Matthew and Sarah’s place was beautiful. They really put time into making your stay comfortable. They are very responsive. Our top requests were a warm pool and comfortable beds. We had both of those. The pool water temp was amazing. We all slept so well on the comfortable beds. We had so much fun as a family of 6 riding around on the golf cart when we went out for dinner or to the beach. You will not be disappointed if you choose one of Matthew and Sarah’s properties. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We booked this condo for a vacation/wedding trip. We wanted something comfortable and close to the beach. This was a perfect combination of convenience and comfort. The condo was so cute and very clean. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This was our first time to Destin. The place was fantastic and exactly as described. We will definitely be back again soon and we will more than likely stay at this place again!

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back! The house was very clean and met all of our family’s needs. The location was perfect with the pool being right across the street and only a short walk to the beach. Becky was a great host and very accommodating. It was the perfect location to spend the holiday week with our family.

If you are looking for a cozy condo about a minute walk to private beach access, then look no further! Ciara’s place is perfect for a group of four or a small family. Restaurants are also within walking distance. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again!

Shelley was amazing and responsive. This place was a dream with plenty of space and things to do. The condo itself with the balcony and rooftop were amazing with relaxing views. There are several pools which the kids loved and made you feel even more like a tropical vacation as there were resort style. Beautiful beaches within walking distance as well. Shelley was fantastic and we look forward to returning in the future. A must stay for all!

Extraordinary hosts!!!! The cottage was fully stocked, and very cleaned. They welcome you and allow you to walk their beautiful area as if it’s yours. Loved going out to the water every morning with my pups and on canoe rides. They welcomed my fur babies even when they were naughty and not listening. I could go on and on about this couple. We definitely plan to book with them again!!!

We enjoyed the house, neighborhood, and walkability to the beach and forest trails. Rebecca was very responsive and a great host.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

We booked last minute and we're grateful we were able to get such a great place in so little time. The place is I'm a really great spot, close to everything from shopping, to the beach. First night we walked to the beach, was only a 12 minute walk. That was so convenient. The upstairs neighbors made some noise, but that was expected because of other reviews. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn't get to spend as much time as we hoped at the beach. The heated pool on the property helped remedy that. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

My husband and I enjoyed our month long stay at Maravilla (March 2025). We had a condo (building 1) last year and chose the cottage this year….more privacy, less noise. We had several guests throughout the month and there was plenty of room/space for all. Beautiful kitchen for cooking our meals. Large table to accommodate our guests. Enjoyed time on the back patio as well. Easy walk to pool, pickleball courts and beach. Beach umbrellas and chairs, which are included, are great. Bernadette was quick to respond if we had any concerns or questions throughout our stay. Thank you Bernadette for renting your cottage to us. We’ll be back because we love this area of Florida.

Maria was a fabulous host. She was eager to provide tips on shopping, restaurants and local attractions. She was easy to get in touch with and always friendly. The home was exactly as described and very clean. It was an awesome benefit to have someone on the property drive around on a large golf cart to bring you to and from the beach, the walk was a little further than expected but not horrible. Maria also has a shed full of beach stuff we were able to use such as chairs, umbrellas, floats and a wagon. We had a great time and made some awesome memories. I will definitely book again 😎

Julie’s house is just as described…”Just Darling”. It was immaculate and clean, cozy beds and sheets, everything we needed. We liked the neighborhood feel especially coming back to a quiet home after crazy, busy visits to Rosemary and Alys Beaches and a drive up to Destin during a busy holiday week. Our dog loved it so much, she didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a cozy home with a classy beach feel. We also loved the little porch in the back. Sugar loved the new smells out there. We’d love to return if we get up that way again!

We loved staying here! We had a large group, and this house was perfect! We never felt too on top of each other and it was so nice being two blocks from the beach. Taylan was so quick to respond and was flexible to help us have the best time. We really enjoyed working with Taylan and hope to work with them again! 10/10 experience

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

We loved this beautiful home and location. A quick walk to the beach, golf cart ride too. Access to many restaurants and shops. The heated pool was nice for our grandsons. This property was extremely clean and free of insects. Lovely quiet neighborhood

This beach house was fantastic! The home was comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and a charming coffee and breakfast spot up the street. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Santa Rosa Beach!

Such a great place! Super clean and only a short walk to the beach!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.
