Oeiras : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Our family of 4, including two toddlers had wonderful one week stay in Gisela's apartment. Located on the first floor just few stairs to go up, the neighborhood is very quiet during the day and night. Parking is on the street for free, you can find always one ot two space. Convinient location especially for family having a playground 1min by walk, supermarket with fresh seafood 5min by walk and the beach is perfect for children to play! Plenty of cafe, bakery and restaurants nearby. 5G internet was also a plus. The house is renovated with fully functioned kitchen, and two toilets and showers! I definately recommend Gisela's lovely apartment thank you for the hospitality❤️

Lage ist top, Neubau mit gutem internet zum arbeiten. Die bahnschienen / Straße hört man nicht bei geschlossenen Fenster. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand Santa smart und 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum surfspot carcavelos.

I believe staying in this beautiful apartment was the best decision we made for our trip to Lisbon. The flat is fantastic – it was clean, had everything we needed (including a step stool for children in the bathroom), and looked exactly like the photos. Plus, it had a bonus – you can see the ocean from the bedroom! It's also very quiet. The neighborhood is the real gem: a good supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and there's a playground for kids nearby. Great cafes and restaurants surround the apartment, and it's only a 15-minute walk to a lovely beach with a workout area. I highly recommend staying in Paço de Arcos – it’s less crowded and flatter than Lisbon, making it very accessible. Staying here allows you to easily explore both Lisbon and Cascais. Special thanks to Tânia for meeting us with her husband, helping with our bags, and explaining all the necessary details about the apartment. She was always available to answer any questions we had.

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly like in photos, the views are awesome and you can find everything you need. The position of the apartment is perfect for visiting Belem, Cascais, Lisboa and Sintra. Also you have parking just around the corner and on the street. There was also a problem with the AC in the living room but the host is really nice and helpful so he provided us a heater immediately. If we would come back we would choose the same apartment, as we didn't miss anything. The terrace can be amazing in summer Thank you!

Estadia super tranquila Correspondeu ás expetativas. Muito positivo, anfitriã super simpática e disponível. Muito comodo e com todos os complementos e mobiliário necessário a uma estadia de 3 semanas. Recomendo

The house is darling and in the perfect location. Lots of walkability. It's a little tricky to find but V gave great instructions including pictures. The washing machine was a great perk on our long trip through Europe. She left fresh fruit on the counter and even a card and gift for my 9 year old daughter who celebrated a birthday while we were there. Truly the sweetest thing!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Rita. La maison est spacieuse et bien aménagée. La cuisine est bien équipée et Rita nous a gentiment fourni une télécommande du portail afin que nous puissions garer la voiture à l’intérieur. La villa se situe à 10min à pied de la plage, et à 30 min en voiture de Lisbonne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Rita et nous recommandons vivement son logement.

This house made the vacation so much more special and beautiful. It’s the perfect family house or if it’s just a group of friends. It’s clean, tasteful interior, quiet area but within 15min in the heart of Lisbon. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The beach is just a 5min walk away. There is a beautiful playground close by which is amazing for kids! We were beyond happy and Carolina was nothing shorter than amazing! The communication was so easy and quick. Very reliable, friendly and supportive. Will recommend this to everyone and we will definitely return.

Fantastic place to stay, right in the centre of Santo Amaro de Oeiras. Host is exceedingly responsive, kind and accommodating. We were very comfortable in the house, and especially loved the outdoor space. Lots of hot water and very good water pressure. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Everything worked well and the place is accurately described. I highly recommend it!

Una casa estupenda, amplia y cómoda. Perfectamente equipada. En una zona tranquila, a 20 minutos andando de la playa y a unos 20 minutos en coche de Lisboa. Y Cascáis. Tiene un patio donde hay una mesa con sombrilla y zona con sigas fabulosa para disfrutar del buen tiempo.

La casa de Georgette era muy cómoda, con zonas amplias, camas grandes, baños comodos y varias terrazas. Zona muy tranquila, cerca de varias playas y de Lisboa. Gerogette ha sido muy amable y dispuesta. Muy buena experiencia.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável, o espaço tem todas as comodidades desde máquina lava e secar , máquina lavar loiça, todo o equipamento necessário a uma boa estadia, a única dificuldade é mesmo o estacionamento, sendo uma zona residencial é difícil encontrar estacionamento mais perto do alojamento por vezes, mas nada que impeça a experiência excelente☘️🙏

After another app company advertising B&B left me stranded 2 days before my arrival to Lisbon, I was very happy to have found Joana place. It wasn't my first choice but it was ideal for quiet & restful nights. The location was further than I had anticipate so if you are looking for closer to the city this may not be for you but if you love the beach & seaside views this is it. The hose is close to a train station but I uber to the city. The house is well equipped with everything. Comfortable bed beautiful bathroom with a nice shower. Stores & restaurants are within 15 minutes walking. A few nice touches to my stay were a complimentary bottle of wine that I received upon arrival & really good quality toilet paper in the bathroom. The best I've ever had at any B&B. One regret, not meeting Joana upon arrival. I could have used more guidance around the workings of the house from her or more written instructions like where the laundry room was. Joana is lovely & I would stay again

Amazing backyard and perfect location to grab your skateboard and skate down the beach walk in any direction. The host is very friendly and quick to respond. Comfortable beds. Heated floors. Will come back for sure! 5/5 stars :)

Ein schönes, sehr sauberes Apartment und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Parkplätze bekommt man wenn man früh genug dort ist.

Joana was a great host, and Catarina was very helpful checking us in. Joana was very responsive and was flexible with check in time, which was really helpful due to the time plane landed. The apartment was gorgeous with amazing views, and was walkable to town, despite being on a hill. It was a lovely space and I would be happy to stay again.

Our stay in Oeiras was a great experience. The apartment is in an excellent location with beautiful views of the ocean and marina. There is a beautiful boardwalk along the water where we went for our daily walks - stopping off for a coffee or a drink at many of the beach side cafes open on the boardwalk. The beaches are beautiful with lots of activity!! The apartment has everything you need, with lots of dishes, cups, pots/pans. There is a small local grocery store a few hundred meters behind the apartment in a small plaza. Went there every couple of days to pick up fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh baked bread! Joana has been a super hostess and responsive to all our questions, and made suggestions for restaurants and markets around the area.

La communication s’est bien passée et toute était claire. Le logement était propre, grand et bien équipé. L’emplacement à côté la gare est très pratique. Nous revenons sûrement lors de notre prochaine visite !

Jorge is an outstanding host. Although we arrived late in the evening and had to self check-in, we encountered some difficulty locating the right apartment. However, after a quick phone call, Jorge guided us directly to it with ease. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. While we had read in other reviews that some of the interior feels a bit dated, it wasn’t an issue for us. The highlight is its prime location—just a short walk from a stunning beach and train station. Conveniently located in between Cascais and Lisbon which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

We had a peaceful, enjoyable stay. The location is great. The apartment overlooks Av Marginal and so there are many cars passing by. The balcony is wonderful but the cars can be noisy so we kept the door closed most of the time. One of the 2 bathrooms smells. I had to keep running water in the shower and Bide and that gave temporary relief. For the rest it was really a wonderful stay. 10 mins to the ocean and to the grocery. A short walk to the park Municipio. I would gladly return. When we checked out they said they would fix the toilet issue.
