Oeiras : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Rita. La maison est spacieuse et bien aménagée. La cuisine est bien équipée et Rita nous a gentiment fourni une télécommande du portail afin que nous puissions garer la voiture à l’intérieur. La villa se situe à 10min à pied de la plage, et à 30 min en voiture de Lisbonne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Rita et nous recommandons vivement son logement.

This house made the vacation so much more special and beautiful. It’s the perfect family house or if it’s just a group of friends. It’s clean, tasteful interior, quiet area but within 15min in the heart of Lisbon. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The beach is just a 5min walk away. There is a beautiful playground close by which is amazing for kids! We were beyond happy and Carolina was nothing shorter than amazing! The communication was so easy and quick. Very reliable, friendly and supportive. Will recommend this to everyone and we will definitely return.

Katerina was very proactive, responsive, and a caring host. Any issues or questions I had were quickly addressed. Her English is excellent, so there were no issues with language barriers. I stayed for 30 days, so the weekly cleaning was nice in that the apartment stayed in good condition without much effort on my part. It’s a very pretty apartment with a lot of character: art, books, etc. It did make me worry that I would accidentally mix up my stuff with the apartment’s and consequently forget it at checkout. I alleviated this worry by limiting where I put my possessions to only a couple locations. New tenants: Be sure to get the unit’s Lote number (groupings of the apartments, displayed on the apartment complex external doors) before you arrive, or maybe ask for the location/pin of the best external door to access the apartment. For the address provided, most apps will take you a bit further into the apartment complex, which can be a bit of a hike if you have luggage.

La casa de Georgette era muy cómoda, con zonas amplias, camas grandes, baños comodos y varias terrazas. Zona muy tranquila, cerca de varias playas y de Lisboa. Gerogette ha sido muy amable y dispuesta. Muy buena experiencia.

Ficamos surpreendidos porque a casa é totalmente nova, tudo a estrear! Bons acabamentos e muito bom gosto nas peças de decoração, simples e elegante. Sentimos que estávamos no meio de tudo, entre Lisboa e Cascais. A vila fica a 5m dos pontos turísticos mais bonitos de Belém. Visitamos também o Palácio da Pena e a Vila de Cascais e a Joana foi sempre muito simpática com todas as sugestões. Utilizamos o guia disponibilizado no site pela anfitriã, mas infelizmente não houve tempo para todos os colocais. Sem dúvida uma casa ideal para famílias. Vamos voltar e agradecemos muito toda a hospitalidade.

Ein toller Stadturlaub im Grünen. Wir - Paar 34 Jahre, Kind 30 Monate und Oma 64 Jahre - hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Ursula. Wie in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, der erste äußere Eindruck täuscht! Sobald man durch die Tür ist und die Treppen nach oben geschafft hat, ist diese Unterkunft eine Perle. Wir durften in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten, sauberen und gemütlichen Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Bad und Wohn- Essbereich wohnen. Wir hatten einen eigenen grünen Außenbereich inklusive Terrasse zum Sitzen und Essen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, von Seife über Bettwäsche und Handtüchern bis zur Auflaufform. Der Außenbereich ist einfach wunderbar, es laufen zwei Hasen und einige Schildkröten frei herum, es gibt Vögel, ein Spielhaus und jede Menge zu entdecken. Der gemeinsame Garten mit Pool hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Fluss und bietet - gerade mit Kind - einen tollen Ausgleich zum Stadturlaub. Wir sind begeistert und sagen Aleksandra und Ursula herzlichen Dank!

We had a fantastic stay and would certainly return again. Plenty of space for our family of 5, both inside and out. In a quiet residential location overlooking the sea – 15 min walk downhill to the station / beach / local shops. Uber was easy, cheap and quick for longer trips. Olivo restaurant is good - just up the road. Outside space was great – somewhere to sit at all times of the day, for sun or shade. Shared swimming pool was bigger than expected, we had it to ourselves most of the time. Lack of air con not a problem - sea breeze and fans did the trick. Host Tomás was responsive and helpful with all our queries throughout. Location is fantastic - it is a residential area though, so there is some occasional noise such as dogs barking etc. For luggage transport & storage on check out day we used LUGGit - went very smoothly. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend this property as a base to relax and explore the Lisbon area from.

Our family of 4, including two toddlers had wonderful one week stay in Gisela's apartment. Located on the first floor just few stairs to go up, the neighborhood is very quiet during the day and night. Parking is on the street for free, you can find always one ot two space. Convinient location especially for family having a playground 1min by walk, supermarket with fresh seafood 5min by walk and the beach is perfect for children to play! Plenty of cafe, bakery and restaurants nearby. 5G internet was also a plus. The house is renovated with fully functioned kitchen, and two toilets and showers! I definately recommend Gisela's lovely apartment thank you for the hospitality❤️

Все сподобалось) Всі питання по помешканню вирішувались дуже швидко. Гарна локацію і затишні апартаменти) Єдиний нюанс якщо плануєте свою подорож взимку / на початку весни то у Португалії в цілому немає централізованого опалення тому в час коли ми були було трішки прохолодно в помешканні)

Perfect hosts, willing to help and very pleasant. We arrived at the house in the evening, the house was heated, cozy and very clean which allowed us to go straight into the comfortable and wonderful beds. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. It allowed us to cook and enjoy a family meal and family time. The best, cleanest, most pleasant house in the Lisbon area. Wonderfully designed and unique. And if it is still not clear, we warmly and lovingly recommend the hospitality and the hosts. We had a perfect and pleasant time. thank you thank you

Very nice flat, a stone throw away from Carcavelos beach and NOVA SBE. The place is clean, spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood. I stayed a whole week and had everything I needed, no issues whatsoever. Isa is also a very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay and give this place 5 stars! The host was very helpful, quick to respond to our queries, and even welcomed us at the apartment, which was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the toys, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great—away from downtown, letting us enjoy the local vibe, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Getting to town was easy, with the train station just a 10-minute walk and an 11-minute train ride. Belem Tower is definitely closer so we walked with no problems from the apartment. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable, family-friendly stay with an excellent host. We’d love to come back!

Estive com minha familia no periodo festivo em dezembro. A acomodação é perfeita e voltaremos outra vez com muito gosto. Parabéns Sr. Duarte e equipa de limpeza

Rose was extremely responsive and helpful. The shower/bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony and pool were the highlights of our stay. There are cafes and supermarkets within walking distance of the place and has everything you could need for your stay. Uber and bolt are super cheap to get to places around the city also. Loved our stay and would come back again in the future

Catarina was extremely helpful and kind and detailed all the check-in instructions. She offered earlier check-in (we didn't need it, but still) and when we asked to stay in the flat longer on the last day before departure - she kindly agreed. The flat doesn’t have a kitchen, but it’s clearly stated in the description, so I cannot attribute it as a disadvantages. Great view from the balcony, very beautiful surroundings.

GREAT place to stay. I looked at a ton of places in Lisbon before booking, and am happy I picked this one. It’s the kind of place that has everything you need right where you need it. Homey touches, decorated with care, and the apartment itself is an ingenious use of space. Perfectly cozy, yet felt open and spacious the way it’s built. Clara herself is so kind, when I met her for check in she did a quick tour of the apartment to make sure I was all good. She left some fruit from her orchard. I just realized I forgot to take the sardines she gave me!!! Cute and lovely neighborhood — felt picturesque and like I was a local. It’s supremely walkable and tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and cafes around. Only notes for potential guests are there are a few sets of stairs up to the apartment, and the square outside can be active into the early morning, but I closed the door to my room and the noise was honestly hardly noticeable.

A small and cozy flat with an amazing view. Clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. Excellent location — right behind a metro station and tram route #28, it easy to explore every corner of the old town also on foot. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The internet connection is a bit slow, so keep that in mind if you're planning to work remotely.

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely enclave and we were fortunate enough to stay longer this visit--for about 2 weeks. The location is perfect for walking almost everywhere and Ubers are always readily available if needed. Many fun local restaurants and bars are very close by and sites to visit are not far. The apartment is extremely well-appointed with all supplies provided so nothing to go out to buy upon arrival or during our stay. Great desk area for 2 people as well as a breakfast table--both of which have all the outlets one might need. The outdoor patio/terrace is its own oasis! Any questions which we had were always responded to very quickly so, all-in-all, a perfect experience!

Super location, historic unit restored beautifully! Kitchen was well stocked with milk, juices, granola and other quick breakfast items. The host Wil is very responsive and shared amazing recommendations with us on fado music restaurants. Eugenia was warm as a grandma and walked us thru the unit to make sure we were comfortable at check in. The place is close to all restaurants, shopping and places of interest. We walked to commercial plaza, fado bars, baixa, cathedral, castle sao jorge all within 10-15 mins. The yellow tram goes right in front of the street… will stay here again..

La zona, la casa, te hace sentir como en casa. Ideal para descansar y con el coche poder ir a todos los lugares de preferencia en Lisboa y alrededores. Nos a encantado la estancia sin duda lo recomendamos👌🏽

Die Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und bietet in näherer Umgebung Restaurants, Supermärkte und tolle Aussichtspunkte. Sie ist super ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche und das Bad. Darüber hinaus super nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, einfacher Check-in und immer sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dorthin zurückkehren :)
