This place was phenomenal! I truly appreciate Heather with her assistance in making my daughter’s birthday vacation a success! She was super responsive, she provided helpful recommendations and the home was pristine! She even added such a sweet detail of hanging a birthday banner for my daughter as well as letting us check-in early. This experience was a 10/10!

Fairways Franny was a wonderful home away from home with all the amenities you could desire. We enjoyed sunrise coffee and sunset dinners on the dock behind the house. My boys fished, swam and hit the beach daily! The house is cozy and definitely a kids paradise! We will be back for sure! The host is amazing with exceptional service and a guide book if you’re new to the area!

We had a lovely time staying at Catch and Relax. The house was clean, spacious and a great location. It was a short walk to the beach and to the shops/restaurants. We enjoyed using the bikes and the beach chairs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals at home. Great place, great vacation.

We’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others looking to stay in the Sandestin golf resort community. This area is very golf cart friendly with lots of shopping and restaurants just a golf cart ride, quick drive or longer walk away. The home has a great amount of space for our family and was very comfortable. The host was super responsive and provided a lot of helpful recommendations too. We’d definitely book again!

They were great to work with. Little trouble with the hot tub but not their fault it was switched to economy mode but they had the repair guy out right away until it was fixed. Really great with lots of plates and silverware and beach toys. Bunch of little things that make it nicer and easier for a stay. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

The cottage was a great location for a great price. We really enjoyed our time visiting the FWB area. Steve & Tara were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend their airbnb!

Book now! We just finished our trip at this beautiful location, and it was absolutely perfect! The setting is a true gem—peaceful and scenic. We loved every moment of our stay. The private beach and backyard amenities were fantastic, providing an ideal place to relax and unwind. Inside, the home was just as lovely—thoughtfully decorated and cozy, with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools we could ask for, making meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the owners were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We can easily imagine returning to this spot again! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene getaway with all the comforts of home. It is super family-friendly! We had six children (ages 1 to 17) and six adults, and everyone had a great time!

Lovely place with a large yard very well kept and organized inside and out! Our host, Suzanne, was very responsive and proactive with communicating directions and answering any questions we had. Overall we had an excellent stay and a wonderful vacation!
