We stayed here while moving to Niceville. Plenty of places close by. Room for dogs and the rental has all comforts of home! Once we figured out tv…. We are not real good at reading directions so muddled through getting what we needed… multiple remotes so use the right one and all is good… communication with Charles was fantastic. We were here for the “snow storm of the century” and it all went seamless during our month plus a little here. Easy walk down to a beach. I would highly recommend this as a getaway. Take time to go to Destin, Fort Walton beach and other prime tourist spots but then retreat to a nice neighborhood and sip beverage on rocking chairs on front porch as sun sets. Know there is a military base close by so expect to hear that sound of freedom…jets, but never too loud…just jets. Thanks Charles for quick responses to questions.

We had a great time at this stay! The hosts were very helpful and responsive. LOVED having a golf cart to take to the beach, which was also a quick walk away. Lots of amenities including beach towels, chairs, and plenty of kitchen supplies. Would stay with them again!

House had plenty of comfortable beds, nice tv's, everything was clean, Parker responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Will deffinetly stay again - Parker was a great host

The was the best Airbnb we have stayed at so far. This place was amazing! We were in awe at the home! The beds were also very comfortable. We didn’t want to get up haha. Ronin was very responsive. It was so much wonderful! We definitely want to stay here again whenever in town! Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Everything is exactly as pictured.

I would definitely recommend staying here, the house is a great place to go for a little getaway. My friends and I really enjoyed the pool, and the fact that it’s right on the beach is perfect. 10/10

Convenient location, very clean, loaded with everything you might need (oil, salt, syrup, ketchup, coffee, tea, zip lock bags)! The garage had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, a pull cart...everything you might need for a beach adventure. My 13 year old daughter loved playing Galaga every morning/evening. Easy walk to the dog park/beach where our dog met many new friends, and all the dogs and owners were so nice. We enjoyed walking to Lost Pizza Co and eating in the outdoor courtyard with our dog. We rented a pontoon boat at Destiny Water Adventures (also pet friendly) behind Lost Pizza Co. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I along with our two mini dachshunds (Hiedi and Lucy) absolutely love this cottage. It is the perfect size and has the amenities that are desired. The place is immaculate, we'll stocked with snacks, beach stuff and extras for the pups. Also, very close to any and all desired attractions, restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. We have stayed multiple times and will be staying again.

Enjoyed the stay! The home is beautiful and clean! Great location. Near your local everyday stores if you need anything and only a few minutes from the beach! The pool and the outside area was so nice, clean and well kept! My family loved it!

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and as pictured. Easy walk to the beach access. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

So many great things to say about renting from Patrick & Maria. First off, the location of the house is absolutely perfect! Patrick & Maria were super helpful, always responded right away and went out of their way to make the stay extra special for our kids. Having the private heated pool was a big bonus for the kids. Having all of the beach gear (chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels) available at the house was incredible, big plus! The kids have already asked to book another stay in Destin, but only if we rent the same house again. Amazing vacation, thank you!

This was an amazing place for my big family of 16! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Our Hosts were always responsive to any questions we had, they gave us recommendations to nearby places which was SO helpful! I highly recommend booking their beautiful home if you plan on coming to Florida, everything was so close of a drive! We came all the way from Missouri and had the best time and experience!

We went here for a girls trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. There were 6 of us and we each got our own queen or king bed. The pool area was so relaxing. It’s in a cute and quiet location. They provided most essentials to get us thru our 6 days. The only thing we needed to purchase extra was toilet paper and laundry detergent. Lots of toys and floaties and extra blankets and walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants was great. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family and would plan to come back. Thank you Emily and Krysten!!

Close to all attractions yet far enough away where you are not stuck in a tourist trap.everything is pretty much on one road so it was very easy to navigate in a town we were not accustomed to. We always sleep with a fan so the traffic noise was not an issue. Will definitely book again.

Great location! Close to the beach, dog beach, shopping, food and bars. Solid place to stay!

First off, Michelle was a great host. She was very responsive and checked in on us due to a resort wide construction project. She wanted to make sure we weren’t too inconvenienced. The condo was amazing. It was so clean and well stocked with essentials to get us started and to be able to cook meals there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again.

We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay. All issues were taken care of promptly. It’s such a beautiful place with a nice sized fenced in back yard for our dog. Also, a great neighborhood to walk your dog with the occasional bear siting. The neighbors are friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

Very pleasant stay. Victoria was a great host. She responded very quickly to my questions. I had trouble with the booking (no fault of the website, just me being technologically challenged), and she helped me right away. The house was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The little patio in the yard was a nice place to sit and relax. Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our family of 6. Great location (our son could fish right off the back deck!). SUPER easy walk to the beach. The private beach was great over spring break. Attendants at the beach were very nice and instructions from Johnny to get in touch with them were great. House was clean and well laid out. We'd definitely recommend this to other folks and would certainly return again. Great experience!

The house was lovely and in a quiet, older neighborhood. Everything was super accessible such as beaches and restaurants. The house "book" was helpful as well as lighting being labeled. It was a little too big for the two of us but we had hoped for more company. If I were to bring little ones, I would put up some decorations high out of reach:)

I have 0 complaints. The home is perfect and beautiful. Great if you have children they will be occupied . Annastacia goes above and beyond so caring and friendly . Could not ask for a better host.
