Kim & Andy’s home was perfect for our stay in Santa Rosa! There were three of us families with two kids/babies each and it was plenty of room. All rooms had king beds and private bathrooms; the beds and linens were so comfy! The location to the pool was fantastic and right outside the back door. Having the golf cart was also so easy to go back and forth from the beach. Would stay again!

Our family gathered here for a few days. It was the perfect home base that allowed for great togetherness while also giving everyone enough room to escape as needed. The kids loved the pool! The kids and adults loved the outdoor showers! Emily was always responsive with any questions. This place is a real gem & super affordable. Elegant finishes, nice, clean linens, and super comfortable and stylish all at the same time. We would definitely rent this place again in the future.

Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

The “Art of the Beach” was a beautiful Crystal Beach home. The second family room was a big plus for our family. The pool and spa was super nice and easy to use, including the spa mode, which was peak! The beds were ultra cozy and comfortable, so relaxing after a long day at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home has a great open floorplan and plenty of space. Very nice neighborhood and a nice short walk to shops, restaurants, coffee, walking trail and beach!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location and the house was super cute and different! We loved the covered patios and massive living room space!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

The house had great accommodations very comfortable inside furniture to fit a large family. The outside set up was wonderful as well. The patio furniture was very nice, but not very comfortable. Overall we had a fantastic week. The outside ice machine was awesome and the double refrigerators were exactly what we needed!

Great location, beautiful pool, and a safe neighborhood. Many of the neighboring homes are AirBnbs as well, so be prepared for outdoor music during peak seasons, but the home and service from management was wonderful! Very responsive to issues and even offered an early checkin. I would stay here again!

OMG!! I love this home. it's so beautiful, and it still smells like a new home. Beautifully stocked kitchen, decor is modern and unique, warm pool and in a great location. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beds are comfortable and lots of towels are provided. Very privare and in a great location. Lots of privacy. I wish we could have extended our stay unfortunately it was not available but the host was able to accommodate us with such a short notice.

Graham was very communicative and made everything clear and easy to understand. Was very responsive and worked with our large group to accommodate us. Any other large group we will definitely stay with again! 10/10 recommend

This was a wonderful place to stay on 30A! It was beautiful home and close walking distance or golf cart ride to the beach. We loved our time here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

Second stay at this house which is perfect for my family of 6 adults & 2 kids. Open concept is comfy, bedrooms quiet and peaceful. Can walk to beach access or close for easy drop off. Private pool is spectacular for all and such a refreshing option after a beach day. The attached deck area is nicely arranged and supplied for easy gathering time. Appreciate the quality finishes throughout. My kids love having the bikes available to use. Host is proactive and very responsive when needed. This home fits our lifestyle and we hope to return again!

Great beach access. House has Gulf views. Third floor deck was a treat. Mgmt company ver responsive. House, beach and palm trees were a welcome vacation even during record low Florida temperatures. Come for a visit, you'll be happy you did.
