We had a wonderful stay in Lezzeno hosted by the amazing Emi. The views from the apartment were stunning and the place was spotless with everything you would need for a short break. Very comfortable apartment and very well organised. Emi went above and beyond for us. Apart from the best welcome we've ever had, she also helped us out when we got stranded in Bellagio.

We had an amazing stay! Our hosts, Eros and Daniel, were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. But the real standout was the view. The terrace offers a breathtaking panorama, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

This is a fantastic location and directly across the street from the lake. The view is spectacular. The apartment is very large and well layed out. If you go in the winter do note that the heating is not sufficient.

Alles war wirklich perfekt und noch besser als erwartet. Der Check-In war super flexibel und das Appartement hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich vorstellen konnte. Die Küche war 1a ausgestattet und der Blaue CK über den See fantastisch. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this cozy home exceeded our expectations. Lucy was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could ask for. The attention to detail was evident in every room, making us feel right at home. Мы провели прекрасный короткий отдых на озере. Великолепное расположение апартаментов, чудесный вид. Внизу находится бар и отдельно ресторан. Огромная бесплатная парковка. До озера примерно 50 метров. До ближайшего продуктового магазина 600 м. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, даже больше. Назначение некоторых вещей мы не поняли. Но они там есть. Квартира обставлена с хорошим вкусом, все на своих местах. Кровать удобная. Постельное белье качественное. Полотенце и минимальный косметический набор тоже входит в цену. Нормальная ванна, хороший душ. Много вариантов для прогулок, велосипедных, пешеходных, с собакой. Один раз ночью приходило стадо оленей. Более 10 особей. Фантастическое зрелище. Очень качественно и приятное жильё. С огромным удовольствием вернулись бы ещё летом.

Achille was an excellent host. Very responsive and very helpful in assisting us with getting familiar with Lezzeno and its neighbouring communities. The place was immaculate and he had a lovely “Welcome” basket awaiting our arrival after a long journey! This is the “BEST” Airbnb I have ever been blessed to stay in.

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen, bot viel Platz und war sehr sauber. Ausserdem hat der Gastgeber sehr schnell reagiert und uns wo gewünscht auskunft gegeben und geholfen.

Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die vielen liebevoll gestalteten Details haben mir sehr gefallen. Eine schöne Überraschung war der volle Kühlschrank und die feinen Sachen zum Frühstück. Massimo und Viviana waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt. Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen und würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Bett. Hat alles, was man braucht. Kleine Details machen das Häuschen besonders. Sehr zu empfehlen! Marco ist sehr zuvorkommend und stand bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Gerne wieder!

Nos sentimos en una casa antigua de campo, con todas las comodidades. Oíamos el canto de los pájaros en la mañana y salíamos a pasear por el lago desde la parte de atrás de la casa, menos transitada y hermosa. Cerca de todo, a pocos pasos del centro de Verbania. Fiorella estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Excelente anfitriona.

Thank you again for your hospitality Mary! The apartment was simply beautiful, clean, with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful towards the lake and we had a wonderful view of the mountain too. Mary is a very nice lady and helped us with everything we asked for! We will definitely go back next summer! I would recommend it to everyone!!!

Sehr schöne und zentrale Lage mit super Blick auf den See. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermietung. Grosszügige Wohnung und mit dem Rollstuhl ebenerdig zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Verkehr auf der Strasse draussen

Geweldig groot en schoon appartement met alle benodigdheden die je je maar kan bedenken met een prachtig uitzicht over het Como meer. Hartelijk dank dat we gebruik mochten maken van dit pareltje met prive parkeerplaats.

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf den See ist unbezahlbar. Ja unter der Wohnung verläuft eine Strasse, aber dies hat uns nicht gestört. In der Küche ist alles was man benötigt uns sehr sauber und nicht abgenutzt. Auch sonst war es sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Checkin war super einfach, da Alessandro mir detailierte Bilder zugesendet hat und somit sehr einfach zu finden war. Auch sonst hat er schnell bei Fragen reagiert. Danke dafür 😊 Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

The apartment is wonderful and the view is unreal! I’d book again just for the balcony. Has everything you need, plus the bus stop is right out front making it easy to travel around the lake. Highly recommend! If you are not renting a car I recommend taking the bus or a taxi to the apartment. I took the ferry and the walk up to the apartment is incredibly challenging with luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianmario’s. The house was lovely and the view was amazing. We had our breakfast on the terrace every morning. You can also swim just across the street. Gianmario was super helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We arrived quite late and got a bit lost without a car but Gianmario was super responsive even late at night. Walking the narrow streets beside traffic can be a bit scary so would avoid any longer walks on foot and take the bus! Overall highly recommend, gorgeous place that’s more peaceful and serene than somewhere like Bellagio, which you can easily get to by ferry.

Loved every minute staying at Rosanna’s. The outdoor terrace with an amazing view of Lake Como is spectacular. Such a cosy and comfortable apartment that we wished we could of stayed longer. Thank you
