice liens and kitchen was equipped great to cook with. We will be back. Everything was exactly as described! What a great place to stay. Just heads up — if there are people staying in the unit above, you can definitely hear noise, but as long as you go into it expecting that possibility, no problem!

When the app says that Mariano is a superhost, they are right on the money! This property is beautiful, well stocked, very spacious and just lovely! we had a wonderful time enjoying At Last and the island!! it made our 40th wedding anniversary special!!

We spent spring break at Doug’s rental, and it was the peaceful retreat we needed. The property was exactly as described, and we had access to everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We loved being on the Sound—the view and sunsets are amazing, and we enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. The house is also very close to Frisco beach and was a great spot for a day trip to Ocracoke Island. We also loved that the rental is dog friendly and had plenty of grass for us to walk our pup. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Frisco in the future.

Loved our stay at the Treehouse! Definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences. The space was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and they were dog friendly. Will happily book another stay here next time we go to OBX!
