We loved our long weekend at the cottage! It was such a peaceful setting that allowed us to relax and recharge. The lake-view from the deck, in the morning and evenings was awesome. It was a little too chilly for water activities, but we look forward to returning in the summer and taking full advantage of ‘lake life!’ The host was so accommodating. We loved the location in proximity to the daily activities we were doing-Creation Museum/Newport, visiting distilleries in Frankfort and the local Ark Encounter.

We had a great stay at Mad River! The house is great - very clean and good/efficient use of space! The easy access to the slopes makes it truly stand out! We love staying at the different “tiny homes” in the campground but Annette’s place definitely suites us best!

Our family absolutely loved this home! It was spacious and very clean. We spent two days skiing at Perfect North and the drive was about 15 minutes. We spent another day at the Creation Museum. My kids loved the house and there was even a little box of kid books that we read through many times. So many wonderful, though out details. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. We can’t wait to return!

8 of us stayed in Condo D203 for our annual ski trip. The location of this condo is very convenient as one of the slopes is located a few steps away, which is great for stopping in to grab a bite to eat or take a break without taking to much time away from skiing. Stephanie was very quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. Driving to the condo and parking was also very easy even with all the snow Winterplace received this year. Our group had a great time with no complaints, we hope to return for our next annual ski trip!

This place was perfect for us. It's a nice and easy spot... with quick access to the slopes directly from the condo. Being on the first floor has the added benefit of not having to walk down flights of stairs in your ski boots. The place itself was cozy too... and the host was super responsive about questions and/or needs we had.

Malissa's apartment was a positive part of our visit with family in Maineville. This was our third stay in one of Malissa's units and as always the apartment was immaculate, well stocked with all you need for your stay and in a great location. Check-in and check out was super easy and Malissa is always responsive to any questions we have. Staying in the historic Peters Cartridge Factory is a plus. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying here as a family. There are several reasons we came back: check in and out is very easy; the space accommodates our extended family very well; there is direct lake access though you have to be aware the path is “natural“ and as Doug has said in other reviews, they do not have control over improving the path; the space was very clean and all the essentials are provided; Doug is very responsive and got back to us very quickly when we had minor questions! We would highly recommend staying here, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the time we want to come back😁

We all had an amazing time, perfect location for beginner and intermediate skiers. I would definitely repeat and recommend this place.
