Private, warm apartment at the Powderhorn end of town. We were inside for the majority of our two nights in Ohakune due to the weather but we were so comfortable and made use of the fully equipped kitchen. Thanks Dion for your great communication. We would stay again.

Ross looked after us so well, made it easy for us to check in and even put the heat pump on to warm the house for us - it was a super chilly day! The location is perfect and the cost very reasonable. Looking forward to coming back again Anne definitely recommended 👌

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Brian is very friendly and explained everything carefully. We really liked the small kitchen for making breakfast or lunch.

Jo’s place was located centrally and was very clean and comfortable. Beds were lovely with beautiful linen. Jo herself was warm and welcoming and very informative. Thanks Jo we had a very comfortable night.

House was as described. Although close to the road it was quiet. The covered porch was great although it could have done with a clothes line under the covered porch. No-one appeared to be staying in the closest house (right next to the porch) so couldn't judge if it would have been noisy. David warned me about the steep (well formed) gravel drive. With my front wheel drive sedan, I needed a run up to get up. If it had been raining, or had my car been fully loaded with 4 adults and ski gear it would not have made it. Not an isssue for me, but had I booked for me wife, she would have had to park at the top of the drive and walk. Rear wheel drive or 4wd - probably not an issue

The apartment was even larger than I expected it to be. The kitchen was stocked with lots of pots and pans and utensils. The linens were quite comfortable. Everything about the place was excellent and as described! The view is very good, and the breeze at night was great. It's a little outside of town, which is great if you want quiet and peace, but it is a 10 to 15 minute drive down the hill. To me it was worth the drive to have such a nice place.

Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber und toll mit allem Erforderlichen eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Jo war super, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Ort besucht, um Wandern zu gehen. Dafür war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Tankstelle und Supermarkt sind nah erreichbar.

My stay at Studio 2 was wonderful. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure, and Jo was very responsive too. We will love to stay here again if we visit Tūrangi.

Small but lovely room. Everything you need actually. We were first unsure because we had no kitchen in the room. But the kitchen for general use was right below us and was well equipt. Nice bathroom, even got shower gel. Very nice contact and for that price - i mean what can you wish more for? We did the Tongariro Crossing from here only 25 min to the carpark. For us it was a perfect stay, thank you!

Nice stay for our ski trip to Turoa, only 20 mins drive! Although kitchen has got all facilities but we have been dine out for 2 days for the locals tho the kitchen was left as it was. This 2 bedrooms unit with kitchen and bathroom facilities are just good enough for our family of 4! Dion was easy and friendly to communicated. The hot tub next door within less than 1 minutes walk is a great bonus for a full day after ski! Will come back for the next skip season!
