Was amazing! Place was small but nice- which is exactly what we were looking for! Instructions were clear, and the location was truly just a few blocks from the beach. Highly recommend!

Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

Jeanette's place was great and we enjoyed our time.

Barbara and MauMau were great hosts! the área is really nice and close to the beach. She always communicated with us and answered all our questions. I defenitely recommend this place

This Airbnb was great! It was nice and clean, and quite spacious. If you have a car, this is a great location— there’s plenty of street parking, and it’s a really short drive to Venice beach and Santa Monica. Thanks for hosting us, Marcis!

I had an excellent stay at Maka's studio apartment in Santa Monica. The apartment is modern, clean and well furnished. The check in and check out instructions are clear. Maka was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The host was responsive, the space is very easy to access. In a very central LA location. Clean and practical. You have all you need to a pleasant stay!

My daughter and I had a lovely visit to Montecito and enjoyed staying at Santa’s wonderful place. Check in and out were very easy and we found ourselves walking down to Coast Village for coffee and shopping a number of times. We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood and also the close proximity to Westmont College.

Perfect place for our LA visit. We loved coming here every night — Sean was so helpful also.

Joey was very responsive. The place was super close to the Santa Barbara Downtown area. It's super easy to access and Uber around. I would definitely stay again when I am in Santa Barbara.

BH We’ve been trying to get away for a long time, and we’re looking for the right place, somewhere off the grid, scenic, and relaxing. Boy did we score big! The stunning views of the “boulder river”, the entire property to ourselves, with every small detail warm and inviting, we were thrilled and would recommend this anyone in a heartbeat. My family and I had great stay at this place, very comfortable and felt safe in the accommodation and the area. Great shopping and coffee shops and had a great brunch meal at the nearby restaurant.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.
