David is a responsive and accommodating host, with a beautiful house. I’ll definitely be booking with him when I’m back in Ohio.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is awesome, cute neighborhood and very walkable to some fun bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The home was very clean, set up perfectly for a big group and Justin recommended a fantastic pizza place nearby. The one thing I’d recommend is bringing extra towels if you have a group larger than 5 or 6 people! Highly recommend and would stay there again :)

We had an issue with another AirBnB nearby, after driving 1500 miles. While we were able to get that sorted, that left us with nowhere to stay at 7PM at night on a Saturday. Luckily, we found Jason's home available nearby. I sent them a message, and they responded in less than 15 minutes confirming the home was available. In just the 20 minute drive over, Jason and his team got us entrance instructions, the house ready for our stay, and confirmed our booking. His team saved our trip, and the house was absolutely fantastic to boot. Will definitely stay in this home, or one of his other properties, the next time we come up.

Jason’s place was one of our top five places to stay. The Space is Immaculate with a Chef’s Kitchen… Fully stocked, everything worked as expected. We Would Stay Again.

We had a fantastic stay! The check in was super easy. We loved the karaoke! Nice and quiet neighborhood. Communication was wonderful. Any time we needed something, Jennifer always went the extra mile to take care of us!

A fun spacious space! The team was almost immediately available for the few questions we had. Great space for a reunion or similar gathering. I would not recommend for families with smaller children because of all the stairs and railings. Also the bunk room is on the ground level and pretty chilly and isolated from the rest of the house. The location was perfect for us. Under ten to drive nearly anywhere in the downtown area yet still a quiet neighborhood. In fact, we were back at the Airbnb in SEVEN minutes from a Cavaliers game! Very close to restaurants, breweries and some cool old neighborhoods. This place was curated for larger groups in mind but worked out great for our family of four with two being teenagers so we enjoyed the breathing room.

Stephanie as a host was great from booking. very responsive. House was in great shape. beautiful kitchen. fit family of 5 with a 13 yr old upstairs and a 7 and 9 yrs old in one room with me and my wife in the other. The room upstairs was like a private studio for our son. big TV, great sound and a microwave for popcorn etc. he loves it. my wife and I loved the privacy and backyard for kids to play. so many tools and pots in the kitchen and he entire house was well stocked. Hard to find a nicer place in Avon for the money. Would come back in a heartbeat. thanks Stephanie!!

Very convenient location! We came to the area to relax and enjoy family time before our daughter started college. The house had all the extras and sadly we needed them with kids forgetting toothbrushes and etc. The host was great and gave honest opinions on attractions nearby and the places he suggested to us were great! We will definitely be staying again as we visit our daughter.

Our families loved the Castle on the Hill! We were greeted with a generous snack basket that we all enjoyed. The kids had a great time exploring all the special nooks and crannies to spend time together in— especially the tree house! The kitchen exceeded our expectations and provided a gathering space for all of us. The sleeping options were numerous and gave the cousins options to explore together. We cooked delicious meals with the well-stocked kitchen, played the games that were provided and enjoyed March Madness on any and all of the tvs in the home. This home is perfect for a larger group looking to spend time together with quiet surroundings and beautiful sunset views. Hosts were super helpful and thoughtful. We hope to return again!

This place was perfect for my team that I brought to Cleveland for a game! The rooms were perfect and spacious, everything was perfectly clean, and the hosts were very responsive! I highly recommend staying here!

The house and property were perfect for our stay. We found the property and the geodome to be such beautiful additions and surprises to our stay. We walked back the waterfall which rivaled some of the other paths we hiked in the park!! The chefs kitchen was delightful, and we served our party of 18 no problem!! The hosts were so communicative and when we had questions were very quick to respond and helpful! We liked the property so much we are planning to come back in the fall or sometime next year!!

Had a great stay while visiting family in Hamilton, Ohio. Jason has a beautiful home and it fit our family perfectly! Would definitely recommend to other guests who are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Absolutely beautiful. We were provided everything we needed which was helpful since most stores were operating on Christmas hours. Our host Leon was prompt in response. The entire place was cleaned and the Bibles in every room made it seem so much like home. My family and I appreciate the hospitality and enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely recommend for large groups and we will more than likely book again being as tho we always travel for Christmas

Jonna's place was perfect! The kitchen had everything I needed to make food for our party of 16! She accommodated beds for everyone and was extremely polite and gracious!

Fantastic getaway tucked away atop a countryside hill. Surrounded by trees and excellent parks nearby. Pool is excellent, fireplaces stocked full of wood, and wall to wall great ambience for a private family retreat.

This was the second year we have stayed at this villa and once again it was great!

We had a fantastic time at Valley View! The kids never wanted to leave. the weather wasn't great so they didn't play outside on the pickleball court, but they were so busy in the game room it didn't matter! I honestly thought they'd be in the pool the whole time but the game room was so fun, they spent most of their time playing. The house had plenty of space for all 16 of us and our 2 dogs! We were very comfortable and there were local food places where we could order in and let the kids keep playing as much as they wanted! In the photos online it looks like the bunk room doesn't have a door to close it off but it DOES have a barn style door to close that gives it some privacy. That was a nice surprise! The only disappointment was that the dogs aren't allowed to swim in the pool. However with the long, shared driveway, the fenced in basketball/ pickleball court, and spacious house they had plenty of opportunities for daily exercise! Everyone was exhausted each night from the fun!

Rachel bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend her as a host - I'm certain you will not be disappointed.

The house was so much fun. Jen was super easy to work with. I definitely want to come back and golf the course where the house is located. I highly recommend the house.

It accommodated our group of 15 quite nicely. The pool was wonderful. We had a fantastic time.
