Rebecca's place was overall very cozy and beautiful. Do note that there are a lot of stairs to get to the airbnb or backyard space so people w/ limited mobility should take caution. Also make sure you read the entire listing because it doesn't tell you right away that the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are not connected from the inside. To access the other 2 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom, you have to walk outside the deck and it's at the other end of the house. And if you have to walk that pathway at night, I recommend bringing a flashlight because it's dark, and there's no outdoor motion detector light for that pathway that connects the 2 spaces. But once you get to the other space, they do have a light that turns on. But other than that, the place was very beautiful, beds were comfy, and pillows too. Rebecca was a great host, and we had no issues. We appreciated the info she has laid out- Just make sure you read everything prior to booking, and you'll be fine!

Tori’s place was perfect for our stay. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom is very updated and pretty. We did not use them but appreciate the washer dryer tucked in hall. We felt at home. The street parking is not an issue and felt fine leaving car on the street. We didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it is also nice. It is near everything you would want to do in the South Bay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Orchard House. It is a beautiful home where we all felt comfortable and able to relax and breathe. Both the home and the yard are set up wonderfully for full enjoyment. And the neighborhood is charming too. Todd was responsive and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! We spent almost a week at Rick's place in Santa Barbara. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable; the location was ideal for getting around the area; and we were so well cared for by our incredibly hospitable hosts, Rick and Lynne. After being out each day on hikes and other explorations, it was a pleasure to return to a quiet leafy neighborhood. Eating citrus fruit straight from the tree was an extra treat!

Lisa and Elizabeth were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location and so much to do. We will definitely be reaching out when we visit again. Thank you so much!

KaLi was responsive and prompt when we had a problem (maintenance was testing the emergency alarms). Very polite and friendly, definitely will stay with KaLi again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. This was the home away from home that we needed for a three-week stay. Sydny was helpful, responsive, and even checked in on us when the Palisades Fire was happening. We highly recommend Sydny's apartment that is full of light and super charming!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

This was our fourth place after having to evacuate our house because of a fire. The apartment is very well designed and decorated, with functionality, quality furniture and appliances, and had all the touches of home. We are in our early 70s and I was a bit worried about the stairs, but they weren't bad at all. Like a previous user had mentioned doing, my husband and I each took one bathroom. The showers are the best, and I took pictures of the lotion and bath soap provided as I prefer them to mine. Don the handyman was kind and helpful. The area is perfect, the canals, the ocean with the Venice pier and the Marina Del Rey marina, farmers' markets, and restaurants everywhere. There is secure parking for 2 cars, which was important to us. We were close to the Los Angeles airport, Costco and Main st in Venice. We have lived in LA for over 20 years, and this was a very enjoyable "touristing" stay.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

Marc’s house is nice. The floors weren’t clean but the rest of The house was clean. Marc is a nice host. Allowed us to his home at last minute due to The Palisades fire. The house is nice. The sofa bed very comfy. Highly recommend. We would have extended our visit except The power went out, not Marc’s fault or control, and the stairs to the house were difficult due to our puppy that has a fractured spine and has to be lifted up and down stairs. Had the internet and power stayed on we would have loved to stay longer. Marc is super awesome to have let us bring our 3 Vizsla dogs to his house. A kind host.
