Host provided a lot of extra amenities that we enjoyed, like the hottub, spices and gears in the kitchen, and the grill. We enjoyed our stay so much and enjoyed the hiking trails nearby. The place was a little bit smaller than expected. We are 4 people, and the space feels small. It should fit better for a party of 2. The location was also not so secluded; there are neighbors nearby that we did not know from the pictures. But when we used the hottub, the fence can block the neighbor across the street, so things were fine. We also hope that the host can change the dining table to something that's more stable instead of something that wabbles. But other than these, it was an amazing experience.

Very charming cabin in a great location! The kitchen layout was so nice for cooking. Seating was comfortable and the beds were nice. If we had more time I would have liked to use the jacuzzi! We didn’t feel crowded with 3 adults and a dog. The location is central to a lot of trails. Would happily stay there again!

this is a beautiful cabin in the heart of Hocking Hills. Brian is a great host who commicates very well. My family and I enjoyed the stay.

Our family had a fantastic spring break at Brett and Tara's place! Before our check in, we were in contact with them for some minor issues they found during their walk thru. By the time we arrived that afternoon, everything was taken care of and perfect. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat sleep and play. Hocking Hills Haven is centrally located to all of the hiking the area has to offer. The book that Brett and Tara put together with all of the hiking and local information was so helpful. The swing by the pond and hot tub were used everyday!

Lisa and Brice were perfect hosts. The place was great, especially the hot tub. A quiet and peaceful getaway!

It was an amazing weekend. place is beautiful as well as a beautiful view. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. would definitely recommend. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be going back.

Great cabin close to everything. Our family really enjoyed our long weekend here. The space has great amenities for relaxing and entertaining while being close driving distance to all of the Hocking Hills highlights. Would stay again.

Peggy was wonderful in communication. Helpful instructions throughout the home and little “extras” that were truly appreciated. Our pup struggled with the floor grates and the lack of fencing, but we made do. Our previously scheduled Airbnb canceled 1.5 hours prior to our arrival and Peggy was tremendous at such short notice.

1k characters is not enough. Before I booked Dennis texted me to make sure I had 4WD to snow. I had zero issues. This place was perfect. There is a TV. Internet was spot on I worked a lot from the house, teams calls etc no issues with service. The place was very clean, I brought my dog and she's hypoallergenic and a fear when there are other dogs possibly staying there, but no issues with allergies. If you are on the fence, should I go spend the weekend or the month like I did, do it! And when you do you will be like I am really glad that I read a positive review like this. The area was beautiful, I woke up to snow and some cold temps. Between the fireplace and propane heater when fireplace wasn't being used it was perfect temp wise inside when it was -15 outside. The deer were great. My dog wanted to play with them, but she hated the stim collar and when she would go out they would run away. lol. Just a reminder there is no oven, but there is a gas grill and stove.

Was the perfect comfortable stay when having a busy week. Just outside of Defiance with a quiet relaxing environment. Enjoyed our stay!!

My favorite weekend getaway spot, only 45 minutes from Columbus. Peaceful and comfortable, Mark’s home in the woods is nothing short of inspiring. Great music selection and art to get lost in. Mark is a great host. We locked ourselves out, and Mark was there within 10 minutes to kindly let us in.

Mark's place is perfect and in a great location, close and conveniently located to do much while also offering a quiet, peaceful place to stay. Mark was an exceptional host. Will definitely stay again if/when we're back! Highly recommended! Thank You Mark!

Very cozy as described. The sauna is what sold us on this stay as we were staying for a wrestling tournament and that helped our boys recover. Peacefully scenery felt at home and wish we could have had more time to spend on the property.

John and Kim’s place was very cozy, clean and private with beautiful surroundings. The communication was a plus! They actually connected me and let me know that I could check in earlier which was perfect with an earlier flight arrival. It’s about 50 min from CVG.

We had a great stay at Chris and Dawn's condo. The space was clean, well equipped and just as described in the listing. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The view from the screened balcony was awesome. Highly recommended!

Each morning and evening, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of Lake Erie, with the sun casting a golden glow on the water as it rose and set. We spent our days lounging by the inviting heated swimming pool, relishing the warmth even during the cooler hours. The convenience of being close to delightful restaurants added to the experience, allowing us to indulge in a variety of culinary delights. In the evenings, we would unwind by curling up together and watching our favorite shows, easily casting them to the smart TV in our cozy bedroom. Overall, our time there was incredible, and I wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories.

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, the golf cart rentals were easily accessible, and the view was amazing. Rhett was proactive in providing us with all the necessary info. We would definitely come back!

Rachel and Jack were amazing 💜 They helped us carry in our bags, gave us step by step awesome directions on how to get to their place and were super responsive to anything we needed. Their place was clean and as expected. felt right at home and found our perfect spot to visit each time we come in!

We had a great stay at Lelie and Aaron's place! The location was perfect, with water views on either side. The hot tub/pool area was nice for relaxing at the end of a day at Put in Bay. we will definitely stay here again!
