We had a fantastic stay at Christina's beach house with our family of eight. The house itself is exactly as advertised, with great amenities including a pool and grill. The space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was particularly nice, well-equipped for cooking at home, which we really liked. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach or pool, making it easy to enjoy either. However, there were a few things to be aware of. After booking, we were required to sign an agreement that was heavily in favor of the host. While this didn’t pose any issues for us, it’s important to note that there are several fees if you don’t comply with certain instructions. Additionally, the cleaning fee was quite high, yet we were still expected to do some of the cleaning and laundry ourselves, which felt a bit too much. Despite these points, we had a wonderful time and Christina was a great host. I recommend this property, just be aware of stipulations.

Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

I highly recommend renting this home! There are not enough star's to give it. It was so clean, beautiful, and the location was great. Everything listed on the description was exactly how we found things. Tyler was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and very accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect vacation. I will be saving this rental for further trips and will be glad to pass along to friends visiting Destin! The “Art of the Beach” was a beautiful Crystal Beach home. The second family room was a big plus for our family. The pool and spa was super nice and easy to use, including the spa mode, which was peak! The beds were ultra cozy and comfortable, so relaxing after a long day at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future.

Excellent Airbnb if you want to go to Destin, FL. You have a beach nearby, as well as several restaurants and shops that are just as close. The house is absolutely beautiful, not to mention how comfortable it is. My group was large (20 people between adults and children) and we had no problem with that, we were really comfortable. The entire house is just like the photos, the pool area is spectacular, not to mention that it had heating, so during our stay we were able to enjoy it without the problem of the low temperatures in the area during those days. Highly recommended and I hope to return.

This place was outstanding and the host was super friendly and very professional the pictures doesn’t do enough justice for the peace,you can’t describe in words it was very welcoming.the host was very responsive for all my needs don’t hesitate when booking. I would definitely be back again

We are always grateful to find a place that will allow us to bring our dog when we travel. It makes our stay feel more at ease and complete. This place had spacious living areas and a great yard for our pup. We felt comfortable and at home.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

I’ve stayed at Herbert’s place a few times now while visiting the area and would highly recommend. The pictures are accurate and there is a lot of space in a quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay there again.

Everything was exactly as described. Plenty to do around and even inside. Leigh Ann thoughtfully provides plenty of extras that you wouldnt think of and can avoid bringing. The condo was awesome. Waking up in the morning and having the boat dock, beach and pool all around you. Great experiences and will definitely be back.

My friends and I stayed here for our annual beach trip and it was so nice!! All of the rooms were really spacious and super modern and nice!! Would absolutely stay here again!

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

Rand and Bev were amazing … checked on us, brought us stuff we needed, always answered my text. There place was amazing and had everything we needed . Close proximity to a few good restaurants and things to do … we would definitely stay with them again

My family enjoyed every moment of our stay at this location. It was in a great location and 10-15 mins from beaches, attractions, and restaurants. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others. The host was great!!

This was such a nice place to stay and VERY QUIET, almost too quiet in a good way! It was clean, there were snacks, and everything I needed for my weekend stay. I would recommend and stay here again.

The house was lovely and in a quiet, older neighborhood. Everything was super accessible such as beaches and restaurants. The house "book" was helpful as well as lighting being labeled. It was a little too big for the two of us but we had hoped for more company. If I were to bring little ones, I would put up some decorations high out of reach:)

This was the perfect space for my family. Walking distance to the beach. Great neighborhood and location overall. Nicole was quick to respond when questions were asked. Will definitely return

I felt at home in Ronald's house, everything is very cozy, the house has 2 livingrooms, a large laundry, patio, a very cozy porch, the beds are comfortable, everything is very clean, close to everything, it is in a super good location, despite Being close to all the entertainment, you arrive in the neighborhood and it is like arriving at your house. It is a very quiet and clean urbanization, I feel very safe and relaxed. 10/10
