I had the most amazing stay at this beach condo! From the moment I arrived, everything was super easy, check-in was super easy, and the condo was absolutely spotless. It was beautifully decorated, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better! The beach was just a quick walk across the street, making it so convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. The gated community and security gave me complete peace of mind, and I always felt safe. The host was outstanding, always quick to respond (within 30 minutes!) and so helpful with any questions I had. Their hospitality truly made the stay even better. And he gave me amazing recommendation's on restaurant's and coffee spots near me! If you’re looking for a clean, charming, and well-located place with a fantastic host, this is it! I can’t wait to come back for another perfect beach getaway.

This a beautifully decorated condo. Spacious, clean and on the beach. Great parking options. Limited view of the beach thru the buildings but we did see a large pod of dolphins from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely rent this condo again.

Casie’s condo was awesome! My family fell in love with the place and had to extend our stay! It was easy to check in, the place was very clean and beautiful with all decorations. The king and bunk bed were so comfy! Even the couch, so nice to nap in with the back door opened. The hot tub was our favourite! We got in the hot tub after a long drive on the first day, took all our soreness right away! The condo was like on the beach, I timed it, took 1min to walk to the beach! Everything with Casie’s condo was just great! We had a blast, especially my 5-year-old daughter. We watched the sunset everyday from the condo, and listened to the waves at night on the patio. It was a very relaxing! Casie was very responsive to our questions and very helpful before and throughout our stay. We definitely will come back again and recommend to everyone! Thank you again Casie!

We had a great time at Kate's place. It was ideal for two people. I did not realize that there was not a washer or dryer, but we were fine with it just being us. If you have kids or a long stay, it might be a problem.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Playa. The location was exactly as described. There are too many great things to mention them all. Some of our favorite things were: the extra soft towels, well equipped with beach items, having an ice maker, and comfy beds. Lastly the response time when we had a few minor issues was incredible. Ryan was quick to respond and quick to fix the issue. We will be back again!

We had a beautiful time in Fort Walton! The beaches were beautiful! The sand is the softest we’ve ever felt! Sea life so fun to see! We met so many lovely people! Beach Retreat 407 We just returned from a week at the beach retreat 407, first time in this particular unit. The condo was just as described and spotless, the view of the gulf from the balcony was breathtaking. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of condo. Don’t hesitate to stay at this unit, you will not regret it!

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

My group truly enjoyed our stay!

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We booked last minute and we're grateful we were able to get such a great place in so little time. The place is I'm a really great spot, close to everything from shopping, to the beach. First night we walked to the beach, was only a 12 minute walk. That was so convenient. The upstairs neighbors made some noise, but that was expected because of other reviews. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn't get to spend as much time as we hoped at the beach. The heated pool on the property helped remedy that. Would definitely stay again!

Heather's little beachfront condo was beautiful! One of the best Airbnb's I've had the pleasure of staying at. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean. There was some construction going on at a nearby condo late into the evening, but nothing we couldn't handle. My family and I loved it. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

John and Lisa were incredible. Very easy to communicate with and extremely fast to respond. Their place was just as described! We saw soooo many dolphins from the balcony! The views were absolutely breathtaking! We most definitely will be back! Our family of six loved everything about the vacation!

Clean, well appointed and polished beach condo. Edward was timely in responses and extremely helpful in every way. Beach is beautiful with sugar white sand, daily chair set up, warm swimming pool for the grandkids, pickleball and outdoor grilling. We would love to come back! Perhaps with the entire family- all 15 of us!!

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

Our second time staying in Grace and Caroline’s condo. That should tell you what we truly think. Clean. Well stocked. Unbeatable views to the south and west for stunning sunsets. Appreciated upgrades they had made, since our first stay October 2022. We did have some major issues with the Internet/wifi. Caroline worked quickly to resolve this issue for us. We plan on returning soon.

Shelley was amazing and responsive. This place was a dream with plenty of space and things to do. The condo itself with the balcony and rooftop were amazing with relaxing views. There are several pools which the kids loved and made you feel even more like a tropical vacation as there were resort style. Beautiful beaches within walking distance as well. Shelley was fantastic and we look forward to returning in the future. A must stay for all!

Very nice place. Came with amenities that were unexpected such as beach chairs and umbrella, will definitely be going back.

Everything was great! They explained that construction was going on and how things were going to be. The early morning hammering and drilling is the only complaint I have, but it was understood. I will most definitely book with them again.
