We had a wonderful stay at Kim's Airbnb! The two-bedroom apartment was exceptionally comfortable, with cozy beds and a relaxing atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the WiFi was fast and reliable—perfect for staying connected or getting some work done. The location was also fantastic and close to family in town. Kim was the perfect host—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful, ensuring that everything was just right for our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. In fact this was our 4th or 5th stay!

Dom's place was beautiful, exactly as described, and perfect for what I needed on my work trip to the Columbus Convention Center. I was able to walk to where I needed to go, and the fact that there was a free parking spot included was huge! The small convenience store on the corner was also super helpful, as I forgot a few items at home :) Dom was so communicative and helpful, but also allowed me the space to be on my own while staying in their place! I loved staying here, and would definitely do so again!

We had an excellent stay at Laurie’s place. It was pristine, spacious, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and the grocery store without any issues. Laurie was very attentive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Benjamin's place is an amazing spot for a city rental. This is our third or fourth stay and it's consistently wonderful. great location, clean, beautiful inside and out.

This was a fantastic airbnb. Great location that is close to historic downtown Georgetown and was very quiet and peaceful at night. The home was comfortable and well stocked with linens and restroom supplies. It felt like a home away from home.

Simply a fantastic property! Close to Wake, 5 minutes from downtown with shops and grocery stores nearby. The home was clean, new, and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy and bathrooms spacious. I would 100% recommend Richard’s home to anyone visiting Winston Salem.

We recently had a group of girls stay for a bachelorette trip weekend. We had 12 in our group and everyone loved the house, especially the kitchen! Very modern and new!! The open concept of the house was great for our group to all mingle and hangout. Plenty of beds for everyone! The 2 car garage and parking pad was helpful with bringing multiple vehicles. The location of the house was in perfect walking distance to Short North area and Budds dairy hall. We all enjoyed our stay and had a blast! Highly recommend this air bnb for your next trip!

My Wife and I spent 4 nights here! Impeccable location, clean and excellent attention to detail. I didn’t order a single Uber the entire trip, everything you want is walkable. I am a light sleeper and we didn’t hear a peep all night. This beats a Hotel any day! Cindy is extremely responsive, clear and communicative. I highly recommend staying here when you are in town!

We stayed here for a short staycation over spring break. Klotter is remarkably quiet for a city neighborhood and the little garden space where we parked was lovely. The beds were clean, the kitchen was immaculate & accessible, and the Nespresso machine was a lifesaver in the morning. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom(s) were very steep, but it is an old house and my kids loved having their room in the attic. The backyard space was suitable, but not practical for my dog (but she's a country thing and wasn't in love with the city in general.) She did enjoy our morning walks down Klotter though! We found a lovely crepe place near the university, hit up the museum center for the children's museum, and treated the kids to an arcade night at Scallywag Tag. all of it was less than 25 minutes away, most only 10. My kids are exhausted and begging to come back. It was a successful spring break.

Right at a mile from downtown. We didn't walk it but you definitely could. Always easy to get an Uber or Lyft. Had groceries delivered and the area was easy for the delivery people to find. Axe throwing right across the road with a bar. Building was extremely secure. Easy to get in and out with Latch app. Apartment was very clean with all amenities. The balcony was amazing to spend most of our time at the apartment. Good people watching!! Overall, would definitely book here again!!!

Very nice place in a fantastic location. The space was clean, well furnished and had many perks such as charging stations, nice cookware and a double make up table with mirrors. Dave was responsive to any questions or small concerns.

Mark and team were absolutely fantastic, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was absolutely prestine when I arrived and was even more beautiful than I had expected, check in and check out were very easy. There were plenty of things provided (coffee, laundry necessities, cleaning supplies, etc.) that were so helpful. The beds were also REALLY comfortable, and the view was stunning. I wish I could've stayed longer. I'm often in the area and this is officially my top choice for places to stay. The price was more than reasonable, and I would STRONGLY recommend this place for your stay. Thank you to Mark and his team for making this a wonderful experience. I look forward to another stay in the future.

We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer. The host was responsive & very welcoming! Instructions for parking & getting into the unit were clear. The Airbnb looks just like the pictures, and was literally spotless! Great location, practically anything you could need is within walking distance! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Columbus, and would love to stay again sometime! Thank you for having us :)
