This place was excellent! Super beautiful, spacious and the location couldn’t be better. Close to city centre and all attractions, easy to walk everywhere. Inge is an excellent hostess, really helpful and kind. As her daughter, too. We were a group of 9 ladies and we all loved the house. Just perfect! I highly recommend this place.

Michele place was amazing. Just what we needed for our staying in Belgium. 6 people staying together in a big house. Everything was superb. Grocery store nearby and easy to get out and go to the center of leuven

We are a family traveling with 2 kids. The kids loved the upstairs bedrooms! The place is close to Brussels, but is quiet out in the country side. We enjoyed touring the nearby abbey and battle of Waterloo sites. Vincent was great! Very responsive and had a lot of recommendations of things to do. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wir sind sehr freundlich von Laurent und seiner Frau persönlich empfangen worden. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Kamin erzeugt eine wunderbare Stimmung. Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Valérie, qui est une hôte très accueillante et attentionnée. La maison est agréable et surtout très propre en arrivant. De plus, idéalement situé dans la citadelle !

Val war sehr fürsorglich und hat die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung ins Haus trotz später Anreise ermöglicht. Für Fragen und Probleme waren Gastgeber stets zu erreichen. Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben und der Umgang war stets freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses bietet guten Anschluss zum Busverkehr und einen nahen Bahnhof. Ein Einkaufsladen ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön und friedlich. Wir hoffen bald mal wieder da zu sein

We are extremely happy with our stay and would most definitely be coming back again . The house was literally perfect. The expectation were beyond met . The place was super clean , had all the amenities ans was in a great location . Only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and all attractions were 15 min car ride. Everything was super convenient. The host was ine of thr best hosts we have had so far. Super accomodating and every response was so quick . Would 100% recommend.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold. Eugenie har en fremragende vært, som var meget tilgængelig undervejs. Lejligheden levede op til forventningerne og var præcis som på billederne.

The apartment was perfect. It’s a great location - everywhere is walkable but the apartment itself was peaceful. Everyone around was friendly, being able to leave luggage after check out was really useful. We would definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend it.

Super logement, très agréable, pas loin du tramway pour aller dans le centre. Claire est très réactive et donne des informations simples permettant d’avoir accès à l’appartement facilement ! Petit plus pour le chat qui est super mignon !

The place was great, really cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the metro, which made getting around the city really easy. The only downside was the unit's WiFi. Unfortunately, it wasn't working during our stay and we didn’t receive any solution from the host. We had to rely on the building's public WiFi instead, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything else was really good and we enjoyed our stay overall :)

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The location of the apartment is fantastic. And the separation of the two bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - is wonderful. It would be difficult, however, imagining this place as being ideal for 4 people. We were 3 and it was perfect. A few minor suggestions for improvement - and I say minor because, as I said the stay was wonderful - adding a bread knife to the kitchen utensils, clearly identifying the wifi and password (perhaps either in the online instructions or even old school paper format), instructions for using different appliances, instructions for what to do with the trash upon leaving, and more than one key. Also, two of the five nights that we stayed, someone decided to do some work in the back courtyard late at night (after midnight). With both bedrooms being over the courtyard, the noise carries and is very disruptive.

Très chouette séjour dans ce beau logement. Très propre à notre arrivée. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont bien équipées et il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et aimables. C’est un logement chaleureux où l’on s’y sent bien. Il y a une boulangerie, un carrefour express et des restaurants dans la rue, ce qui est un atout. Nous recommandons fortement !

Mooi en rustig verblijf. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een rustig weekendje. Dimi reageert snel, vriendelijk en communiceert pro actief maar niet overdreven, ideale communicatie!

Super vriendelijke ontvangst door Patrick. Het huis was perfect voor een ontspannend weekendje weg. We genoten van aperitieven voor het gezellige haardvuur en ontbijten met een fijn uitzicht.

Philippe a été un hôte extrêmement accueillant et arrangeant : il nous a permis d’arriver et de partir à l’heure qui nous arrangeait. Il nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut pour accueillir un grand groupe comme le nôtre. Certains équipements montrent des signes de vieillissement mais nous avons tout expliqué à Philippe et il va en prendre soin. Le jardin était grand, bien fleuri et entièrement clôturé ce qui était parfait pour nos chiens. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Philippe et, à part le prix qui nous a semblé excessif, nous n’avons rien à reprocher à ce logement.

What an amazing gem this house is - highly recommend and completely undestand the perfect 5 star reviews. The house is beautiful, huge garden, absolutely peaceful and blissful - we didn't want to leave and are already planning another longer visit. It is clean, has all amenities you need (big fridge, coffee machine, etc), convenient kitchen with sitting places, and a huge dining room with a fireplace. at the same time it is less than 10 min walk from the train station taking you to Brussels, and 7 min drive from Wavre, which has nice stores and cafes. However, we didn't even feel the need to leave and spent most of the time in the garden. Absolutely recommend the experience.

Would highly recommend if driving. Only a 30 min drive to central brussels. Clara provided perfect check in and out instructions and was available during our stay had we needed any questions answered.

This house is fantastic! Geraldine is an amazing host who is very helpful and incredibly quick to respond to any query you may have! I love this house and I highly recommnend it. The place is so clean and nicely furnished. It will make you feel home! The location is perfect. It is removed from the traffic and so close to all the shop and restaurants. There is a lovely garden. The house have everything you need to have a very comfortable stay with a "home like" feeling. Every time I go to Belgium I stay at this house and I am NEVER disappointed.
