We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

I got inlove with the house, so beautiful, clean a d peaceful, huge room. Only one little issue, we where 8 people and 1 available restroom. aah! and a suggestion, could the step to the kitchen have a rubber strip along on the step? my 2 yrs missed the step twice and hurt her shin bone. poor thing she cried so hard, and wanted to go home, but I'll be ok!. thanks for everything!

This house was exactly what me and my friends needed for a perfect spring break! Brian was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Home was as pictured. Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Home is directly across from the beach, and the game room was awesome. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! It has a great location with lots of groceries stores nearby and close to the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful with our stay, we would definitely recommend staying here! The large backyard, the grill, the pool table, and all other amenities were great to have!

Mrs. Melissa was a wonderful host. She was Johnny on the spot with any questions, she respects the privacy of her guest, and offers a very beautiful and spacious house. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay with her

Place was perfect. Nice quiet area with plenty of food options and not far from most activities. Great view from the private balcony looking out into the harbor. Place was spotless and check in instructions were clear and we had no issues while there. Also glad there was an elevator because the unit was on the 4th floor. Perfect for a couple looking for a private place with a nice view and a great price.

Perfect getaway to spend time with our beautiful granddaughter! She absolutely loved the sand by the bay!

The price was amazing for this location, we went to several local beaches all within a 15 minute drive. Great local eateries recommended by host. The property was super equipped, it felt like staying at a thoughtful family members home. We were very well cared for and would book again. We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

Excellent space. Traveled with teens as the only adult, and there was endless fun for them without needing to drive anywhere. Plenty of space to spread out in the condo and very tidy

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

The place was very clean, fully stocked kitchen making for easy meal prep. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Coffee shop was delicious!
