Angela’s place was fantastic and we’d definitely recommend to others. The house was beautifully presented with amazing gardens. We loved the linen sheets and the comfy beds and pillows. We had everything we needed for a great weekend away.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Had a satisfying weekend with family. Well facilitated home. We felt so much at home. A place we will look forward to return too.

Great sized house and very well stocked with clean and good quality dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding and everything else you need for a lovely stay. Hayley was a fantastic host. Instructions were clear and made finding and getting into the property super easy. We were also impressed with her responsiveness for a couple of questions we had one our first day. Thank you for having us, we had a very enjoyable stay!

The perfect space for a ladies getaway, had everything we needed and a great deck to relax on after enjoying the local area.

Alex is a great host and is super responsive and accommodating. I had a few issues on my end that I needed to change and Alex responded within minutes and helped sort everything out. The apartment was perfect and had absolutely everything I needed, from kitchenery (like nutribullets and air fryers) to toiletries in the bathroom and even fabric softener in the laundry. A plus is that it’s quiet so you can sleep or sleep in (no street noise) but everything and the buzz of the restaurants is literally a minute walk away. I couldn’t recommend Alex’s accommodation enough. Thanks Alex!! 🙏

Amie was a friendly and responsive host. She also helped me out with early check-in. Location was great near the port and great coffee nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Magda was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to check in, during the stay when I had a query, and when it was time to check out. Key collection was extremely easy and the apartment was immaculate when I arrived. Overall this apartment was ideal for my needs and exactly as advertised; a great place for one or two people. Family of four, two adults, two children aged five and three. The property was clean, tidy and looked like the photos provided. Walking distance to Fawkner Park which has two really great playgrounds. Very family friendly area with McDonald’s across the road to the property. We visited Cupcake Queens cake shop, which was under 10min walk this was amazing for us as our son turned five on our trip. Tram stop at the front of the property and car parking spot that fitted our Subaru outback we hired. Gorgeous views and it was really nice to see the hot air balloons in the morning floating past. Host was very responsive to questions immediately which was great. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

We had a great stay at Meary's apartment! Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The only negative we found was that the mattresses on the single beds were quite hard and bumpy which was a bit uncomfortable—something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

A perfect base for us whilst visiting family, High Point shopping centre is right opposite, access to lovely river walk is just across the road. private parking and a fantastic terrace with great views of the city skyline.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

This place was everything we hoped for and more. The location couldn’t be better—right across from a major train station, surrounded by great restaurants, and within easy walking distance to top attractions. We arrived to a sweet, personalized welcome: jazz music softly playing, aromatherapy in the air, and a tasty little treat waiting for us. The Australian bath products smelled divine, and the shower’s water pressure was top-notch. Waking up to the stunning city and waterfront views took our breath away every morning. Our four-year-old had an absolute blast, and the fast internet kept us connected. The host made check-in and check-out a breeze, even providing helpful recommendations for luggage storage. We can’t recommend this spot highly enough—it’s the perfect urban retreat!
