Amazing host! Cleanliness was unbelievable!!! Host thought of everything that anyone would ever need!

Good place right around the water body. Lots to do like fishing or taking the water taxi. A little far to walk for restaurants but good spot.

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

We stayed on Paula's Houseboat the week of Spring Break 2025. If you are looking for a unique and fun place you've gotta book this houseboat. Paula is an awesome host who is great at making sure you have everything you need for your stay. The houseboat was a nice size for 2 people, and its top deck was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. I highly recommend this if you're looking for something different. On a side note: I really enjoyed the fire pit and ring game!

This place was everything my family and I could have hoped for! We stayed a good amount of time here and to say Todd and his cohosts were incredible would be an understatement. We reached out to them quite a few times and were met with very polite and prompt responses. If we are ever in Destin again I would rebook in a heartbeat. Please book with them, you won’t regret it!
