It was such a quaint place. Very private. Hot tub was amazing. Decor was amazing. They thought of everything as far as your needs to. We would definitely go back again. Lovely.

It was a perfect cottage getaway experience for my partner and I. It was well kept and clean, perfectly quiet at night when recovering from a long day of hiking Turkey Run, and lots of fun getting to feed the chickens our scraps and petting the cats that hung around outside. All in all I would highly recommend you stay here when visiting the state parks as this is one of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in with extremely friendly hosts.

Lovely home in a nice area. We were traveling through the state and needed a last minute stay. Sue responded to our request immediately. Her home was perfect and well stocked with anything we may have forgotten. We really enjoyed the banana muffins that she left.

Took a mom/teenage daughter last minute trip to Nashville and we had a great time. The hosts were super responsive and provided a ton of info prior to our arrival. The hot tub is private and firewood was provided for the fire pit. Easy and reasonable uber ride to broadway and also lots of food and delivery options nearby. Very clean, bed was comfy, and we appreciated the effort the hosts put forth. Will definitely return when we come back to Nashville.

This was such a lovely place! It was peaceful and cozy! We spent a lot of time upstairs the hammock and brown sitting spot were our favorite spots! We played video games and had a lovely trip! I had a question and Samual and Elana responded within 2 minutes! They were nice and this play was exactly as described!

Bo and Mathilde were gracious and responsive. The space was clean and quiet in a great Nashville neighborhood. The perfect spot if you want to experience Nashville without the tourist feel though close enough to all the “tourist” sites that this place is perfect for visitors and “ex-locals” (like me) as well.

The Greystone Cottage was perfect for our visit to Waynesville, OH. We were greeted by Dale upon arrival. The cottage was clean, quiet and as described! We received snow while on our visit. Dale shoveled the path to the car and also cleaned the snow from our car before we left for the day! This was above and beyond. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend the Greystone Cottage!

Trish was a great host & the guest house was charming, extremely comfortable & clean. The kitchen & bathroom were stocked with lots of thoughtful extras. I enjoyed staying & had complete privacy & peace. I would always go back there if I was returning to the area. Thank you Trish!

The perfect picturesque tranquil airbnb. Host easy to reach and was very accommodating. All house items included with fully stocked kitchen ready to cook in upon arrival. ( only need to bring food ) one of our favorite parts was when we got to see the trout jump out of the water up a 6 across the little bridge to get to the deeper water. If you're looking for privacy, tranquility, and peace then this is your place!

The place is very calm, quiet, and safe! We really enjoy the area, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We especially love fishing, having barbecues, and spending time outdoors. On top of the great location and the nice apartment, the host, Marty, is incredibly accommodating and easy to reach if we need anything. He’s a genuinely nice guy, always reassuring us that help is just a phone call away. We’ll definitely visit again and hope that Marty’s apartment will be available next time we’re in town.

Jon & Chad’s place was absolutely amazing! First, Jon & Chad are so kind and welcoming. Some of the best hosts I’ve ever booked with! I feel so lucky to have snagged a reservation at their place! The apartment itself is well-decorated, clean, and just beautiful in all aspects. The bed is super comfy and the pull-out couch is also very comfortable. It’s close to several amazing restaurants and cute shops. We loved being able to walk to grab coffee/dinner. It’s not terribly far from Broadway, maybe a 15-minute drive. But, quite honestly we fell in love with East Nashville and spent an entire rainy day just relaxing in the apartment. From the fantastic location to the warm hosts, to the comfy bed, great shower and fully-stocked kitchen — everything was perfect! Cannot wait to stay again! Do yourself a favor and book this place, you will not regret it!

Devon’s place was a great place to stay. It had all the amenities listed and was in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again! Devon actually had breakfast at the “Bed and Breakfast”. Most hosts forget that part.

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting family in the area. Jim is very attentive host and responds quickly. The house is very clean and has everything you need during your stay. It has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and is located in a peaceful and walkable neighborhood. I will definitely be back!!

One of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed at. Even better than the photos. Beautiful views from the living room. Easy instructions for everything in plain view. Not one of those houses that charges you an arm and a leg for cleaning fees and then expects you to do all the cleaning. Very friendly and responsive hosts. I highly recommend the Red Dahlia.

Beautiful place smell really good pleasant sounds upon entering, love the note to us from the host. Very beautiful place. Definitely on the return list…just enough space and the decor was top tier.

Beautiful setting out in the country and quiet. We both normally have trouble sleeping in any bed but our own however, we may have slept better in the guesthouse bed here! Highly recommend and this is a thousand times better than any hotel. The driveway is a little difficult to swing when you have turn right to enter but manageable and well worth it for what you’re getting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this super cute little country cottage in Winchester, Kentucky, and I can’t recommend it enough! The cottage was exceptionally clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat after long days of training. The location was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, providing a serene atmosphere that allowed me to unwind completely. After 12 to 13 hours of training, it was such a joy to return to this charming space. My dog also loved it—there was plenty of room for her to run around and enjoy the outdoors! If you’re looking for a comfortable and charming getaway, this cottage is the place to be. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing stay!
