We loved our first visit at this part of TN and Lindsay’s place was the perfect location. The home was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our short stay, but definitely a good set up for anyone looking for long term stays. The neighborhood was in a nice and quiet street. The house is in a good location for stores, gas stations, and a short drive to downtown Knoxville. The drive to Gatlinburg wasn’t bad at all, especially with stops at other cute little towns along the way. Lindsay was a very sweet and great host! Her communication was great! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

So pleased we found this place. Traveling thru with my sister and our 90yr old Mom it gave us the extra space we were looking for. Nice size comfortable bedrooms. Debbie had snacks for us including coffee tea and hot chocolate. A very pleasant stop.

We had an absolutely amazing stay!!! Katelyn's home was extremely clean with excellent amenities & perfectly appointed :) We truly had everything we needed to stay comfortably for an entire week!! We felt right at home, enjoyed the very convenient location, peaceful walkable neighborhood and ease of checking in & out. Katelyn has excellent communication and clear instructions. A perfect host & perfect home!!! We hope to stay again soon!!

The accommodations were exactly as advertised and expected. This place was spotless and very nicely decorated. The amenities were very complete as we needed for nothing. We highly recommend this place!

The place was exactly how it was listed and was perfect for what we were looking for. Super clean and organized and check out instructions were very simple. I had messaged about the washing machine and Dj responded quick and was at the house within 10 mins and got us taken care of. I will definitely be staying there next time I’m out visiting family. 10 out of 10 and a wonderful experience. Thanks

We travelled from SC for an overnight trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peggy’s place! It was just like it’s described, great location too! The porches are perfect for morning coffee. The house is well stocked with anything you could need! Peggy is a great host, her response time to my messaged was quick, she was very accommodating to us and our arrival time! Check in was a breeze! Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!

This place had a lot of space it made us feel right at home. Everything was as pictured and had everything that we needed for our near week stay. The house was really responsive as there had been a storm, updated me about things that needed to be done outside the house. We definitely would stay again!

My group loved staying at the Market House Theater apartment. It was centrally located, and we could easily access the river and restaurants/shops downtown. We loved the master bedroom (very comfy bed and lots of natural light) and the unique shower (just fun)! Communicating with Alissa was very easy. Overall, very neat location and air b n b— in keeping with the theater theme, it felt like something right out of a movie!

Very cute, comfortable, convenient basement apartment - that doesn't feel like a basement at all! Great location. We didn't eat out but there are wonderful restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away.

Ms Cheryl is as friendly as they come she made us feel like we were home she greeted us when we got there and showed us around everything was was perfect Boonies restaurant is right next door at Davis marina and that’s all you need we will definitely plan another trip for stripers again thank you and take care

Debbie was a fantastic host and her place was perfect for a weekend swim meet. We appreciated the early check in and snacks and it was so nice to have a dryer for the wet swim towels. She had clearly thought about the guest experience with things like detergent, soap, coffee creamer, etc. We definitely hope to book here again if we have another swim meet in Christiansburg.

I have stayed with Christy on several occasions - it is always enjoyable. The space is clean and cozy and it is so easy to get to things in East Nashville and downtown. It’s also walking distance to Shelby Park and a nature trail. Truly, the best of both worlds. I will definitely stay here again! Christy is thoughtful and conscientious host.

the villa was located in the heart of downtown Jeffersonville. easy access to downtown Louisville. I will stay here again when visiting family and friends.

The place was beautiful and loved the view it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay it’s also a beautiful small romantic place for you and your spouse As well. We came here for sweeties day and Halloweekend (cedar point)and we really enjoyed our selves.

We loved Billy’s place! The inside gave us cabin vibes with lots of cute decorations. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals. Billy was easy to communicate with and very responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay. We loved that the hot tub was so close to the unit. It was very relaxing after skiing all day, and we didn’t have to freeze getting there, as it is just a few short steps away. Be sure to read rules though, and don’t change the temperature settings. We really appreciated the flexibility during checking out and LOVED Billy’s dog!

What a phenomenal stay from start to finish! The condo was even more. beautiful than the photos, every inch of it was spotlessly clean, and the furniture and linens were very comfortable. What put this stay over-the-top was the exceptional hospitality displayed by the hosts: communication was proactive and helpful every day, and the extra thoughtful touches (plenty of supplies plus unexpected snacks, water, a fully stocked coffee bar, condiment buffet in the fridge, and a personalized welcome note) really solidified the experience. We will stay here again next time we're in the area!

The perfect place to stay just outside the city with easy access to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Great hosts and very communicative!

Great spot. Very relaxing.

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.
