Overall great experience and we would recommend! Alberto was very helpful and responsive, and Paula the housekeeper was also lovely and so helpful. Fantastic location with coffee shops, restaurants, and gorgeous beaches all within 5-10 minutes easy walking, but not right in the middle of the most touristy part of town-- perfect! Private carport for a small car, behind a locked gate-- very secure! (VNDM is super safe and friendly anyway, but having that private parking area was still nice.) The multiple terraces on this home are wonderful-- great views of the sun and sky. There was a big construction project happening behind the unit that we were not expecting, but the noise was not bad and the unit is quiet when windows closed. Home does not have a lot of the "little things" like spices, laundry soap etc so you'll need to purchase a few small items, but overall had all we needed and we had a great stay.

We stayed for a night while on the trail, and we’re really glad we did. Maria was a great host, providing all the necessary information and making communication smooth and pleasant. The apartment was clean, cozy, and even had heating, which we especially appreciated in the cold weather. We would definitely choose this place again!

Ricardo was a wonderful host to this gem of a space. We have two young children and had all we needed to help them feel comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate there with ease- a luxury indeed. Beautiful outdoor patio and very calm neighborhood for our stay. Phenomenal market/wine store around the corner and many great spots within walking distance. Ricardo was available for our every need and was very responsive. Do note the check-in time before booking as it is a bit later than typical- but it was okay for our schedule on this day. Overall amazing experience, we would love to stay again. Thank you, Ricardo!

Beste Joost en Gini, bedankt voor de warme ontvangst, leuk om jullie verhaal te horen. Het huisje is gezellig, compleet uitgerust en we hebben er heerlijk geslapen met onze twee kinderen. We genoten van de prachtige ruime tuin en natuur om het huisje, en de kinderen waren blij met de schommel en trampoline. Ook erg genoten van het eten en de sfeer bij restaurant Nirvana op 15 min rijden, bedankt voor de tip. Helaas konden we maar 2 nachten blijven, hopelijk tot een volgende keer en dan blijven we graag langer! we hebben jullie ervaren als heel behulpzaam, gastvrij, open en gezellig! Bedankt voor alles! what can I say?! This is one of the best little places I have stayed. It is so quiet and peaceful with only nature sounds to sleep to. The bed is super comfy and the shower and bath super hot and powerful. The kitchen was great and perfectly equipped. I had everything I needed for a 2 week stay. Anything I needed the hosts helped me out with and it was such a pleasure. Its really close to Rogil and Aljezur, so perfect for beaches and surfing locally. You can walk into town but its easier to drive. Abbie looked after me when I got sick, and was an absolute dream. I felt right at home and taken care of. Even though some days were chilly, I was super cosy warm with an electric blanket, hot water bottle and electric heaters if needed on chilly evenings. I loved lying on the outside couch and doing yoga looking over the fields. There was a hammock too, which always makes it for me. Loved it so much I am going back next month :)

Lovely room within close (<5 mins) walking distance of the Franquia beach, which family friendly (good sand and calm waters). Also easy to walk to town. Nice pool in a tranquil garden with swings for relaxing after a day at the beach. Room is comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Wifi worked although a bit patchy. Calm location although noise from doors etc in other rooms does reverberate a bit. A special word for the staff who were very friendly in general but amazingly helpful after a slip meant our son needed some medical help - they went out of their way to take care of everything. Thanks so much!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Carolina. L'appartement et la terrasse sont très agréables. Accès à la plage en 2 min à pied et au sentier de randonné sur les falaises, ce sentier donne également accès à d'autres plages magnifiques. L'environnement est sublime, on est totalement dans le village mais la vue donne l'impression d'être seuls au monde (ou presque). Les lits sont très confortables. Le agarge est très pratique et doit être un vrai plus en été. La piscine n'était pas accessible à la période où nous y avons été. Carolina est très sympathique et réactive. Tout était parfait.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Viktor im Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ca. 8 Minuten Auto Fahrt vom Ort Odeceixe entfernt und jede Minute Fahrt ist es wert. Das Haus liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel – fast in Alleinlage. Ein friedvoller Blick in die Umgebung, lassen einen auf der Sonnenterrasse herrlich entspannen. Abends hörten wir nur die Grillen zirpen und genossen Sternenklare Nächte. Die Betten/ Matratzen sind sehr bequem und fest. Die Ausstattung im Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Wasserqualität im Haus ist leider aufgrund einer defekten Pumpe etwas eingeschränkt, allerdings sind die Besitzer schon an der Behebung des Problems dran. Uns hat Fernando, ein Freund von Viktor persönlich begrüßt, er ist äußerst sympathisch und zeigte uns alles. Wir würden dieses Haus zu 100% wieder buchen. Es war einfach ein Ort des Friedens und der absoluten Ruhe.

Logement trés agréable au milieu de la nature et proche des plages et des commerces . Nous avons été très très bien accueillit par Jette et son mari qui parlent l'allemand , l'anglais , le français et bien sur le portugais. Tout à été parfait pendant notre séjour. A louer sans hésitation .

Pedros Haus ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und schön. der Garten ist ruhig und gross. die Kinder konnten hier toll spiele. das Haus ist sauber und gut geschnitten. Pedro ist freundlich und gut erreichbar. wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Mariana & Diogo were wonderful hosts. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. They also provided great recommendations for places to eat, shop, etc. in the neighborhood. The home was beautiful as well.

Cláudia’s place was nice cosy and well deckrated appartement in the center of Odeceixe. It’s located on a pedestrian only street, which makes it incedibly quiet. The huge windows allowed a lot of light coming in and still the appartment didn’t get to warm on sunny summer days. We particilarly enjoyed how well it was equipped, with a bbq, all kitchen supplies needed and a parasol for the beach to borrow.

The accommodations were comfortable and the house clean and well equipped. The listing accurately described the steep stairs to the loft which provided better head room than expected. The living area was somewhat smaller than expected but in good weather you will want to be enjoy the spacious patio. José was responsive to any questions we had. Overall a great place to stay in the area of Odeceixe.

Great place with an amazing pool and beautiful setting. Still close to town (for supermarkets) and coastline (for beaches). You share the property with a few other guests, staying at other rooms, but everyone was friendly when we were there. Nuno is great and keeps the place in good shape (himself!). Property was also dog-friendly, which was essential for us as our dog could roam around and loved the place even more than we did if that's possible. We'll most likely try to be back!

This was a second time we stayed at João's place and it was as wonderful as the first time. Place is amazing and João is such a great and attentive host. Such a pleasure to be able to experience real Portugal, just simply loved it, thank you
