This place was perfect for us! We felt right at home. It was so beautiful and spacious. The only thing is that we had to wash our linens because it seemed like the bottom sheets weren’t clean on most beds. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The kitchen had everything you can think of for use, except an air fryer. Their cooking utensils were high quality, I really enjoyed cooking there. The golf cart made our stay even more enjoyable. The views from the balcony were so relaxing and beautiful. Well stocked up with towels in every bathroom and extra blankets in every room. This home is perfection! Thank you Ryan! We look forward to coming back soon! One week was not enough.

Great place! Very clean and updated interior house. The house is located in the heart of everything and is a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed four nights and was a perfect accommodation!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

We loved our stay. It was in a great location. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Super cute home with anything you’d need for a week long stay.

Great host and great house. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the living room furniture when the opportunity arises. While the host did use a cover to conceal the worn out furniture it was a constant battle to keep adjusting the cover to keep it in place. Additionally the chair recliner did not work after plugging it in. Ultimately this didn’t affect our stay and is a first world problems. Would highly recommend this place to anyone vacationing in the Fort Walton area. Host was great at communicating!

I was vey pleased with the size and layout of the house. The overall condition of property was very good. The location and having a golf cart made beach access very easy. There was ample parking for four vehicles and the area was quiet with very little traffic. I throughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again it the future.

This house was fantastic for our needs. We traveled with a few other families and the proximity to the beach was very convenient. The house has a private pool, as well as a community pool and hot tub a short walk away. The host was proactive communicating with us and responsive when we had questions.

My wife and I absolutely loved it!!! It was perfect for our last minute get away!

The rental was so cute! The perfect little studio for a weekend beach getaway!! The place was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view, we will definitely be visiting again!!

This room is wonderful. The views were amazing. SUNSET… BEAUTIFUL! Bed is very comfortable. This will be our spot when we come to the Fort Walton area.

Had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, smelled wonderful and had multiple amenities! The owners are responsive and very communicative ! *this has nothing to do with the place* but just a fair wanting to those coming here the restaurant downstairs is pretty terrible! Would not recommend but toehe good places around are great!

Loved the stay. Great views of the pool and the Gulf. The room was spotless and the kitchen was equipped with great appliances and the tools to make meals. The pool and beach supplies were very handy. Also had beach toys for children, but we were all adults. I would recommend this listing to all my friends.

We made reservations last minute as we waited to see the effects of a hurricane close to Fort Walton. Communication with the host was great. The condo was clean, well stocked with linens toiletries and kitchen utensils and cookware. The bed was comfy and the view was awesome. The beach attendant was super nice and set up chairs and an umbrella each day. The beach was not super crowded the week we were there which was very nice. My husband did some fishing from the beach in the early mornings and we caught some large crabs to cook. There are lots of restaurants close by and plenty of shopping all with in 5-20 minutes drive from the condo. I will say the sofa is not very comfortable to sit on but we did not spend much time inside relaxing on the sofa. Also watch your toes when opening the refrigerator door. It is very low to the floor and will hit right at the top of your sandaled feet. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this unit. We would love to rent again.

We had a great time, kids loved it. The place has nice views, was very clean and in great location. The host is super nice and responds quickly for any issues or questions.

Our stay was absolutely great! Very clean and specious and the amenities were great!

This property was as described. It was clean and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and my family loved the view. It is walk to get to the beach but I was able to do it with 2 bad knees, it’s not a long walk at all. There were a few small scratches/scrapes on the furniture in the living room but it still was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property again.
